It's a sign of the times that most burger joints now offer a vegetarian option, and BurgerFi does it's part with a very decent Quinoa burger. The burger isa mix of quinoa and 17 vegetables and is made from scratch daily. It is served on a multigrain bun or "green" between lettuce stacks. For this stretch of Windward Parkway vegetarians now have a choice of black bean patty at Smashburger or Chili's or now a VegiFi Quinoa burger at BurgerFi, and I think this new kid on the block will soon be my favorite stop. BurgerFi had gotten many "Best of" awards, primarily from its focus on high quality ingredients. The burgers here, both meat and quinoa are a bit smaller than other places but they also offer double or triple stacks, and a double "Hippie" option for the veggie burgers. The toppings available are good, but basic, and definitely not as exciting as Farmburger's. Prices are high for the product, sometimes quantity is a good thing. Hot Dog variations are also on the menu (No veggie dogs, that would have earned my "fanship" for sure!) Fries are fresh and done well. Onion rings are also available and an order can be split with fires, that's cool! Lots of great desert options, my kids liked the custard, complete with whipped cream and cherry. Where do I even begin? This place has great burgers, hand-cut fries and not to mention their delicious custard concretes! I came to Burgerfi last night for a great event that was happening there. We were presented with an array of different tastings from both the owners, Ron and his lovely wife. We started with the Cry-Fry which is a onion ring + fry combo and it was massive and delicious at the same time. After the onion rings, it was time to try their Hand-Cut fries. We got a tasting of four of their different Hand-Cut fry versions which were, the Urban Style, Cajun, Chili and Cheese, and their Regular fries. All were great, but two favorites (because I can't choose one) was the Urban and Cajun hand-cut fries. They were both very good and so tasty! Yum yum yum!! After tasting the sides, it was then time to try the BURGERS!!!! Woo hoo!!!!! We got an assortment of four different Burgeri burgers. We started with the Burgerfi Cheeseburger (my all time favorite one!!), the CEO Burger (second favorite), the Breakfast All Day Burger, and the Vegefi Burger Green Style. Now let me explain why the Cheeseburger was my favorite... The Cheeseburger consisted of a Double Natural Angus Burger, Double American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, BurgerFi Sauce and it was mouth watering de-licious!! The burger was cooked just right and was simple yet scrumptious and yummy! The CEO burger was my second favorite and it consisted of a Double Wagyu + Brisket Blend Burger, Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam, Trufle Aioli, Aged Swiss Cheese. I think it was the combination of the jam and truffle aioli that made this burger also very delicious. Let me not forget the American Kobe Beef, Texas Style hot dog we also got to try (bare in mind, I was so stuffed by this time!!). The hotdog had a hint of a smoker flavor and some spice from the hot sauce. Finally, it was dessert time! For dessert we were presented with three Concretes. The Key Lime, Oh My Chocolate, and the Red Velvet. All were amazing but the Red Velvet was my all time favorite! I can not forget the Chocolate Shake they presented us with as we munched on all the delicious foods we tasted! Overall, I will definitely come back to Burgerfi! I ate here for the first time last night and was extremely impressed. This restaurant should be an example for others to follow. First of all, the food was absolutely delicious. I was able to try the Burgerfi Cheeseburger, the CEO, Breakfast All Day Burger and Vegefi Burger green style. They were all amazing, but personally I think the Breakfast All Day was the best. Who doesn't love breakfast and this burger had it all. Natural Angus beef, cheese, bacon, maple syrup, fried egg, hash brown, grilled onions and ketchup all between a perfectly soft potato bun with the Burgerfi logo toasted on the bun for a great look. To go along with the great burgers were several great sides of fries and onion rings. The combo is called a cry (onion rings) + fry. You get fries one of several ways: regular, cajun, urban style, chili & cheese, or salt & vinegar. For me it's a toss up between urban style and Cajun for the best. They were both great in their own way. Last stop on the tasting was the dessert, and even though I was stuffed by this point there is always room for dessert. I tried the chocolate milkshake and found it rich and delicious. Perfect after a burger and fries. They also have several varieties of Concretes as they're called. There was Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet and Chocolate. My favorite was the red velvet, but whether cake or custard I love Red Velvet. You need to come here and try this place out. They make a simple burger and elevate it to a better level. The natural ingredients and eco friendly store make this a great place to support. The restaurant is also very clean, they've maintained a 100% score from the health department since they opened over 3 years ago, and the best part is that they give back to the community. With its simple menu, modern but warm feel to the Rock music to entertain you will enjoy this casual experience. Ample out side seating for those nice evenings also. The double stacked burger selection is diverse with something that should please everyone who gives it a try. The Urban fries are a must try, they smother them is a zesty sauce that I will have to have again. I love the way the hot brand the buns! Huge onion rings that are also hard to pass up. When I arrived for curbside they only had a couple of spots which made it difficult for the staff to know I had arrived. 2/24/18 update: owner reached out to me and offered a complimentary meal for the problems I ran into at my last visit, noted in the review below, with the explanation that they were indeed training a new cashier but that wasn't excusable for the delays I encountered. I took them up on that offer today. The restaurant was super busy on a Saturday (busiest I've ever seen them) but the staff was friendly and the food was tasty! 2/12/18: I've given these guys a much higher review before. But my visit today was the opposite of my previous visits. Monday lunch hour and they only had one register with what seemed like a new employee ringing up the customers. The line built up as it took him over 5 minutes to take one order from a customer and people started leaving because it was taking so long. At one point there were 5 employees behind the counter but no one opened up the other register despite a line that was about to go out the door. When I finally ordered, he couldn't hear me over the loud music of the restaurant and he kept repeating back to me the wrong order and I kept having to yell back to correct him. I've eaten at this location on two occasions. The first was a little underwhelming because the cashier seemed like he didn't want to be at work. I ordered the Beyond Burger because I was doing my 30 day vegan thing and I'm not faulting BurgerFi but I didn't enjoy the burger. Something about the "vegan" burger didn't sit well with me. I'd had the Impossible burger before and it was great, so I thought the beyond would be similar but it wasn't. So I'll never eat that one again. I hope they drop Beyond and start carrying the Impossible brand. On to the 2nd visit, different cashier, better attitude. This time I was back eating meat so I ordered a BBQ burger and fries. Delicious. Ordered to go and the fries were spilling out the container like 5guys does. I love the fries here though. For those who are in Alpharetta but are craving Shake Shack, this is the place to appease your craving, even just a little bit. I had the BurgerFi burger, which consisted of two beef patties, tomato, lettuce, wrapped between two potato buns. There was sauce in the burger that looked like a mix between mayo and ketchup. I also had their hand cut fries that was crisp to perfection. Service wise their store is set up where you order inside and get an order number. After that you can find a table and they will bring out your meal. If you want to make sure you get a space here on a Friday night/ weekend, make sure you come before five. Rush hour dinner can make it hard to find parking and there's a limited amount of outdoor seating. Overall, a great burger for that burger craving. read more

