I ordered my food online gave you plenty of time to make it sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes. Ordered a 12 piece chicken fry and a four piece mozzarella cheese fry and got a 12 piece mozzarella cheese fry and a four piece mozzarella cheese fry and no chicken fries. You guys can never get an order right for this. I'm giving them one star read more

Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Walled Lake, Michigan

This was a truly one of the better Burger King in my area. I'm giving it five stars. Just the people were super fun and amazing during lunch. The service was pretty quick for a drive-through and my burgers were fresh and hot and the fries are fresh and hot. read more

The food here is just disgusting. The fries had no salt and weren't done. The pop was basically water and my chicken sandwich was thrown together and overall just unappealing. The next I want Burger King, I will drive to the one on Wixom Road. Never again. Just yuck! read more

walled lake maple rd location dec.13 an older man waited on us, he was so slow and unfriendly, the food was ready and it was sitting on a rack, my husband stood there a long time he told a differant employee my food is sitting there and she never did anything about it, as my husband waited longer the older man was busy getting drive thru food he was to busy to give me are food, by time we received it was warm to cool will never return.. read more

the service here was terrible it took like 50 minutes for a 4 pice chicken nugget for my son and when I got it it was a chicken sandwich please shut this place down for good read more

My vehicle was damaged when it hit a huge pothole next to the drive through menu. I tried to contact the manager many times but was never available. I contacted the BK headquarters and they were useless. Avoid this dump and BK. read more

Burger King - a pot hole in the middle of the road - Burgers Near Me - Walled Lake, Michigan

See all

new owner and i am happy to have my bk back. missec going there. new items are also there, thank you bk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want to blow out a tire this is the place to go. You could lose your car in the pot hole going threw the drive through.

This Burger King has the best pot holes in town. I really like the consistency of my car bottoming out when I visit. I would miss it if they took it off the menu. Burger King Pot hole for president!! Mole men forever. read more

Walked in at 4:30p. Was told they were closed... pretty ridiculous. I don't understand.

I wish I could give this burger King a 0 stars. I don't know how they are still standing. With a remodel and all, it's still so horrible! Not to mention their sign lights are ALWAYS out, their drive through speaker is ALWAYS broken and it takes an hour to get your food. And everyone who works here looks so high or miserable read more

Went through drive through around 8pm last night. Had to get food for my mother and her disabled friend...their favorite off diet food is whoppers. I went through quickly, was served by a charming man named Jerome who made sure our order was perfect. The burgers were delicious. My mother and her friend enjoyed them. Thank you Jerome for stepping up this experience at Burger King. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Randomly closes during normal business hours all the time. Such a joke leaving a sign in the drivethru window saying you had to close because of unforeseen circumstances. HIRE COMPETENT MANAGEMENT. Wish they just closed this shithole down and put something there that's actually open for business. read more

This last visit is the last time I will go back to this burger king. I now drive 5 miles out of the way to go to a different burger king.. The food is always nasty here but this last time crossed the line. My 3 cheese burgers I ordered were so hard, I tapped them on the drive through window like a rock, I asked the guy at the window if he heard how loud the tap was, He replied "yes I did" I said "that was the burgers you just served me and how hard they are that did the tapping" He said nothing, so I just asked for my money back and I left. Stay away. read more

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Did I mention dirty? I understand it's ridiculous reviewing Burger King. Seriously? What does one expect from a BK? This place feels like you have stepped into a time warp. Welcome to 1983 when BK was challenging other fast food joints for burger supremacy. Well here's the deal. Nothing has changed in this location in almost 40 years. Yuck. I'm wondering if ownership has considered a controlled burn and rebuild. The interior is so disgusting and caked in grease I really feel that just tearing the place apart and throwing it in the dump would pollute the dump. read more

I don't know why it's so hard to make sure when you order a whopper that comes out hot. read more

Monster sized potholes everywhere, left unfilled for years. Closes at 3 in the afternoon every day can't even go there on my lunch break because of that. ey restaurant if ya ask me read more

If I could rate this -5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. I've gone to this location several times and IF there is a staff they all seem to be under the influence. The onion rings are hockey pucks and it takes more time to be handed the food than the commute to the restaurant. On a Friday night (9pm) they said over the hard to hear speaker that they aren't accepting orders, as I saw 4 employees standing out back smoking. It's such a shame that they invested so much into renovating the restaurant. I'm mind blown they are still open. read more

I prefer Burger King over McDonald's, but this one forces me across the street for a Big Mac. How is this BK still in business? Order fries cooked fresh and you get lukewarm. Order a BurgerKing and you get a warm burger that's been sitting for half an hour. Tried 3 different times and got similar results. I've finally learned! read more

**THE ONLY REASON THIS ISNT A ONE STAR RATING IS BECAUSE OF THE BREAKFAST CREW** That being said, there is much to be said about treating people well. Especially if you want them to return to your establishment. I went to the drive through and LITERALLY JUST SAT THERE for 5 min waiting on someone to greet me. Never happened. I went to the window and blew my horn for another minute. I heard something inside the restaurant out of my line of sight so I drove to the front, got out of my car and looked inside "they couldn't be closed" I thought. To my surprise there were to workers just working away. So I knocked on the window and they pretended they couldn't hear me. A young man from the BACK heard me and came to see what I needed. I told him I had been out there for about 10 min, he said "I had my headset off, I couldn't hear you." Where are the rest of the headsets! When I get around to the window to order, they dont have what I want. I pulled off and took my money elsewhere. read more

Absolutely awful experience. They pretend to be closed, employees hang out by dumpster, they're rude, no masks, and the pot holes are another story. read more

