Do NOT...I repeat DO NOT try to do Mobile ordering here. We did so, only to show up 10 minutes later and be told "it could take at least an hour to get your food." So we canceled order. This was two weeks ago. Still waiting for that refund. Taco Bell corp not much help. Go somewhere else if you actually would like to eat food. read more

I got cold hard fries. And my entire order was wrong. I got a crunchy taco and it was made with old steak. And 2 five layers burritos that were made with the same steak. this location should close permanently. As a delivery worst taco bell in tampa with taco bell/kfc combo locations being equally disorganized. They cannot handle any traffic. I have watched in the lobby at 1 and 2 AM at a real Taco Bell ; working fast and efficiently and food is great. Your store is terrible - just awful. As a driver I've done thousands of deliveries but this location can't operate during daytime hours with their lobby or even worse at night with their drive-through. Twice I spent half an hour in the drive-through with two cars. I canceled both deliveries, and I have never accepted a delivery from the store since. I strongly encourage no one to accept delivery orders from this store until they clean up their act. "Waiting for food" is not the excuse it's your understaffed unmotivated skeleton crew and you're an extremely poorly performing store manager. read more

The absolute slowest and inconsiderate staff. I waited for over an hour for three softshell tacos with no modifications. There was no reason given for this wait time. After 20 minutes of waiting and asking how much longer it would take I was told it would only be a few minutes. I saw drive-through order after drive-through order being fulfilled, however, while I and four other people were in the store, none of our in-store orders were fulfilled in a timely manner. Not sure why this place has a low rating because we found it clean, the staff friendly and food delicious. One did have to use screen to place an order but that wasn't difficult in this day and age. There was only one table outside, but it was perfect for the four of us. read more

Absolute worst experience I've had in a long time. I made an order through DoorDash. The driver was the 9th car in the drive thru line. After waiting 45 minutes, 2 employees came outside and told everyone in line to leave because they didn't have enough employees to make the food. The door dash driver explained to one of the employees that he had a door dash order to fulfill. The employee told him "Okay. Go park in that spot over there and I will bring the food out to you." my food was clearly already VERY late, but because of the shortage of employees everywhere and it being 4th of July, I was very understanding and patiently waited. Another 45 minutes went buy while my DoorDash driver sat there. He finally pulled back up and honked his horn to get the employees attention. He said they are just sitting in the lobby doing nothing. They told him that I had cancelled the order and they wouldn't fulfill it. That was a lie. I am including a screenshot of what my DoorDash app showed at that moment after all the waiting. Got 2 beef crunchy tacos and a chicken quesadilla from here on Friday afternoon. My friend got two chicken crunchy tacos. I felt fine up until Friday evening. I started experiencing nausea and then vomiting and diarrhea later on in the evening. I was miserable the whole night. So I knew it was food poisoning. The Taco Bell was one of the only things I had eaten that day. I think the two beef tacos were what did it as my friend had the chicken tacos and felt fine. Came here at 10 PM, 3 hours before the sign says they close. I did a mobile order and I pull up to the speaker like directed and an automated voice said they're closed. I pull up to the window and knock and knock before some punk from across the kitchen moved his hand across his neck. Was it a threat? Was it sign language? I don't know. I walked in with my friends tonight to get food. And I recognize one of the employees working there and said hi to her. And the manager came over was very rude. And very aggressive. She told us to leave her alone she is working. We were not bothering her from doing her job. She was also very mean to her teenage employees. I used to work at this Taco Bell. And never met a manager like this. She does not deserve to be a manager. I am a manger at my current job and I would never do what she did. Customers always come first. Moët White, the manager, is the most vile human being i have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Apparently some people (such as this creature that somehow got a job and calls herself human) don't realize that others have struggles in life. Struggles such as not being able to afford groceries and needing to use food stamps. My close friend and I went through her drive through and asked if they took EBT cards. Now Taco bell may not be the smartest thing to spend money on but we were tired and hungry and just wanted something quick. I was going to pay if they did not accept the card. When we asked if the cards were accepted the first man we talked to was pleasant saying he doesn't think we can use the card for hot food items and suggested we see if subway would work. We thanked him but asked if there was any cold food we can get, which apparently was a mistake. This taco bell is great and close to home. Most of the employees are very friendly and they rarely mess up my order. The inside is clean and usually everything is stocked. They are very fast as well. The only complaint if I had to make one would be that it is always freezing in there and the music is very interesting. Always a different genre when I go in. But that isn't really a complaint because it doesn't bother me at all. read more
