HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The girl who was working the drive through this evening had a TERRIBLE attitude. I was in the drive through for 12 min and paid then waited and the guy was told be the other worker who was distributing the food to tell me to "wait." So I waited. But wait for what??!! It had been a long time since I visited a BK as I don't do too much fast food but the lure of the Impossible Whopper was, well, Impossible to resist. The fries were fresh and hot and the Whopper was indistinguishable from its beef-based counterpart though it lacked some of the grilled flavor that I remembered from years ago. Hopefully this is leading the way for a less meat intensive fast food culture. read more

How lame is it reviewing a fast food restaurant? How's that for an opener? At any rate, I had been avoiding reviewing chains for a long time, but felt that this establishment needed kudos. This restaurant is always clean, inside and out, the staff are all polite and chipper, and the food is, well it is what it is. But I have to say, of all the burgers out there that are pretentiously priced over 10 bucks, for the money, a Whopper with cheese is a very adequate sandwich. Much better than McDs. The fries are perfectly crisp on the outside and creamy in the middle too. Oh, and keep your eyes out for coupons in your sales circulars. Two Whoppers, 2 fries and two drinks for $8.99 is a heck of a bargain. What's more, is that it's beyond filling, and at that price tossing some out because you're full is no sin! I'll give 1 star since I can't give 0. Every time I come to this place, food is COLD. I have to microwave it before I eat. I ask for extra hot or off the grill. I have complained before. The EMPLOYEES here are LAZY, for instance last Friday my family stopped by for a quick meal since there was no one in line. When we placed our order in the drive thru, we received an extremely hostile attitude from the cashier who was taking our order. She kept telling us the order total before we were even finished ordering, quote "6.75 next window" also when I would add a drink she would tell us "8.50 next window". So at this point I told her to STOP interrupting me because I was not finished yet, so I could tell she wanted to blow us off as much as possible. I have not had BK for over a decade, and I was excited to have it again. A few days ago my friend bought us lunch and we got no receipt and the wrong order. Giving them a second chance, I ordered today. Same result, no receipt, and incorrect order. I did not eat it either time and when I opened up the wrapper the incorrect sandwich was poorly made. I googled what was supposed to go on the sandwich and it wasn't even made with the correct toppings. read more

It's fast food. When they have a good crew working, they can be fast, friendly, and the food can be hot and tasty in a fast-food kinda way. Bad crew working they can be surly, slow, and the food tastes like they let it sit in their butt cracks for a few hours. If I MUST eat fast food (kid-friendly and my elderly dad likes it, so on occasion I'm stuck) I prefer Burger King burgers and onion rings to the schlock McD's has. McD's has better breakfast, coffee, and fish sandwiches. Overall, I would usually prefer to eat out of a gourmet dumpster than eat fast food...but if I got to eat it, BK is OK. read more

After waiting 10 minutes to be waiting on at the counter to take advantage of the 2 impossible burgers for $6 and a small drink, I was told the total would be $14. When asked why so much the cashier then goes I didn't know you wanted two of them. After I specifically stated 2 Impossible Burgers and a small drink. So, he finally got the manager to correct the bill. Then I waited another 20 minutes in the food line waiting to receive my food since the manager then thought it was necessary to go get money out of the safe instead of waiting on customers. The kitchen didn't begin to start any order until she called out the order (broken process). In the meantime a customer complained that the restrooms were horrible. when the manager yelled to the person to clean them, they didn't respond or avoided the manager because they were too busy watching tv. Needless to say I won't be going to this location again. The sad thing is I came here because the Owings Mills location is even worse. So, Burger King, you might have the impossible burger, but with your customer service, the only thing impossible is getting waited on. I won't be wasting my time again. read more

This has to be one of the most insane places I've been lately. I stopped by to take a break before the evening rush and to stop a headache because I hadn't eaten. I haven't had Burger King in a while so why not. When I walked in I saw one crew person in drive through, one in the kitchen, and one at the front getting the food for drive through. Meanwhile three employees dressed as management were in the dining room right by the door talking at one of the tables. The girl at the front was getting all the food for the front and drive through, and taking orders. I thought well they aren't busy right now. While I was there 4 small groups came in at once and still nothing changed. The management group never moved. Also they have one register. Total. For a fast food place that is silly. The food wasn't bad, fries had no salt but they were hot. Now the dispenser that holds the ketchup packets was full, but all of the ketchup packets were covered in syrup. Would I go back? It was about 8:45 pm in timonium MD and it was the first night of the imposed 10 pm curfew in Baltimore City & shortly after my family and I had a seat to enjoy are dinner we were asked to leave by the manager! Pack up your food and hit the road .He told us that the boss called and told him to close shop ?!?? I pressed further and his story changed he then said it was the mayor that ordered them to close !! Whatever we are in baltimore county and there was no reason for them to close . On top of that my fries were hot but my burger was moist yuck ! Every table was dirty yet the person who was supposed to be cleaning the tables was sitting with customers yapping for fifteen minutes while people were looking for clean tables. Everytime I go to this Burger King I have to pull up and wait for fries and it takes about 5-10 mins of waiting and then I have to go in and see what is taking so long. Also, they forget something everytime I order most of the time it's French fries or the order is just wrong and it's just not worth the effort of parking and going in or back in to get the order corrected. By the time I get all of the food I just want to get home. I know it's a fast food place but there is nothing fast about this Burger King.
