I hadn't been to a Burger King in years, so I thought I would try it. It was a Wednesday and a TV commercial promoted the new improved Whopper for $3.99. Still, I figured with fries and a drink it would be eleven bucks. After waiting in the drive through I was told the $3.99 whopper was only on the app. I canceled my order. I do not have a cell phone, so no way of getting the app. Screw the Burger King and their app. I won't be back. read more

Workers are very rude. They didn't have any of the new SpongeBob items and they seemed upset that we were even asking about it. We ended up getting a couple of chicken sandwiches and the chicken tasted so old!!! The breaded part of it was really moist and not crunchy at all. Food was great, but manager was rude. When we came to the window to pickup our food, we noticed a sign promoting ice cream and a drink. We asked if we could add these items to our order. He was visually upset. He told me that I had to pull up and wait for the items. He indicated that their were customers behind us. When he came to our car with the added items was still upset. I said to him if you don't want customers to add items you shouldn't advertise them at the pickup window. He angrily said you should place all items at the order area, and not add things at the window. I asked him his name and he just walked away. He needs customer service training. I always order from the Burger King app for this store. The app lets you customize the item. You can add extra tomato, some of the sandwiches let you add more cheese, and every time I have ordered this way, the builder of the burger gets it right! Food has always been hot. I think this restaurant does a great job. I've probably ordered about 20 times with the app and they always get it right. read more

So I have been hopeful to get a review on this place but they were never going on Yelp . Now here they are, I have come here many times, never really any bad issues & was happy a new BK was around. Staff as also been nice & they seem to stick the place with employees. It is in front of a light so easy access to 19 north or south. Today I used a coupon for 2 cheese burger with fry & coke, all was good. I think they widen the drive Thur because I thought it started out as just one lane which meant if yu went through the drive thru, yu were stuck there, now there are 2 lanes. Used to be my favorite Burger King. Until you meet the night manager Devin. He is loud and rude. He screams at his employees. And even at the customers. He told every body to hurry up and order because he got a drive through line while people were making decisions. You don't talk to any one like that. He told a customer NO! NO WATER! FOR YOU. I thought it might have been a friend but no they weren't. And told them NO! Either pay cash or card IM NOT DOING BOTH! We took our chance and ordered then after. And still got our order wrong. Every single customer told him hey you don't have to act like that. His reply yeah ok what ever have a nice day. I am never returning to this Burger King as long as he is working here. Everyone just go to the on on 19 and Tampa the floors maybe sticky but you won't feel disrespected. read more

We have been to this Burger King 5 or 6 times. It is very consistent as it's always slow and the food is always cold. Tonight was the topper. I pulled off the burger to heat in the microwave (as usual)and noticed basically a wedge of lettuce and a tomato top including the part that connects to the vine. Please see photo. read more

This Burger King advertises they close at nine. I show up at 11:49 and I am told they are closed. I said "no you are not closed, you close at midnight". The kid over the speaker says they throw food away at 11:50. I'll then reply with" why would you do that when you were supposed to stay open until midnight? You are still open and I would like to order". He then replies with sorry but we're closed and refuses to make anything even though they don't close for 11 more minutes. I proceed to immediately call corporate. I am told the restaurant MUST stay open until the minute they advertise they are closed. And they sure can't be throwing away food 10 minutes before they close and then shutting the restaurant down early. So if this has been an issue for you, make sure you call corporate and complain. It's not OK to close 11 minutes early and start throwing food away 10 minutes... I hope these lazy useless employees get held accountable read more

This place is pretty good! I always do the drive thru, and it's not that long of a wait. I usually get a sandwich there, and its good. My vegetarian sister gets the "impossible" whopper there, and she likes it. My only complain is that our server, Basil, put half the amount of onion rings I ordered there. Overall, very tasty sauces and food! read more

This is probably the best Burger King in northern Pinellas County as far as drive throughs in the area are concerned since it opened over the past year. It is always clean inside and the staff have *ALWAYS* been polite and quick to offer service. I don't recall an order ever being incorrect from the drive through window either. 10 minutes to order in the Drive through it's a little bit excessive. Once I got to the window I waited another 10 minutes while the cashier stood at the window with a close talking on her microphone to somebody else behind me but refuse to take my money. So now I'm 20 minutes into waiting for Burger King I ended up just driving off because she never open the window the worst service I can only imagine how bad the food is. read more

Visited near midnight on evening of 5/08/20. Best drive-thru experience ever! I'm really serious. Such a wonderfully polite, adorable cutiepie of a gentleman with an infectious smile kindly accepted my payment & gave me my order. I haven't been to BK in years, they've really improved. Blub, blub , blub. Welcome to the sinking ship known as the Tarpon Springs BK. Long story short. We did not get to order as the cashier was overwhelmed with business. People were waiting off to the side to receive their food order. It was a long line of PO'd grumbling customers{ former customers}. The manager needs reassigned or allowed to hire more help. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes so assumed food would be hot. There was two cars in front of us and they have them wait until there order us complete. Was I wrong by the time we got home everything was cold. Not much fun heating up a whopper in a microwave with tomatoes. I ate one of the onion rings on the way home and tasted like shoe leather. With the age of here is your food take it and eat even if it not right I did not think I could have the worst experience with fast food but you changed that. Ordered Family Pack Whopper, Bacon cheeseburger and buy one get one whopper. Burgers were cold and overcooked,(totally hardened), buns were stale, mayo ketchup tomato a mess sliding off burger with enough condiments for 2 or 3 burgers on one. It tasted horrible its going to be a long time before I eat this slop again, I'm used to going to other Burger Kings where the fries are actually warm and the patties aren't hard and cold. I feel like I just threw my money in the trash. I had to tell one of the guys in the cooking area to put gloves on, the other guy didn't have his mask on properly. My wife and I went for dinner. Posted on the window was a poster meals 4,5,6. I ordered a whopper meal regular, my wife ordered the two grilled sandwiches for 6 and $1.49 nuggets, one extra drink, total of 18.05. When I got the items they said only charged for one sandwich.so they charged annother 2,14. So we are at 20,19 for 13.49 food ordered. When we asked the manager. long wait at the drive thru and only a few patrons inside. hoped the food therefore would be hot. drove home minutes away and the food was cold. First time ever in my life decided to call to speak to a manager about bad food. The manager Cheyanne's reply, "I was here all evening and all of the food went out hot", I replied, "Are you calling me a liar?" and she hung up. I recognized her voice from the 3 previous times I visited this Burger King, reluctantly, because even though the building is only 2 years old, the place is always filthy and the food is always cold. It's closer than the Burger King in Palm Harbor but this was the last straw!
