Rude customer service at drive thru window if they don't like the job go else where .they need to hire better people. RUDE

Sometimes you have that craving that you wanna eat like a college kid. You want that cheap greasy fix which only fast food can satisfy. Not just any fast food will do but you're craving that dollar menu goodness that makes you question; what even is in this meat? Jokes aside; BK has really improved their fries and that's why I came in. I could smell it all the way across the street from the office. Was I even hungry before smelling that seductive aroma of fried potatoes? I guess we will never know for sure. I also ordered a basic hamburger and maybe my memory is playing tricks on me, but I somehow remember these being a lot larger than they used to be but I think the last time I ate one, I was maybe nine years old. read more

I used a coupon for a Whopper meal. The clerk immediately turned her back to me upon payment. Excuse me, where is my cup for the soda? She gave me the large cup. Then, I asked for ketchup for the fries. Sorry, we are out of ketchup. No alternatives offered. From all the times I've been to this Burger King I have never had a bad experience until tonight. first, The service SUCKS we waited in the drive thru line for nearly 15 mins. We proceed to order two vanilla ice cream cones and a large coke. I caregive and went to burger king for client to get some food from the drive through. The person taking the orders was VERY rude. She flipped my client off and refused him service due to her not being able to hear what he was ordering. While we were leaving the drive through she flipped my client off with both hands! Nasty! Ordered the maple bourbon burger and it was just a joke! Burnt bun! The bacon was dryer than ever. BBQ sauce was applied poorly. Spend 40 dollars over all! At the end over prices for fast food and it's just bad. You should go back to the dollar burgers with that quality. Never going back read more

Amazing food great employees small place but its worth it even though sometimes the floor is dirty due to the costumers.

Several times this place has forgotten something on my order. Last time was today when I ordered the over priced fried pickles. I drove back across town to get them since nobody would pick up the phone. Family got to eat warm food but when I return home of course my entire meal is cold and they gave me a half full container of pickle fries. read more

ALWAYS check your bag if you use the drive-thru. The only reason I go to this location is because it's closer to where I live, but 3 out of the last 4 times I've gone, they forget something. This last time, the girl at the window had an attitude about it. I said, "my order is messed up again". She just walked away...when she walked by the window again, I said...my order is wrong. She took the bag and just put it on the counter....another older lady was standing there and I told her what I was missing and she completed the order. Before you drive off...make sure everything you ordered is in the bag!!! I've never had an issue inside but the drive-thru service needs major improvement!!! read more

Placing my order and the attendant says "just a sec" kind of demanding and rude but whatever right? He says "yeah?" I'm about to give order he says "wait!" Then a second later goes alright "are you ordering?" I chuckle I'm trying to, let me know when your ready. Another yeah go ahead. I order something and he snips "is that it?!" He goes to back and is there for awhile which up to this point is getting sketchy because I already wish I never went there. I never have left a review of any kind. But for this fukn place I made an account. 2 times I've tried to go through the drive through during my lunch while working neer by. The first I took my lunch at 1pm and didn't get back until 2:20 without having eaten my food. They were mad at me until I told them what burgerking I went to and they just told me to never go back, that place is ridiculously ill managed... and guess what. Half my order was missing! Today I took my lunch at 2 again and got back after 3. Idk why they take 1 FKN order and then make the next person up to order wait until the person before them drives away with there food. All with a drive through line 10 cars long waiting to just order.. Like how is it that after you order and pull up to the window. YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT 15+ MINUTES FOR A WOPPER W FRIES AND A LARGE DRINK!!!!!! read more

Last review was about a year ago, and I'm not going to lie it ACTUALLY got a little better here. The staff actually had a better attitude. Most of the time they all still talk among each other not bothering to actually help a customer in full need but when you ask for a thing or two, they actually help you out AFTER you finally get there attention. From the last time I was here it was a nasty scene because the staff didn't care much to clean or wipe anything down. I never worked in fast food retail but I know for damn well that wouldn't be hard to maintain. So one more star from my last review. A good selection of drinks at the fountain, enough napkins, and plenty of cup caps. read more

