The service was horrible, waited a half hour when hardly any customers were there. Seen that the food I ordered was on a cart in the setup area and the workers and staff just ignored me. So when they did get to bring me my order it was the wrong one, so the worker went back to remake the order the cheeseburger I ordered didn't even have the meat in it just cheese a pickle slice and some ketchup. Absolutely horrible service! Second time coming here, they keep telling all drive-through people to pull forward or park and wait for them to bring their food out. The first time, I thought it was a bad day and must be busy, so I gave them a chance. Same thing a week later. Terrible service. Extremely rude, nobody was willing to help with the mobile app or the food order. Was stuck making a drive threw order from inside so I waited 15 mins to be helped and then had to go wait in the drive threw for another 20 mins just to get back inside and eat, Even the manager was extremely rude and overwhelmed with the traffic and the front register kid couldn't care less about helping making an order. I got two kids hamburger meals only ketchup add cheese with the extra kids fries delivered through the app. However, when I received my order the two extra kids fries were not in the happy meal boxes (the was only one kids fry in each happy meal box), so I called the store and told them about the situation and one the manager's told me to come back another day to get a replacement. So a few days later I came back for the replacement (it was the exact same order and modifications) and I got the order but when I got home one the hamburgers was not only ketchup like I asked, so I called the store and told them about the situation, so now I have to go back for a refund. I go to this McDonald's location maybe once or twice a year on my way to Ludington, MI to camp during the summer. For being essentially in the middle of nowhere, it's a large and up-to-date restaurant with generally good service. I've enjoyed my visits there. read more

This McDonald is clean and friendly. Wait time at the register and then to get my food was minimal. Both management and line staff morale was happy and friendly. Despite my special order of no onions, no pickles and extra ketchup, my food was prepared right the first time. This was a great experience in comparison to the ones back in Auburn, NY where staff is miserable, most supervisors are rude to customers and your order is frequently not prepared right! read more

Ordered lunch for my family and myself before visiting Michigan's Adventure. One of my cheeseburgers had a long black hair in it (which was covered in cheese and ketchup). DISGUSTING! My wife then found an eyelash on a fry. (This certainly could have been hers, but the burger hair wasn't so I am going with both hairs came from employees!). went to this mcdonalds for breakfast on oct 7. when i got to work with my food..it was terrible..the egg on my mcmuffin was runny and the hash brown had been cook so long it was hard as a rock.. wont be going there again.. cost me 11.00 for 2 breakfasts and had to trash most of it :( read more
