CONSUMER WARNING: BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS VOLKSWAGEN DEALERSHIP…read more My experience with this dealership has raised serious concerns about its pricing transparency, sales practices, and willingness to put advertised offers in writing. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage prospective customers to exercise caution before visiting or committing to a purchase here. The dealership advertises that it will match or beat competing prices, yet when it comes time to substantiate the advertised offer with a written deal sheet, we were met with resistance. Rather than providing clear written documentation of the proposed terms, we were told that sending deal sheets was not the dealership's responsibility and were pushed toward coming in person. That raises a fundamental question: If the advertised deal is legitimate, why is there such reluctance to put the numbers in writing? Consumers should not have to drive to a dealership, spend hours negotiating, or sit through a sales presentation simply to discover whether an advertised price is genuine. Customers deserve transparency about the selling price, applicable incentives, dealer-installed accessories, fees, and other conditions before making the trip. When a dealership promotes an attractive offer but will not clearly document the proposed terms for a customer to review in advance, it creates the appearance of a potential bait-and-switch sales practice. At a minimum, it undermines consumer confidence and raises legitimate questions about whether the advertised deal can actually be obtained on the terms presented. We dealt with Joseph Velasquez, a sales manager, during this process. Our experience left us deeply dissatisfied with the dealership's approach to transparency and accountability. The dealership's claims of reputable, family-owned business values mean little to consumers if straightforward questions about advertised pricing are met with resistance instead of clear answers. To be clear, we have already filed complaints with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, the Texas Attorney General's Office, and Volkswagen corporate. We also intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We believe consumers should be able to make informed purchasing decisions without being pressured into visiting a dealership before receiving basic written pricing information. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS DEALERSHIP: * Do not rely solely on an advertised price or a promise to match or beat another dealer's offer. * Request a written, itemized out-the-door price before making the trip. * Ask for all applicable incentives, dealer fees, add-ons, and conditions to be disclosed in writing. * Keep copies of advertisements, text messages, emails, and all written communications. * Do not assume that the price discussed verbally is the price you will ultimately be offered at the dealership. A trustworthy dealership should welcome informed customers, answer reasonable pricing questions, and make its proposed terms clear. Written transparency protects both the customer and the business. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. The refusal to provide the written pricing documentation we requested, combined with the insistence that we come to the dealership first, has seriously damaged our confidence in its sales process. Consumers work hard for their money and deserve honesty, transparency, and respect throughout the car-buying process. Do your homework, get everything in writing, and think carefully before investing your time in a dealership that will not clearly document its offer upfront. BUYER BEWARE. Verify every number before you make the trip.

The sales person was super - did some checking on my old battery and stated it was done for - vehicle was a certified Honda Pilot from Honda of Fort Worth (they should have checked it, but probably didn't), but no matter, Walmart had a replacement and they installed it for me that evening. There were approx. 10 folks in front of me and they stayed past closing to get this job done. I was fortune enough to come by and stop at Walmart. Cost wasn't any more than other places, so I feel reasonably sure this battery will last for at least 4-6 years. Excellent workmanship! Highly recommend them.

Called them on AUG 23RD and was told they blasted them and should be a few more weeks. Ok, no big deal I understand delays happen. Called again multiple times in mid/late Sept and got the same response. I'm starting to get a little frustrated at this point. Called again beginning of October and the same thing "the tech is measuring them and we should know in the next few days what pistons you need, I will call you once I know more". By now boating season is wrapping up. Finally said screw it and drove to the shop and picked them up OCT 24TH. During the span of 3 months, I never received 1 call about the status of the work, delays, or any info. Clearly my business is not important to them so I decided to take it elsewhere. I've been more than patient and understanding about the delays, but at a certain point I'm tired of being lied to. If you're a racer or have a trip or some sort of hard deadline you need a project finished by, I'd recommend going elsewhere. Also, in regards to the media blasting that they did do, I was told the coolant passages would be cleaned out and cylinder looking like new. Still lots of paint and corrosion everywhere on the cylinders and coolant passages. Lack of attention to detail and care for the customer. Will never do business with them and do not recommend.

My car was low in refrigerant (which is what I figured), but the mechanic ran all the appropriate tests to make sure I didn't have a leak or damaged parts. As he was working on my car, he was talking me through exactly what he was doing. This helped me feel reassured that he wasn't breaking other parts of my car. Overall, I had an awesome experience and my AC is definitely working again. The price was a bit steep, but given the rarity in finding a store that would service cars that only use R-12 refrigerant, I think the price was right. I definitely recommend this place!

I am a service technician and have never treated a customer the way he does. He is where every service manager needs to send their techs to demonstrate how NOT to treat customers. BTW, cash only. UPDATE...the business owner replied to this review, apparently he pissed someone else off because I paid in full, money was not even an issue, had to pull cash from ATM next door (because the one in front of the shop is non functional) This is a different customer, I was not rude, I was silently pissed. He did not stop working on else's vehicle to work on mine, after waiting 3 hours with no estimate on time on even looking at mine, I was literary on the phone with another shop a mile away when he finally freed up. The ONLY reason I used this shop is because it was the closest one where I broke down and the lady who answered the phone said wouldn't be a problem. After dealing with this, I would not even go back for warranty work if I needed it.
