The shrimp were juicy, the seasoning was spot on, and the whole boil had that perfect balance of spice and richness that you hope for but don't always get. On top of the incredible food, the lady who owns the restaurant is wonderfully warm and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and clearly cares about her customers and her food. Tacos are $3 a piece, so I expected a decent or normal amount of meat per taco, but instead I got a kid's portion. I ate more tortilla than meat, just to put it into perspective. With total honesty, these tacos are worth $1.50 at most. The food taste was very mediocre, not even average. It lacked a lot of flavor. The agua fresca was really good, though. I hate it when palces charge a lot for food, but they're very stingy with the portions.
