Good place to grab a quick lunch. Definitely a bit pricy for an "upscale" version of McDonald's. The burgers are hit or miss depending on the location (downtown West Palm Beach at TheSquare is the worst). They do offer great promotions for kids so it's worth it if you have little ones. read more

Do not order from this BurgerFi. I ordered over $100 worth of food for two children and four adults. After waiting a long time when we got our order we did not receive the children's meals, also the fries was soggy and cold. I called the restaurant and they apologized and said they would refund my money. I have since called but nothing I still not have received my money. I also told the delivery driver that such a big order I just had one bag and he said he had also told the girl that was serving him to check it and she said I don't need to check it it's in there. So I am not blaming the driver at all. So I will not be ordering from there again. And I will make sure I will tell all my friends and family the terrible service that I received. To this date I still have not received a refund for food we could not eat and we did not have..... so I spoke to the so called burgerfi Regional operations leader who Asked me to Contact him who basically said there was nothing he could do, take it up with Uber ??? I called and talked to the manager to see if they could add something onto my meal because they didn't have it on the online order and he was very accommodating. Love all of it. I am going to make this very simple. If you like BurgerFi, avoid this location. The owners of this establishment are using the name and brand recognition, and that's about it. The burgers alway arrive as if they have been boiled or microwaved. Not cooked on a flat top. The quality of the meat is more like McDonalds. Clearly using an inferior product. Grey, soft, untextured, under seasoned, dry meat. Small crunchy bites throughout. They are also using a different bun, and the logo is not branded like other locations. This is not a real BurgerFi. I honestly feel as if they should have corporate come and do an inspection and product audit. Cheap ownership trying to cut costs and bilk patrons. Also much like other reviews, it is downright strange to be served beer by what appears to be a 10 year old boy. Went 30 min later to pick up. Check in when I arrive. Guy checks the tickets. Says it's not ready yet give me a few. No problem. They are obviously backed up. Not the end of the world. 20 minutes later check in again. Guy pulls my ticket. Heads to the back. Comes back five minutes late "that orders already been filled". I say "OK. So I don't have it and I've been standing here for half an hour. So are you going to make my food or what are we doing". Again, "well the orders already been filled". So clearly not dealing with a problem solver. I speak to a manager. Get a refund which takes another 15 minutes. While waiting for the manager to process the refund (apparently more complicated bc I dared to order through their website) I order Shake Shack online. Shake shack had my order hot and ready when I arrived. No muss no fuss. Guess who is my new "go to" fast cas burger joint is. Hint: not Burger Fi. read more

Update June 14, 2020 I gave this place one last shot as Jason T "seemed" so concerned (I filled out the survey but have not been contacted) and I had heard the franchise reverted back to corporate. That was a big mistake! Out of at least 5 employees ONLY 1 was properly wearing her mask. Perhaps even more concerning, nobody in the back kitchen was wearing their mask the right way. We had nearly 2,600 Covid cases in the state yesterday! How dare you not take our safety seriously!!! I have been going here since it opened, but I am sorry to say I won't be back! With the pandemic and the state of the restaurant industry, they need to be doing everything in their power to make sure everyone is safe! Unfortunately that was not the case. Do not go to this establishment. The franchise owner does not honor obligations. We drove out of our way past Five Guys, Shake Shack, and Charm City Burgers because my son like these better and we happen to have a SaveAround coupon that has this address printed on it as part of the participating locations. When we got here they had a big sign saying they don't accept SaveAround coupons. When asked, the server said the franchise owner made an "executive decision" not to accept them. Will never come back. Also, this place could really use better cleaning staff. I absolutely love burgerfi and all their chain stores. In my opinion the best fast casual burger spot in the world. So it disappoints me to have to rate this location 2 stars. I love this place so much I bought shares of its stock Food is great as per the burgerfi standard, but the service... horrible. All the staff is in the front by the cashiers talking and laughing obnoxiously. It's as if there is no manager on site. They are on their phones, they are bad mouthing customers behind their backs but still in front of the other customers, cursing in front of customers and they're a little rude to your face. It really sucks because I love this chain of restaurants and I'm only leaving this review so the owner can see it and make a change with their management. But I let my 14 year old brother go in with a coupon that said free burger and fries, when he returned to the car they told him they could only give him a discount and took $3 off his order total. I love this location! The young woman who was the only one working the front the day I came in was so incredibly nice. I stood up front waiting for my food (for awhile, since they were busy), and every customer that came in was greeted so kindly. The location isn't the best with regards to parking (You have to walk on the road, or through bushes to get inside), but the service and quality is exceptional. read more

