This particular Burger King did not mean expectations. I pulled into the drive-through and went went straight up to the speaker without a line. Then I sat there and waited for about six minutes before they even spoke to me. The guy at the other drive-through Layne pulled away having not ordered because he was frustrated. The young guy that took my order sounded like he could not have been more bored if he was currently in an algebra two class in high school. The wait in line was also fairly slow. Once I got to the window, the guy that sounded so bored was actually pretty nice though. The food was fine and met expectations. Fast food restaurants are really going to have to start doing better if they're going to keep business. Prices have gotten a lot higher and service has not increased at all. read more

This visit was a Sunday morning visit. It wasn't busy. The facility was clean. The bathrooms were very clean and this was a plus as we were traveling and needed a clean restroom. The General manager was working and had things running well. Our food came out quickly and was fresh. read more

So this is getting 5 stars on the fast food, chain restaurant scale. (Not to be confused with the local store scale or the $$$ restaurant scale) The store was clean and new. The service was good. If the food was colorful as one of the employee's language, it might have been an acceptable meal. I dined in around 8:00 pm and ordered my food to eat inside the BK Lounge (I hate you Dane Cook). While watching the Olympics on the television I heard a diverse and colorful amount of swear words from one of the cooks to spice my evening up while I was choking down one of their "famous" whoppers, unfortunately for me the meat tasted stale and old. The fries were lukewarm, about on the precipice to be thrown out. I regret eating in Versailles now. I placed an online order at this Burger King on April 8th. I was told their milkshake machine was down. I asked just before pulling away about the money being credited back for the milkshake. The employee closed the window and came back. A few minutes later stating that the store does not get the money for the online sale and that I would have to go through the app to get the refund, which there is no easy way to do that,, or could wait until they had cleared all of the cars out of the drive through for the manager to address the issue. I know this has happened in the past so knew I had been swindled by the store in the past. And had I not had asked this time I would have been screwed over by this store again. There should have been someone to share with me proactively about the steps moving forward. there was a line of cars behind me, so I just went on. I shared my experience through the app with corporate. I was given the refund by them with a promise of being contacted locally since my faith in them had been diminished due to my experience. Here it is 20 days later and still no news . never use the app to place an order. And stay away from 5his store. Getting off work Friday evening thought we would grab a quick bite before our daughters sports game. When we arrived one car was in line and when we pulled around that car was pulled forward. Our order came to the window, the fries was not hot the girl wanted us to pull forward too. We said, we will wait, do you have fries down? There was nowhere too pull because the car was still there. Then the window closed and a manager came and said if we did not move the police would be called, I was in the passenger seat and laughed like what? Then a girl comes to the window and says we refuse to give you service. My husband said, over fries, give me my money back and we will leave. We wanted hot fries and during this time frame they should have been able to give us the fries. However, they called the police and our daughter was shocked, we all were shocked!! The entire situation was ridiculous and the police said the manger wanted us off the property! We requested a refund again and at this point wanted to nothing more than to go and EAT somewhere. Awful service, waiting for my order to be taken and just completely ignored me while I was waiting and didn't even greet me when they saw me

I honestly feel like someone is trying to mess with me when they get it this wrong. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, two tacos and a sweet tea. I received a crispy chicken sandwich, a whopper and a sweet tea. What upsets me is that the young lady working the drive-through looked at me and said you ordered the two tacos correct? I replied yes and she handed me a bag. I assumed that was the confirmation I needed to let me know that I received the right order and that I didn't need to check the bag again before leaving the restaurant. When I called back to let them know they had made a mistake on my order they said we can do this one of two ways come back through it will give me the tacos or you could just keep the whopper it we'll call it even. It has been years since I've eaten at Burger King and this is precisely the reason why. I don't understand what is so difficult about checking a bag of food before you hand it to the customer. Does McDonald's hire only Mensa members? This is a Burger King culture thing, the front line employees see that mgmt has a bad attitude about customer special requests and customer expectations. This then results in the customers receiving minimal effort in fulfilling their order. That means that the 5 second act of checking a bag before handing it to a customer is a hassle to the employee. read more

When we got our food, she handed it to us with a scowl and said nothing. I called the manager to tell him this did not reflect well on his store. He didn't care whatsoever. I would give 0 stars if this was an option. Came by for breakfast on Friday morning and three men inside were in no hurry at all and had no customer service. One guy was working both drive thru and front counter while other two guys were talking and getting themself drinks. We waited in line forever. The cinnaminis has no icing on them and then the bacon and cheese croissant was not wanted at all and cheese was still cold and not heated. I don't know how this Burger King makes any business at all with this quality of food and customer service. I'm not even sure where to begin with this review but here it goes. I used to be a manager for Burger King for over 10 years, not this one but another one and I have never seen a more disorganized store in my life. Coming here made me feel like I was on an episode of Punk'd. I've never seen service this crappy before in my life. They NEVER get my food right no matter what time of day or night I come here. One day I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, had to wait 20 mins for my order which by the way was almost $30. I got home and not only was it made wrong, the chicken looked like it was a burger. I was furious and I called and told the manager, he said bring it back for a remake. I get there and show him the sandwich and he looks at it as if there was nothing wrong with how black my chicken looked. I can't believe that the employee on that station was ok with how that food looked. So he had them to remake it and the 2nd one was just as bad, and that's how I know the oil needed to be changed. I didn't even bother to call back, I just threw it in the trash. This happens every time I go there. I live 2 minutes away and I shouldn't have to drive 20 mins away for my food. That manager was rude and very unprofessional and I just couldn't believe how I was treated. I stopped going and then decided to give them another try yesterday. The food was ok I guess, but there was a girl "cleaning" the dining room and restocking lids and whatnot. She was on her phone for one, and 2, she wiped her nose with her hand and then grabbed a handful of lids and restocked them. I almost said something to her, but that wasn't my job. This Burger King has a lot to learn as it relates to improving the customer experience. Last week our store team visited. When placing the order we failed to mention the coupon first. The associate was very rude to us about this over one coupon. So we just didn't use it and continued on. Well yesterday we visited, I placed an order for the store team again, no coupons. There was a communication error and I ended up with 4 impossible burgers vs 1 with 3 regular meals. We returned these kindly wrapped and uneaten. The MANAGER, refused to correct the order and made me pay for 3 more meals. She claimed I misunderstood-which is possible but the attitude and unwillingness to make it right was ridiculous. We are a large store team that frequent this establishment. We will take our business elsewhere. Shame on your manager. This isn't the first time she has behaved like this. It's absolutely unacceptable. We actually hired 2 of their associates this week and they shared she is a negative leader and this is why they left the company. read more

5/19/2017. Experienced one of the nastiest Managers from Burger King restaurant. I pulled in to the drive-thru and ordered two bacon cheeseburgers from the Value menu ($1.49 each). The male restaurant employee acknowledged my order at $4 dollars and some change. I indicated I had ordered two $1.49 bacon cheeseburgers. At that point the female Manager came over the loudspeaker and told me the prices had gone up and she had not had time to change the price on the order board. I indicated in a calm manner that she should honor the prices listed on the board. She then said "We don't have to and you can take your business somewhere else". I immediately drove around, parked, and went into the store. I requested the Manager and was met by the same lady that had rudely spoken to me over the drive-thru speaker. I asked for the number of the home office and she wrote down a number on a piece of paper and all but threw it at me. Just for your information, the Burger King was the one at 219 Kroger Way in Versailles, Kentucky. Phone number 859-873-9010.