-1000000000. couple reasons let me briefly explain. My experience today was horrendous. Asked for An original chicken sandwich and got 3 medium fries. So I Called an Asked for a refund because line was long an was on 30 min lunch. Mind you never received a reciept. Assistant Manager was rude and said she was not Authorized to do refunds and to come back tomorrow. Never asked for my name or anything. Place is rough from the mean old assistant manger with the glasses, too if you make it through the chronicles of Narnia of a beat up parking lot then maybe you can place you order. SMH read more

Today I ordered 5 items from the menu. Each of them was an epic fail. My chili dog was overcooked and chewy, my BK Big Fish tasted and chewed like it had been originally prepared days ago, my King Bacon was also chewy and tasted like it had been sitting under the lights for hours. I also purchased an inedible order of onion rings, and a severely undercooked order of fries. Worst BK meal ever! read more

Absolutely awful, the workers pretend to be closed and are always outside smoking by the dumpster. They're also very rude and the food quality is awful. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I will like seriously I don't even know why is place is still open very very horrible Burger King!! U will be in line for at least 30 minutes n when you get to order ur food they will tell u to hold on n u will be there for another 15 minutes before they take ur order is either they get new stuff or they shut this place down read more

One time I received a raw whopper. When we told them they said there machine wasn't working right. It was very gross.

Horrible staff needs to do better work and this place is filthy I hope they improve everything very quickly and I hope the owner sees these reviews if they can make corrections because the Burger King Company is awesome been around for a long time for very good reason they need to make the corrections at this location very quickly. read more

Stopped in for a breakfast burrito and there was a woman's hair in it. Burrito was replaced after my appetite was already lost, absolutely disgusting. I will never return to this location as long as I live. They don't deserve any stars for a rating. read more

Look I work there now and after remodel it has been better. Yes we have a little issues with our machines but we always try to fix the problem. I am telling you to give it a try. My name is chelsea and I always make sure sandwiches are done right pattys fresh and that you always leave happy. Promise give us a chance again. You won't regret it :) read more

Literally Shite in every way. Love BK, but this place is trash. Chicken sandwich feels like rubber in your mouth. Buns are hard. Orders are wrong. Drive-thru/parking lot is a mine field of pot holes. Literally better off going to tHe McDonald's down the road even if you hate McDonald's... read more

This Burger King is awful and really should just be closed. Every time we have come, which isn't often, the order is always wrong and the food is cold. I have no doubt that every thing sits under those heat lamps for at least three hours. Our most recent visit was our last. Aside from being cold, all the food tasted old, every sandwich had the wrong toppings and one was missing all together. read more

This BK is complete shit. Honestly readers, save your money and yourself some regret and go to any other food joint in the area. Trust me on this, do not waste your time. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating I had to give to post this review. read more

We decided to stop at this Burger King .... big mistake we ordered our food as anyone would. We didn't have to wait long , however the order wasn't correct and my whopper JR bun was hard and burger was cold, we didn't get onion rings so we asked for a new burger and onion ring that we had ordered. They girl behind the counter was amazing but THE MANAGER was really shitty, my replacement burger was just as the first hard bun and cold meat, my husbands burger wasn't correct so again back to the counter. The manager proceeded to tell my husband that there is no way the bun was hard again and she guesses she make everyone's food when we were happy! When my husband got his burger the bun was soft and meat steaming hot , the third burger I got was still the same hard bun and cold meat! I just threw it away! Won't ever come back here read more

This place pisses me off every time I come here but it's the closest one to my house so I kept giving it chances. Not anymore though. Literally been waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and counting read more

What do you expect from this place? Most fast food places are filled with young people either trying to come up in the world or have no direction to a career yet. Or it's older people who also don't want to be doing what they're doing. They are slow, I think most are usually high or something in this place and it's FAST FOOD. I just drive the extra 5 if I ever feel like BK. read more

Well I was just insulted for having a loud car..quite humiliating but excuse me but just saying you couldn't hear me would have sufficed. Can I get the extra $200 bucks to get the repair..yeah I'll take myself and my money and let that go towards my repair. Thanks asshole. read more

Filthy. Dirty. Cold food. Someone should consider closing this restaurant. I just got home with take-out. The place had no customers (bad sign). The fries and onion rings were not fresh. The freezer door in the kitchen was propped open with a garbage can. The kitchen floor was covered with food. Got home with food and Whopper was cold and smelled weird and the food was cold. I will never go back!!! read more

At 4 o'clock on Saturday October 1st your manager was screaming at the young lady who was going to do whatever he had told her to do while we were at the counter other employees stood around and watched but didn't say anything they yelled at each other and your terrible manager dissapperd as people come through the drive thru and inside leaving the employee he yelled at alone my family and a few others thought this was crazy she shouldn't be doing both by herself and then yell at her for whatever when the manager wasn't helping at all. You guys are terrible people and I can't believe how you treat your employees. read more

This is the worst place to go for a bite to eat. I came in today for a quick bite to eat on my way home. While pulling into the ordering line I saw there was a 2 for $6 deal. I wanted to get two crispy chicken sandwiches. They said they were out and I answered to the people in my car "how in the hell are they out of food every time I'm here?" To which the guy working the ordering line went off. Started swearing, cussing and telling me to leave and that I can't order and that I need to "fuck off" to which another girl comes on and says that I can't be asking those questions and that they're not the ones to order. Do not come here. If they have the audacity to treat their customers like this and skip out on a paying customer because their "feelings got hurt" about a question I asked the people in my car not directed to them. Then it shows how the business is working. Avoid at all costs and go to the McDonald's, Wendy's, or Taco Bell down the street. They treat their customers better. read more
