Really good food, albeit a tad on the expensive side. My favorite thing about Burger Fi are the fries and onion rings. The fries taste like my dad's- freshly cut and fried instead of frozen. The onion rings are large enough to generate their own gravity. I always stop here to eat when I make trips to Jerry's Artarama. read more

Best fucking burger joint in raleigh hands down! The service is amazing the fries are amazing and the burger makes me salivate just thinking about it read more

Fresh tasting burgers and excellent fries! Their All American dinner deal they were running (burger and a beer for $10) was an amazing bundle. I hope they bring it back. read more

My burger was so rare it was still cold. When I called to tell them they didn't answer. The order line told me there isn't anything they could do. Didn't even care that they served me a rare burger. I loved this place but now since I couldn't even get a hold of someone to explain the situation I'm very upset. I will not be recommending this place any longer. read more

Definitely not a blue collar kind of place. Over $7 just for a burger that is ridiculously small, and a 16oz soda. I walked in hungry, and left hungry. I would have got fries, but couldn't justify paying $2.77 + tax for a "small" order. I don't give Burgerfi any stars. In fact, I wish I could get my money back. Extremely overpriced food, the quality of the burger I got is comparable to hospital cafeteria grade, cramped and loud atmosphere, long wait time, and the men's room soap dispenser was out of soap. If "all natural" is the reason for the high prices, I think I'll stick to local shops like Jerry's Grill or Bada Wings for great burgers and pay half the price for better quality food. read more

I went there with my brother and a friend and was not impressed. The burgers were way too small for the price we paid and the guy who rang me up acted like I was inconveniencing him by ordering food. Go to somewhere like Fat Daddy's for burgers the quality of the food is better and the staff is professional. read more

I drive from Fayetteville to enjoy the mouth watering deliciousness of Burgerfi's various burgers. whether im eating healthy or having a piggin out good time im satisfied! five guys was great until I had free time leaving trader joes. now when I want a burger im jumpng in the car going to Raleigh to have my taste buds tickled. the quality of the selections are just great. if you haven't tried Burgerfi yet you really should its great.... burgers, fries, shakes, beers.... nice atmosphere.... and absolutely delicious food!!! I don't know what all is out there to compare so I rate a 4star, but compared to all the burger places ive been Burgerfi is number 1 and would get a 5star rating. and I am a burger girl, I love burgers. great job Burgerfi! now come to Fayetteville! read more

Stopped in for the first time a couple weeks ago. Really neat place with 1/2 in 1/2 out seating. Kind of sports bar meets gourmet burger place. Food was awesome. On the uper end of price for a burger but well worth it. read more

The burgers were very tasty! Slightly reminds me of In-N- Out burger with the thousand island dressing, or "secret" sauce as they claim! I like the menu options. However, they are a little pricey in my opinion and you have to pay extra for the fries. The service was mediocre; nothing special! read more

My family and I went to the BurgerFI at N. Myrtle Beach on September 21st. One of my sons decided to pay for his own meal. He ordered right behind us. Over 30 minutes later, we were almost finished, and his meal hadn't come up yet. He inquired about it and was told "yours isn't done yet". I got involved (because I'm a little more forceful) and was told it would be about 5 more minutes. Five more minutes? Over a large order of fries and a hamburger? Really?? One person completely ignored me, the person who took our order said she "can't make the fries cook any faster" and then SHE ignored me. I asked if that's how they treat their customers? Still nothing. No apology for the extended wait, no explanation for why other parties were served faster, not even an admission that maybe there had been a problem. On top of it all, his burger was lukewarm. Apparently the fries were pretty good though. Avoid this restaurant. The food isn't worth the lousy service...especially when you can get better everything right down the road. read more

We came here today for my 5 yr old's birthday. We received some royal treatment (even though the lemonade tap broke when I used it!) - birthday song, bonus dessert offer, and a redo on a receipt error. Our server Fox was so friendly and kind. Thank you! Oh, plus the food was good too! read more

I had a double bacon cheeseburger which was excellent. The fries were really good also but they would have been better if the majority had not been overly cooked. If not for that I would have given it 5 stars. They have the drink machines like most new Burger King's have with a great variety of choices read more

Single patty burger didn't have got much taste. With the toppings it was pricey. To me fries should not be covered with large black spots. Portions of the ones got were all black. When I mentioned it to management she told me that is the way natural fries are. No thanks. I won't be back. read more

Burgers are small and overpriced and simply okay tasting. Place is fancy if that's your thing. I'd rather receive quality food instead of mediocre food with the cost going to the decor. Not my thing. Sub-par service. I won't be going back. read more

