5/8/26- Came in for the Mandalorian & Grogu souvineer cups the meals are pretty good. I ordered the Bounty Bundle: BBQ Bounty Whopper, Grogu's Garlic Chicken Fries, Imperial Cheddar Ranch Tots, and a Blue Cookie Shake, along with a collectible cup, but was able to substitute a cold drink instead of the shake. Loved the Grogu's Garlic Chicken Fries 5/5 and the Imperial Cheddar Ranch Tots 5/5. The BBQ Bounty Whopper isn't my favorite id give it a 3/5. I'll need to try the shake next time. They were busy so I did have to wait a bit for my meal, lots of people in the drive through. Employee was friendly and helpful that assisted me. Welcomed and said to have a good day as I left. Was average noisy inside, not too loud. Clean in the restaurant. They do have to self ordering screens. read more

I went around 8:30pm on Saturday 4/25/26 and I was out of work and I was tired and I was hungry . I went through the drive through and as soon as I ordered the lady had a rude house and told me that through the drive thru you can only order one combo not two, she said if you want to order two things you have to get down and order inside. She was rude and didn't show any good customer service. I went through the drive thru and not ordered anything, I was offended at the lack of sympathy and bad customer service skills. They should retrain all of those rude girls. If they are angry at their job, they should rethink working there. Ordered one thing on mobile, got a maple syrup burger they substituted w/o consent. I am diabetic, and can't have sugar. Unfortunately, I drove off with it before opening the bag (which was labeled with the correct original order), so the net result is that I didn't get to eat that day. This might have been a mistake, except the exact same thing happened to me the week before. So, I am seeing a pattern here... it seems they feel they can substitute whatever they want. Customer service sucks. The worker was riding us about our coupons expiration date and made it a point to make it about her doing us a favor by accepting it. Went through the drive through after work today. Order the impossible whopper meal. I was served an undone patty dressed in all the fixings. What a horribly experience to experience. Leaves me guessing, "Was it funny to the 2:30 pm crew? How could they miss cooking the impossible meat? Did they anticipate me returning to complain or ask for my money back?" I had to wait a few days to write this review, if that tells you anything. I stopped in last Saturday around 12:30pm. I hadn't had anything to eat, so I was famished. I pulled into the drive thru lane, but after waiting 20 minutes without much movement, I pulled into a parking space and went inside. Although I was the 2nd person in line, it still took the girl on the cash register about 10 minutes to get the order in front of me straight. When it was my turn, I had to repeat my self several times. I was patient with her. She was very nice and it was obvious she was new to working the register. I waited another 15 minutes for my order, which BTW had been sitting under the heat lamps for at least 10 minutes. I went to the car and I bit into my mozzarella stick. It was cold. I took a bite of my burger and it was wrong. I had had it. I went inside and demanded fresh, hot food. I could deal with all the waiting. I could deal with being hungry. I couldn't deal with those things combined with a messed up order. Some constructive criticism, maybe don't put a trainee on the cash register at lunch time. Two, getting the order right is as important as being fast (although this Burger King is most definitely not). I would like to say this is an anomaly, but I use this drive through about once a week or so (closest to my house) and they are almost always slow. they need to get there house in order. There are plenty of other burger joints in town and it might be worth a slightly longer trip just to get what I want when I want. read more
