I ate in side, lucky to find a parking space. Tables were pretty full, but we found one. I noticed a lot of the patrons seem to linger at their tables after they are finshed eating. You don't see that at McDonald's. IDK, maybe I just happened to be there when they had a leisurely lunch crowd. The counter person was super-friendly....almost to the point of acting. I'm not used to that at fast food places. Usually the staff is pretty bored or not happy to be there. But at Chick-fil-A, that was not the case. I ordered a free chicken sandwich, no sauce, waffle fries and a medium drink. Drink was $2.49. Total bill was a little more than $5. Chicken sand had pickles. It was okay....nothing fantastic mind you, IMO. Washroom was clean. Yes, I'll be back again.

Best of all, we are always treated like valued customers there and have grown close to the employees who work there, who really feel more like family than employees. My experience has always been positive until Sat evening 10/9/21. The pizza was fine and prepared correctly, however whoever was in charge that night was the worst customer service I have ever experienced there. I just wanted to order a side of banana peppers (not asking for free, I wanted to buy them). She literally argued with me that it impossible to do that because she has nothing to put them in. No willingness at all to help me find a solution...just a very rude "no we can't do that". After I politely asked a couple questions to help find a solution, it was very clear she had zero interest in helping me...zero interest in showing any consideration or handling the situation appropriately. Instead, the wide-eyed teenagers working there I could tell were shocked themselves at how this lady was talking to me. What a terrible example set for those other employees. When I got in the hostess welcomed me and asked if I wanted to sit at the bar, which I did. The bartender was awesome, even though I wasn't drinking.