This would have been a five star review, if the young lady taking our order knew anything about customer service. Although she wasn't nasty, she most certainly was not pleasant. Other than that, our food was great at this location. I enjoyed my VegeFi burger better at this location. It was very well seasoned. This time we shared a basket of fries, so as not to waste them. I also like the fact that this location had deck seating. read more

Oh Burgerfi. They try so hard. This place gets packed out at times. And when that happens everything comes to a screeching halt. You wait in line to order. Wait for a table. Then wait for the food. Wait for the restroom. If you are in a hurry do not come here. The food is overpriced for what it is. The layout of the restaurant is bad. Its impossible to move in this place. The chairs are uncomfortable. This whole place just rubs me the wrong way. The restaurant was dirty with crap everywhere. Old napkins, plates. And flies. This place has more flies in it than a garbage dump. It was hotter than blazes in here. There is no way to enjoy food when you are sweating in an uncomfortable chair swatting flies. This place is like a bad cookout!! Your neighbor invites you over for a cookout and you really dont want to go.. but you do anyway. Thats Burgerfi!! The menu is confusing to all, including those who work here. The food.. the burger was small, though it tasted OK it had me wondering where the rest of it was. Nothing stellar. Didnt taste like anything special to me. Cool stamped bun. I guess thats what costs so much? The onion rings were honestly good. I liked them. But that was the only thing. The Service. There is none. Nonexistent. The people taking orders definitely were not excited about being there. And neither was I. read more

Really Pricey, for getting a burger close to the same experience that I have when I get a good Wendy's Burger. Pattys are on the thin size, so I would recommend a double, to get something close to a burger that warrants the price. Place is also very crowded at typical meal times, to the point you'll be lucky to find a seat that isn't located in someone's way.Be prepared to wait as well, and get bumped into by other patrons or children who's parents think it's okay to let their kids run and play in a crowded, busy restaurant, all while you trying not to spill your drink or ketchup that you get yourself (Really, at these prices?!?). Ketchup containers were my biggest pet peeve, to save them money, they insist that you use these flimsy, too short, condiment containers, that resemble the height of a petri dish in a research lab. In other words, if you have a drink, you can only carry 2 at the most without them squishing together. So forget about getting ketchup for everyone at your table in one trip, you have to navigate back through crowd and wait again, to get HEINZ KETCHUP. Half of the restaurant's seating is outside, so in the winter it's covered, with tiny heaters that don't do much to help. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, hence the crowds, but for the money, it seems very overpriced for what you get.If you are going to pay that much, and wait that amount of time for your food, go to a nice sit down place, with your own server, and get your money's worth. read more

If I could give 4.5 I would, but I'll be generous. Their urban fries are yummy if you like fattening stuff (hell, I do). I like that you can then balance out that gluttony by getting the veggie burger grilled instead of fried. Overall, good experience and taste. Clean restaurant. Plenty of parking. read more

This place is a total rip off. The burgers are tiny. I'm talking McDonalds double cheeseburger tiny. yes the do give you two patties... But after spending $14.00 for a double, with bacon, including the $3.00 fries and the $2.00 soda I was expecting more of a burger. I also didn't understand the bun "hinge" thing. Why do they need to be connected? The food was tasty but based on the fact that I can get just as good of a burger, fries, and drink at cookout for half the price. Oh and by the way... If you want vinegar to put on your fries that cost extra too! read more

First impressions are everything & this place will definitely have me coming back!!! Had the BurgerFi Cheeseburger American with fries & a strawberry milkshake. It was awesome!! Melt in your mouth awesome! My family & I came for lunch. Nice Eco-friendly burger joint!!! Great service & great food!! Awesome combination!! read more

Worst BurgerFi experience we've had. Buns were ice cold, burgers were not even hot enough to melt the cheese. Staff seemed like they could care less. Guy who took our order acted like he was doing us a favor. Wish we had just gone somewhere else. Waste of time and money. read more

Well how about this place. Was in here with my family the other night and was completely appalled with the offensive loud and disgusting language that was coming from the kitchen. Completely unheard of. I had to move outside with my family since I didn't want my kids to hear. It was cold and uncomfortable. I asked an employee to turn the heaters on and we'll that was never done either. I have never witnessed such a thing. It almost felt like it was normal behavior in there. The dining room was filthy and the condiment stand was not stocked properly. Also, I'd say about 9 mail flavors were out in the freestyle Coke machine. On top of all that. The cashier was rude and we waited 24 minutes for our food. The burger was good however the bun was hard. Really feel like the company needs a little bit of a corporate structure to it. Unfortunately I will never return to Burgerfi for the vulgar language and wait time. Who's running this place?? A culture change and management change needs to happen. I own 4 restaurants myself. The owner should be ashamed. It's sad when my children ask why they are yelling and acting like monkeys. What do you say to that???... read more

Thought there veggie burger was vegan definitely my fault not there's. But not a vegan friendly place at all never going back.

