They don't know how to make the drinks and could care less whether you like it or not. A guy was making drinks and put cold foam on my daughter's drink. She told him it was cold foam, and he argued that it wasn't. It was supposed to be cream. If it sets on top of the drink, it's cold foam! Anyway, they were unwilling to remake it and all of our drinks were terrible. The pink drink is not supposed to be separating when it's freshly made; I watched the employee make my drink. They really need some training on how to make drinks. We went over to the Kroger Starbucks and told them what had happened. She remade our drinks, and they turned out right! Steer clear of this Starbucks. Go inside Kroger instead. They couldn't make a drink taste good if they really tried... Their drinks are too expensive to taste horrible, and I don't need the attitude!

I first tried it when I was Iraq and a Turkish couple setup a small shop on the military base I was stationed at in Mosul. We were greeted by the owner Zerifa as we came in and she was very friendly. I ordered a Turkish "double" coffee and two baklavas. My wife ordered a late with chocolate ontop. The coffee was so good! I like coffee without anything in it to mask bad flavor or burnt beans. Theirs was perfect in every regard. The latte was also very nice. Zerifa told us the Baklava was homemade and she had a good reason to be proud of it, as we scarfed it down. Sitting under the umbrella out front it was nice enough we stayed and let the kids run around a bit. My wife ended up getting a second cup of coffee. We will definitely be back. It's exciting to have a unique spin on a coffee shop that isn't some chain in Nicholasville.
