Based on the text messages I read and the voice mails I listened to, this guy had never worked on my son's make and model of vehicle. He had to pay dealership prices for a part that he did not know that he had to replace as part of the service, or a mistake he made. He then sent my son an invoice for 800 dollars over the quote. He did not get my son's permission for the additional expense. I do not recommend this mechanic.
