It's been awhile since we ate at this location. I receive BK offers directly on the app so 2 can dine for 17.99 is still an ok deal, despite the price increase. I started ordering the mayo "light" because they can get heavy handed. Would be great if the fries were always hot, and they should look into alternative straws because the paper ones get soggy super fast. Plenty of parking in this plaza, but the entrance off of Birchmount is quite a tight and hairy turn. read more

I have been to this Burger King (BK) many years ago. My aunt and uncle live in a condominium building next door to this BK, where this plaza also features a Tim Hortons and a convenience store. All three businesses are popular, as residents in these buildings drop by them often. It's a short walk over. After I took in the first PWHL (Professional Women's Hockey League) playoff game between Toronto and Minnesota, I was heading home and needed a bite to eat. I remembered this BK and decided to drop by. The drive-thru at this BK is open till 2 am. It was perfect for my needs, as I hit the drive-thru at roughly 11 pm on a Wednesday night. I got a friendly, polite man speaking to me at the drive-thru. It was still Whopper Wednesday, so I got the Whopper combo with fries and a Diet Coke. He let me know how much it was and I headed over to the window to pay. He was such a nice, professional person. I paid with a debit card. I tapped and was good. It took little time for my food and drink to be handed to me. I thanked him and left. I ended up parking by the Timmy's next door. This Timmy's was packed with folks enjoying themselves inside the joint. Luckily, I was chowing down in the comfort of my car. My Whopper was yummy. I liked how fresh the tomato and lettuce were. I got a generous number of pickle slices. The flame-broiled beef patty was yummy. The bun was great. The fries were yummy. They were crispy and hot, with the right amount of salt. I loved my Diet Coke. It was cold and hit the spot. I continued to drink it driving home after I was done eating. It was nice to return to this Burger King for food. This updated review is more about the app, which I never used before. It definitely needs an update! I had points accumulated, but couldn't redeem them. I switched over to my data vs. their wifi, updated my phone, turned it on/off, but still wasn't able to use the points. I returned a week later, and the mobile ordering system was down. I happened to be in the area for an appointment, and since there are no Burger Kings in my neck of the woods, I figured I had an obligation to grab a Whopper ("a ¼ lb of savory flame-grilled beef topped with juicy tomatoes, fresh lettuce, creamy mayonnaise, ketchup, crunchy pickles, and sliced white onions on a soft sesame seed bun"). I pulled up to the empty drive-thru and placed my order and within just a few minutes I had a freshly-made Whopper sitting on my lap. I really enjoyed this burger. And actually, for a fast-food burger, this one was really well assembled. There was perhaps a little too much mayo, but otherwise this was a picture-perfect Whopper. I've always said that the Whopper is my favorite fast-food hamburger and this only cemented that feeling. Good stuff. read more

I have coupon for 10 pieces chicken nuggets and a large fries for $3.99. Service was very quick and I was seated eating my meal within 6 minutes. This is a moderately busy hill location and has free parking shared with two other establishments. It has a drive thru service and dining room seating (booth, table, cozy table, counter) for about 70 people with quiet top 40 music playing. Free WiFi! Well this location got a bit of a face lift since I was last there but overall the design still look the same. This BK is at corner of birchmount and ellesmere with it own drive through it is pretty convient location to hit. Its not a small store so seating is plenty if you sit down to eat. Food is pretty standard as you would expect. It is Burger King and there food is decent, i havent found anything too offensive with there food. Service was fairly quick and didnt wait long for my food so that a plus. They also have wifi which is a nice plus and the various deals that Bk has going on is nice like 2 for 5 buck sandwich or 10 nuggets for 2 dollars. All and all its good read more

I've been here in before a few times. Whenever i get a craving for the whopper, it usually hits the spot!!. This place is renovated, i'm not sure how long ago, but, its sort of a McD's theme, with a sitting area in the corner with the tv above the area. I do miss the corner bench that they had, but i bet it was a pita to keep clean when food falls in the cracks. Anyhow, i decided to try the spicy BK fish, the girl at cash suggested the 2 for $5 Mix and Match. Good deal !! And she advised me that the spicy vs the non spicy is they just add jalapeno on top to make it spicy. Spicy BK fish was a bit small looking in the packaging. Its comparable to like a small single burger from Harveys. They put like 5 jalapenos ontop, i took 3 off. It wasnt really tasty. Poutine was ok.. Next time, i'm going to stick to my whopper!! And maybe take - out. Service is good. Parking is ok, There are like 7 spots near the drive thru, and another area east that have a lot more parking. Bathroom was a bit messy, and one of the trash was overflowing. This was at 7pm on a Monday. 3-4 stars for service!! 2 stars for the messy bathroom, and overflowing trash, and the spicy BK fish I think this location is near a school so they get a lot of foot traffic from students, but no excuse for the mess. First off, I used to work park time at BK Agincourt, never I seen someone or customer had this trouble. This is worse location on BK on Birchmount, I ordered 2 Original Chicken and Mushroom Swiss Burger. So I paid for it with Change of $5.10, the Cashier girl put receipt on table and took off, she didn't give me one. So I waited, waited more than 15 mins over 5 people after me until I finally said did you guys forget about me? They asked me what I order, I told them 2 original chicken and mushroom swiss burger, they didn't see it on Black order screen anywhere until I told them I got change $5.10, so they look into the bags and found one of them that I ordered 2 Buffalo mozzarella chicken? I told them I dunno what you talking bout, that not mine. The manager he said that my order, I told him how that my order and I have Acid Reflux???? I am gonna eat Buffalo chicken? That makes sense? He like who I order from? I told him the cashier girl left, I don't see her anywhere. So I told him again as he asking what my order then? 2 original chicken for my mom and brother and 1 mushroom swiss for me for lunch tomorrow for work. He DARES charge me 90 cents more? I told him you guys made a mistake and you gonna charge me 90 Cents? Seriously?! I paid him a loonie and said keep the damn change and he finally give my order and I told him, it sounds and look like someone hurry to go home to make this mistake, look back at your damn cameras.
