Subtotal + 15% Surcharge = what you ACTUALLY pay. When I confronted them about this, the manager stated that it was "to help the chefs in the back." To which I responded: "Maybe you should pay your employees what they deserve instead of dumping your responsibilities onto your customers." The issue isn't just that a surcharge was added, though I still find it unreasonable, but that it was never mentioned beforehand. It felt intentionally hidden and was added without any disclosure, which comes off as really sneaky and unprofessional. We had the Wilbo Combo, Build Your Own Burger, and The Spicy One Brat. I used the restroom, which is part of the locker room area and it was clean too. It has been a long time since I was in the bowling/game area and I could not help how this place seemed quite modern, and yet somehow interestingly retro too. I like the look.