So I Love this place usually, their food quality is superb. It's like a fancy in n out burger! Which is hard to come by outside of CA. I just can't believe how often they mess up on online orders. We placed a large order yesterday and it was quite expensive. Which is not the issue, but let me give you a breakdown of the mistakes made. Fries- we ordered a family size fry- they gave us a normal large order. 3 of the burgers were missing cheese, 2 missing tomatoes and one was asked for sauce on the side because of food sensitivity. Other orders were asked for sauce on the side as well. NOTHING was done correctly. Online orders are done this way because it breaks down all customizations in an easier way. As a restaurant you're even given more time than an in person order. This is the second time they do this and it's quite frustrating. read more

I didn't love the cheese on my burger (it seemed like a Kraft single) but that's on me for not contemplating asking for a different cheese, and that's not worth dinging a star. I worked here for multiple months and can give an honest and in depth review that people who eat here once and lose their minds about the service can't give. Pam, James, Tyler, and Blake are the backbone of the entire restaurant. If you have an issue and explain it to them they will treat it like their life's mission to solve it. I understand better then anyone else that sometimes the cashier can look confused and seem like they don't know what they are doing but they have made tremendous strides to fix that with new better, older, and more experienced people. I've worked at other restaurants and the most insane thing I found about Burgerfi that separates them is how genuinely clean and honest the kitchen and food is... The meat isn't just a frozen block there are hours and hours of prepping every day going into branding buns freshly, hand making patties, chopping fresh potatoes into fries, dicing onions, etc. every surface is hand scrubbed and gets cleaned by professionals as well quite often. The wait for your food may be long sometimes but the "fresh to order" side of burgerFI is genuine I can assure that much. If your burger takes 10 minutes longer then what you wait at Five Guys, isn't eating real meat with real toppings and real cooks cooking your food worth that wait? It's not fast food and that's usually a pretty good sign... plus average ticket time even on a busy Saturday is almost always under 10 minutes which is less then what you'd wait at mcdonalds. I no longer work here, live too far to really visit, and found another Job unrelated to food service so I would have no problem with talking bad about the food or staff. However, the staff is genuinely incredible (especially the managers and kitchen guys) and they genuinely care so much about the food and customers which is really rare in food service. They replace the kegs and clean EVERYTHING everyday so ask Blake which beer he recommends and he will tell you everything about each one and the history of each company if you really wanted to know lol.. BurgerFI is like if you took the southern hospitality of a small town bed and breakfast, the decor of a modern home in Colorado, and the food of a meal you'd cook fresh on a farm all dropped into the middle of busy Alpharetta. If you had a bad experience with BurgerFI in the past, go back and try it again, they find new ways to improve everyday. read more

Was recent we by my hotel, I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, realized the fries were an extra $4.50 so I took them back off, waited a reasonable time. I got my food and went back to the hotel next door, opened my sandwich to see a single piece of dry chicken on what looked like a bun from Walmart with "BurgerFi" stamped on it. Went back to the restaurant so they could put the additional toppings on, they slapped half a head of lettuce on there, a tomato, and a single drop of sauce. I got back to my hotel to remove most of the lettuce so I could taste the chicken, (the lettuce had the single drop of sauce so that was gone too), bit into my cold chicken sandwich and it was dry. Consistently tasty, hearty burgers & delicious red velvet shakes! The shakes are pretty thick so it's definitely a pretty filling type of dessert. I've tried both the red velvet and Oreo shakes and would have to say my favorite is the red velvet one. I typically order the fries although the one occasion I had onion rings, I remember they were huge. There's plenty of seating both indoors and outside. BurgerFi is known for their amazing burgers and shakes, but I didn't know that their customer service was their BEST quality. When we entered, we had many choices in mind, but couldn't make a decision. Then Dorsa and Maya helped us out in the most efficient way possible(They helped us last time too!!), helping myself and my guest choose what to eat. Just from the counter experience, we already full of joy and smiles. Thanks to the great service, we decided on two juicy and hot BurgerFi Cheeseburgers, a side of warm fries, and a smooth Red Velvet Shake. At first bite, the rich and juicy burger melted in my mouth, and then the fries followed with a nice crispy texture. In the end, I had two separate 5 star experiences in one night, one with the service and one with the food.
