Horrible customer service I accidentally ordered the wrong deal and when I recieved my food they shut the little sliding door on my face. The drive through took quite a long time. Which, while generally not so much of an issue, is not the case at a FASTfood restaurant. We only got 11 chicken fries when we ordered 12 and by the time we realized we were far down the road. Because we realized we were missing chicken fries, we counted the nuggets and realized we were missing those too (it was supposed to be an 8 count). Overall, kind of an unfortunate experience. Solely because I'm in the dining room right now and beads of sweat are rolling down my face it's so hot in here. Whoppers are consistently good and I find all their burgers better than McDonald's equivalents. Jr's or doubles etc. The fish sandwich is variable from old dry and salty to fresh and moist. You can ask in advance about the state of the fish, their usually up front about it.. Breakfast foods are OK but are better at McD's or Jacks. read more

The Veggie Burger had one tomato, two pieces of lettuce, two onion circles, four pickles, lots of mayo and three drops of ketchup. It looked pretty, was fresh and tasted good. I want to give it 5 stars. I almost did, but I should be fair and give it 4 because my most recent visit was the best, but all visits leading up to this one have been less than subpar. At first, our cashier seemed a little grumpy but my friend joked around with her and she admitted she was tired, but she was a good sport about it. Our food took about 10-15 minutes to make but that means it was fresh. And fresh it did taste! Probably the best whopper junior I've ever had from any burger king. There were little burnt bits on the patty which means it was really fire grilled, not left in a warmer for 6+ hours. The lettuce was crunchy, the onions were zingy, and there was the right amount of mayo (I added extra ketchup). And for once, the patty itself did not taste like rotten, plastic meat like every other fast food joint I've ever been to. No, it didn't look like the pictures, but when does food ever look like the picture? In my opinion, if it tastes good, it can look however it wants. The fries were good too, with an adequate amount of salt vs none at all, which is what I usually get. The part where this review gets almost 5 stars is when my friend asked one of the cooks if they sold bacon shakes. It was kind of a joke, but to our surprise the cook said "I'll make one right away!" We didn't actually order it, but it's nice to know there's some funny guys working here who'll actually make custom orders. :) I'll be going back, I got lots of coupons in the mail! read more
