The equipment itself seems to be OK. The installer said it had a lot of steel - more so than some others. It was a single post lift. The folks at Gemini do not know how to help a new lift user figure out which configuration will be the best, and don't even know what sort of current you need to have for the power units. The power cord itself was only 18 inches long - super ridiculous (and small gauge wire to boot). Once they got my money, they chose not to respond to my plea for some help. If you want a car lift.... do not call Gemini, unless you enjoy being tortured. I'm in the car lift business (Car Lifts Plus) and know what I'm talking about. These guys are horrible to deal with. They promise the world and deliver nothing. Last week I ordered a lift for one of my customers who insisted on an American built lift. I paid Gemini $2,074 up front, the next day my customer cancelled the order so I cancelled my order with Gemini. As of today, August 18th, they have not refunded my deposit, although they have promised to do so several time within the last couple of days. In the past I also had a problem with these guys. I took delivery of a huge single post lift which had suffered shipping damages to some "diamond plate" coverings. The wanted $1700 to ship me new parts. I had the parts made locally in 2 days for $200. Gemini doesn't respond after they have your money. The lift itself is fine but only because of the excellent installer I used. The company selling it is dishonest. They were suppose to provide new ramps for me and never did after numerous requests. Buyer beware!!!! If you think you are buying authorized Gemini parts from a company called Radliftsbygemini you are most likely buying cheap china knock-off parts. In this day and age of easy access to unlimited information I mistakenly ordered parts from the first business that came up when I searched for Gemini auto lifts (Radliftsbygemini came up). I talked to Scott and ordered a pair of sheaves, spacer and bolt to the tune of $485 dollars (sheaves=$380 for two, bolt=$25, spacer~$60 but don't recall exactly). Received the parts as ordered but when they came it appeared they were very poor in quality (sheaves poorly manufactured, bolt had been cut to length). Long story short, I found American made better quality sheaves for $62 dollars apiece, a grade 8 bolt for $6.07 that I cut to length and a hand full of grade 8 washers that worked just fine as spacers. I sent the parts back and it took Scott 13 days and 4 phone calls from the date the USPS tracking report says the parts were delivered to credit my account (minus the 30% restocking fee! 30% !!!!!.) I am currently attempting to help my brother inlaw who lives in SC with this company and I am not too far their location. They have purchased a lift from this company that has never worked since installed; it was defective on delivery. Numerous calls have resulted in the person you need to talk to isn't in and call backs never received. Multiple, registered letters with return receipt have been ignored to include one from an attorney. We have even had numerous email and calls with "Mitch" one of the owners who admitted their lack of customer service and promised to make everything good. Still nothing and now will not answer emails or calls. It appears the only resolution is now the courts. Avoid this company like the plague because their customer service is non existent and even their owners appear to be of the same mold. read more

Mitch Chance is a thieve...he stole $4400 from me...I paid for a so called American made lift that would not go as high as it was advertised. Could not put my SUV under it. Started out missing key parts, took months to get the parts but still never got the right cables to make the lift work correctly. He stated that they had a problem with their upgraded cables....after 3 sets that didn't fix the problem..... months of wrong parts and a useless lift it was repacked and returned to a warehouse he told me to take it to. His company off loaded the lift...Mitch said the $4400 would have to go back on the original credit card..So now he has my returned lift and my money..his response is that it was a custom made lift and it is not returnable. This is another lie, it was ordered right off his web page. Mitch isn't the business man he says he is. Don't do any dealings with this crook..This all started back in Sept 2017. Mitch needs to step up and quit ripping people off. I don't know how he can sleep at night..I hope he get what he deserves...put in jail would be my suggestion. Stay away from this guy... read more

Truly the worst company I have ever worked with. Non responsive and very rude. First of all it tool 3 months for them to deliver my 4 post car lift. Scott the salesman, said they manufacture them here in the USA. Lies lies lies. The unit showed up 3 months later, open wires where the plug goes and the push button starter was not working. , I had an electrician come to wire it together, then the switch Gemini or their manufacturer in China installed started sparking every time you pushed it and almost caused a fire. I have left several messages with Scott and Mitch Chance his manager. Regardless of what you may be buying from them, DO NOT DO IT. There are several other companies to purchase from that are honest, trustworthy and friendly. We needed to replace a worn out 12,000 lb Forward drive on alignment lift, do to configuration we needed to stay with the old lifts dimensions but Forward no longer makes this lift. We contacted Gemini, They built the exact lift we have minus the run ways and the pump and motor which were fine, all for about 25% of what all the other manufactures were trying to sell us! It works flawless and highly recommend Gemini lifts to anyone in the automotive business that does not have money to burn! read more

4 post lift is good but it came with no instructions, 3 weeks late, incorrect shipping information from the desk, a complete nightmare, finally i cancelled my order thru amex and that's when i got better service. reversing the charges got them to respond to my needs.. now the control module needs replacement and after 2 weeks and 4 phone calls later it still has not be sent to me..find other lift mfg's, gemini is not worth the headaches read more
