You can get an employee but they will not do anything except in some cases, lie in order to leave you partially or fully empty handed, keep your money and do nothing to fix the issue. If they don't have what you ordered, they won't tell you or cancel it. They take the money and tell you later that they don't have it & there's no way for them to refund you... which is completely untrue. Be careful, don't order online, and pay in cash. read more

These fries are definitely not up to BurgerFi standards. They are not the all natural fresh fries that I've seen in any other BurgerFi that I've been to around the states. They are not the same type of fries being advertised in their photos on this app. They are fake, definitely not fresh, and highly fried. So disappointed. I love BurgerFi and this was my first experience at this location. I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and a junior burger (no cheese) with lettuce and tomato. The order was placed correctly, but when I got open I opened to burgers to see that I was given two JT bacon cheese burgers. I am lactose intolerant and I attempted to scrape of the cheese but that obviously didn't work. To top it off, the burgers were smashed, the food was cold and the fries were dry despite me getting home within 5 minutes of receiving my order. Placing our order was the first hurdle ,after repeating it to the order taker several times we still ended up missing a cry/fry side so I shared mine. Our burgers all had very unappetizing unripe tomatoes on them. The onion rings and fries were very fresh and good. The buns and lettuce were fresh. The burger meat was just okay I had a bite of gristle in mine ,one of the burgers was pink inside but the other two were not. The burger sauce was barely on one burger so we had to request extra. Terrible experience, I ordered on the App so I would not have to wait. App said order would not be ready until 12:45 pm. I arrived at 12:35 pm and let the counter person know I was here, she checked the hold area and said my order was not there. After waiting another 10 minutes, she asked my name again and told me there was no order for me. I showed the manager the online receipt, she checked the hold area, my order had been there the entire time getting cold. She did not offer to remake it. So I settled for a lukewarm lunch. Went to get my beverage from the Coke Freestyle machine...both machines were out of all Coke varieties, no ginger ale, Fanta. The burgers are good; however, order consistency has really struggled! A few weeks ago when we we had take out, they forgot to add mushrooms to our burgers that we had paid for and some other free condiments. Also, they didn't include my child's juice with his kids meal. Yesterday, we tried again, while a trainer was working with the employees, Ms. Karen, and they forgot things AGAIN! After visiting a BurgerFi in the past and having a good burger, we stopped at the one in PSL. Terrible. The unsupervised teens working didn't have any sense of urgency to get our food out to us. When I went up to see if they got the order we plugged into a kiosk, I saw kids in the back eating burgers over the food prep area! We finally got our cold burgers with several toppings missing. When we asked about it, one teen asked to see our receipt as proof we weren't looking for a free onion ring. We will definitely not be back.
