My only complaint was I paid cash and was given change for the credit card price. I didn't get the 63 cents discount. Small issue but annoying. I wasn't going to bother her for the change. What made it even more frustrating was that customers who were behind me in line received their food before I did, and it honestly felt like my order was forgotten entirely. At one point, an employee asked me what I had ordered, which made it seem like they were only just realizing they hadn't made it yet. I understand places get busy, but this was an unusually long wait for such a basic order, and there wasn't any clear communication about what was going on. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and irritating, and I really hope the service improves moving forward.