I was beyond excited to see that a Burgerfi was going in at this location. I haven't had it in a few years due to distance of the other locations and just having better options around. But given how positive the reviews were for this newly opened location, we decided to give it a shot and see how it was. Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with my experience at all. The condiment area is already poorly maintained and kinda dirty - the fork dispenser wasn't working, there was ketchup that needed to be wiped up, they were running low on cups for condiments, etc. I just expected it to be much more well maintained since they opened so recently. I would have normally gotten the regular cheeseburger, but since I saw so many reviews about the CEO burger, that's what I got - we also got a hot dog, one order of the Urban fries (the only decent part of the experience), and two drinks. The total was around $30 which is too expensive for the quality we got, imo. The CEO burger was a massive, MASSIVE letdown. The burger was either super overcooked or the patties were just not mixed well - the meat was extremely dry, tough, and chewy. Not what you would want if you're going to get "wagyu" patties. The cheese had solidified into an unappealing mass on the top because it was sitting at the pass for too long before they sent it out, or...? I'm not sure. The hot dog was just ok, and the fries were fine just because of the immense amount of garlic aioli they had on them. Overall not impressed... I would consider going back to try their regular cheeseburger again, but there are other places I would rather try. I really wish it had gone differently, but I will have to remain disappointed and unimpressed by BurgerFi this time, just like last time. read more

This location is pretty awesome! The first time we ate at this location there was a bit of a mix-up with mine & my friend's order, but they fixed it right away and they even offered as a free drink and the managers came out to personally apologize. The place is cool and they have outdoor seating and doggy bowls for if you bring your dog :)....so the last time we went there, we took our puppy and we had a great time!..They filled up the doggy bowl with water for my puppy and Cooper was the best employee!..He made sure all tables are clean and he even checked in on our table to make sure we were happy with our meal...and to play with my pup The owners of this place really care about their customer service and they make sure that everything is always clean. read more

Had a jones the other day for a big, juicy burger...the kind that drips down your chin and requires a fist full of napkins at the ready, plus a batch of double-fried potatoes. Got into line and ordered a cheeseburger medium-rare, which is the only way to go...otherwise why not just order cardboard? The girl behind the counter said that they only cook burgers medium-well as a matter of company policy. She seemed so understand my disappointment. So my question is: why won't they cook medium rare? Seems as if they are following USDA guidelines for over-cooking meat to avoid any possibility of bacterial-borne diseases, such as e-coli, etc. But everyone who knows and loves beef knows that you want to cook to 128-130 and stop there. My thought is that if BurgerFi had complete confidence in the quality and freshness of their meat, they would cook to order without reservation or, to avoid any liability, warn customers that eating meat cooked at less than 165-degrees may cause hair loss and terminal acne. I placed a order for delivery and when my driver showed up to get my order he asked if everything was in the bag at which time the employee stated yes. So my driver dropped off my food and when I checked the bag half my order was missing. I immediately called the driver back and he promptly drove back to the location where same employee said sorry they ran out of onion rings and the other stuff they just forgot sorry. Now on to the food fries very cold and soggy. The burger was way over cooked and the burger patties tasted like chewing on leather if that's possible. Their limitless soda machines allow anyone to create their own mad scientist concoction to wash it all down. So, on the taste test, BurgerFi passes with flying colors. My only quibbles are with an almost $15 bill for a burger, fries and drink, all only available ala carte. I wish there was a combo package offered that shaved a little off that tab. It may taste like you're in an upscale steakhouse, but, after-all, it's still a fast food burger joint. Lastly, if you're forced to park behind the restaurant, there's no easy, short walkway to the side door, forcing a longer than necessary hike along the parking lot. Upon waiting in line noticed the guy in the kitchen at the window had is mask on below his chin as he put food in the window and spoke to guests out in the line again over the food in the window being served to guests.
