There was no offer to get the correct dress and no refund. Beware of this place. We are filing a claim against them. We are out almost $280 and had to get a new dress at the last minute somewhere else. If you don't believe this, we have pics Cynthia texted of the color the dress was going to be and of the color of the dress that arrived.

I also never received an acknowledgement of my order and it was almost a month before delivery. On each piece of furniture there is a QR code to help calculate delivery fees and the service that provides it. Unfortunately I could not use the QR code because there is no Wi-Fi available in the store. I was told it was due to too many people filming influencers, and those taking photos to resell items. When I went outside to see if I could calculate the shipping and delivery cost, with the Q r code, I still wasn't able to do it. And left without furniture. My main reason for going. When I asked for help from other people who worked at the store, unfortunately they just said sorry and that was it. It's a shame. They really did have some really unusual pieces.