Good service but extremely high prices. For three people to get a burger, drink, and share order of fries and onion rings it's was $40. And, while eating my burger, I found a long piece of hair in it. read more

It's not often that I will have a cheeseburger even though they are one of my favorite foods. So when I do, I have high expectations. I went to the counter and ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings and a drink and thought that I was in for a treat when I paid $14. I was very disappointed. The burger was ok, I thought it was just like the I have gotten at Five Guys. The onion rings were pretty good but I don't think I will be going back here. read more

Just "meh". Everything is a-la-carte so you wind up spending $12-14 for a mediocre and somewhat grizzle-laden burger and way too many fries for one person. The vanilla milk shake tastes like fake super-sweet chemical vanilla. I've had much better. read more

I'm new to North Carolina and tried Burger Fi for my first time the other day and it was fantastic! The food was great but the best part of my time there was my interaction with Bernard, the kitchen manager I believe was his position. Not only did he inquire if I was happy with the food he also took the initiative to open up the back patio window coverings because it had gotten warm in there. He was a very welcoming person and I'd go back just based on him, the food is very good too. Thanks! read more

Pretty decent burgers. I can't quite tell what their angle is; maybe Five Guys, but classier. Good fries, lots of drink choices. They even have one of those Coke machines from the future. Don't get dazzled by the "urban fries." They're OK. Basically fries with a lot of parmesan cheese. Very friendly staff every time I've been there, consistent quality. read more

I went here after church with family friends back in September 2014 for the first time and I enjoyed it. I got the breakfast burger and it was great. Service was quick and efficient. The indoor part of the restaurant was packed so we ate on the patio, it was nice to get the fresh air. I really like the idea of an all natural burger, I would definitely go back. read more

Burger was juicy and almost no grease. Excellent fries and great service. Very clean and lots of choices for drinks. My only complaint is the cold metal chairs. This is one of my favorite burger places. Price is a bit high, but so worth it. read more

Very impressed on my first visit. Didn't know what to expect, thinking it may be in the 5 guys league. We were trying to get a quick late lunch while my son was having surgery nearby. Build your own cheese burger was very good but the herb and mozzarella fries were amazing. Great service by the kitchen manager who was very friendly. I bet 5 guys hope you don't build near them. Found a franchise in hickory, about 40 miles from my home. I'll be stopping in soon. I'll see if Hickory can match Raleigh's experience. read more

So I got a double cheeseburger, a small fry, and a small drink. $16.50!!!!???? They must have been drunk when coming up with these prices.

Yes to the beef burger (spouse) but I love the quinoa burger green style! As a vegetarian, it's awesome to find amazing veggie burgers! Best onion rings I've ever had and amazing fries. Fast service. Friendly staff. We have been going here for years!! read more

You couldn't pay me to eat here again.I ate there yesterday and my stomach still hurts. I ordered the CEO. $12.26 for a burger and drink (no fries) and that is suppose to include a discount they offer to the place I work. You would expect for the price for it to be one of the best burgers that I ever ate. The burger was greasy, so greasy that the grease over-powered the taste of anything else, I even patted it down with napkins, my bun was soggy, it only had a smidgen of the tomato bacon jam, and it was pink in the middle. I was stupid enough to eat it anyway because I didn't want to act out in front of my co-workers. On our way back to work I found out that I was not the only one un-impressed. We all agreed that we will not be dining there again. read more

I used to really enjoy this place because the food was consistently very good. Recently, I have visited 3 times in the last two weeks and I'm so disappointed that it will be a long time before I go back. They have apparently removed their lemonade which they aren't bringing back but was a good compliment to the burger, the first visit my burger was sloppily thrown together and my fries were not done, the second time my burger wasn't done and my fries were cold, the third time they got my whole order wrong. This place is going downhill fast. What happened Burgerfi????? read more

I go to burgerfi 2-3 times a week. Most of the time its packed (a good sign). When I approach the counter I expect them to rush me, but they actually help me with my order, which I never seem to remember! Thank you Burgerfi staff, you are very helpful. Oh as for the food, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! read more

About the same price as Five Guys, but better! The only downside is that the employees behind the counter are not very quick. As many times as I've been inside, there's only one register open, even though there are three registers total (and it gets very busy!). The line is long; by the time I finish eating, though, I forget all about it. Great food! read more