I tried Burger King for the first time in many years because I love the flame broiled hamburger. This was the worst experiece I HAVE EVER HAD AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Extremely dirty everywhere. No tables cleaned. Spider webs on the outside of the windows, trash on the ground as you entered the restaurant. Six people working [I mean employed] Two men were too busy talking to each other to provide any service. Our food was placed on the counter, our number was not called, and it was cold by the time we found it. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THE FREEDOM BLVD BURGER KING. Very rude staff and management! someone who works here yelled at my parents just because they didn't see a sign that states 4 people at a time due to how small the lettering was keep in mind my parents are older then the staff there . Also many other people had seen and a couple others also got yelled at anyways after my parents came home upset i showed up with my husband to ask what happened we asked to speak to the manager about the incident that had occurred she instantly raised her voice and another employee laughed and joked about the matter he even tried to switch up what was being discussed with the manager continuing to laugh and involve himself in a matter that didn't concern him . And Because management wasn't trained and was unfit on how to deal this issue and resolve it we asked for her to give us the number to corporate and its been a week since we have spoke with corporate office and nothing has been resolved and or fixed i never even got a call back and this is an on going problem with the same rude unprofessional staff if this continues i will be contacting my attorney ! UPDATE : still no call back from corporate regarding what happened and nothing hoy resolved!! Today, after after many years of not eating at Burger King, I thought hey, that sounds good, think I will go there! After ordering my food at Watsonville Burger King location on Main St came back to work to share a heart breaking story. Having not eaten there in I ordered the 2 for $6 burgers special and a coke and fries that oddly came to over $11.00 when I questioned the lady behind the counter what the extra $5.00 was above the special, she couldn't explain and went off to get someone else to explain that I was charged $2.18 for french fries and $2.05 for a soda. But that Isn't the real story. After receiving my food and going to a table in the restaurant, I observed a lady come in. She seemed to look like a homeless person. This person went up to the counter and after speaking to the person behind the counter, the manager came out and denied her service. With her head bent down she turned to leave without anything. I offered her $5.00 and asked her if she needed any food she said no, she just wanted a cup of hot water. I looked over at the manager and asked aren't you going to serve her? He just shrugged his shoulders. I went up to the counter ordered and paid for the hot water and gave it to the lady. I ask what is our society coming to? What kind of business's allow this kind of indifference? She denied me buying her food, All she wanted was a cup of hot water on a cold November day. Sad. The person doing my order started to give me attitude once I ask for my receipt since thing didn't add up. I went here this afternoon and went through the drive thru. Ok so first the guy taking the orders was taking way too long. There were two cars ahead of me I must have waited ten or fifteen minutes to get to the speaker, then I started giving my order and then was asked to wait a couple of minutes and ended up waiting more than five minutes and meanwhile the car behind me was already starting to honk. So they didn't any of the drinks that I wanted, which I understand is not their fault, then the bottom slice of bread on my sandwich was cold and very hard. Then instead of giving me of giving me the side item I ordered, I was given something else. I had never had this happen to me before, but the service and the food were horrible. I don't know if the bread was microwaved, because it was as hard as if it had been. Very disappointed and unhappy. Maybe BK needs to retrain the staff that works on Sunday afternoons. read more

For some reason this location was closed Sunday September 16 during business hours. As I tried to entered at 7:30pm the doors were locked. There are no signs saying that this location was going to be closed on this day. When I asked why, the manager shook his head and waved his hands at me, gesturing for me to leave. So came in early morning to get my usual iced coffee and asked for a split payment (half card half cash) because I understand they don't have change for $100 so early in the morning. Let's keep in mind I used to be a Manager for the Burger King company and I've also gotten multiple split payments here from afternoon staff. So they handed me the iced coffee and I asked to do the simple not complicated at all transaction and was refused. I told them I've worked here and even told them how to do it and they still refused. It's upsetting how rude and lazy the are. Do your job and if you don't like it get an new one! Worst Drive thru customer service I have had by far. The girl kept rushing me to take my order as im speaking she kept interrupting me asking if i wanted anything else in a rude tone of voice at the same time im speaking like wow. I complaint to manager about her and he told me she was rushing me because their drive thru is being timed for orders like seriously McDonalds gets timed to and never get rushed by anyone there. You can still be timed and provide great customer service at the same time. read more

I live close by so this is easy access for us. Two out of three visits are guaranteed to get our order wrong plus they take a long time to fill the order every visit. Employees tend to pay attention to each other both on and off shift more so than taking care of customers. Food is marginal usually Luke warm not hot. Time to drive a bit farther to frequent someplace where they actually care a bout service and quality they are giving customers.
