Just two days ago I experienced the Gainesville location for the first time and while I enjoyed their triple burger, the patties were cooked a little too crispy. I get those crispy edges are what many people love the most about a smash burger, but my preference is a juicy burger dripping with toppings. I didn't think this was possible after my first visit, but today the Watkinsville location completely changed my belief. My burger was so juicy and so dripping with toppings that it kept slipping off the bun. I actually had a difficult time eating it and used a ton of napkins to keep my fingers and face somewhat clean as I gorged! But WOWZA was I impressed. The very thing I made note of in my Gainesville review was fully redeemed here. I should note that I experienced this location via a pop-up food stand outside newly opened Grizzle Brewery during a Saturday vintage car show in Monroe, GA. But the owner insisted our experience here was as genuine and true as we would get at the brick & mortar. He also mentioned their policy is to deliver the burger within 3 minutes of ordering, which they did effortlessly both here and in Gainesville. I am officially a fan!
