This has to be the worst location of all because the employees are on a power trip. Don't yell at people at the drive-through like you are the boss when you can't handle a single delivery order with no customers at your restaurant at 3 AM. I drive through every morning because I love their coffee. I gave them my app number. The girl said what is the number again so I gave her the number again on my phone it showed we got your order. Thanks, the girl said the code won't go through I said so what do I do? She said I'm sorry, but I can't control the Code machine so I said so. What do I do? She said you can't get it I said, but it said on my phone that it went through. So I drove up to the window where she was with my $20 bill and she gave me a really really dirty look and she said your coffee is free so I said is it possible for you to give me change of a 20 and she said to me " "I AM NOT AN ATM" So I said, could you please give me your name and she said "I AM NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE YOU MY NAME!" Only 4 stars because the PlayPlace is still closed and it is the BEST one around. Today, 7/15/22, I used my mobile app for the rewards and my BOGO free coupon for two egg McMuffins. The service was friendly (loved our cashier's beautiful smile), fast, and our food was hot and delicious. The inside is clean and functional. Ok. I love the McDonald's oatmeal, and normally drive thru 2-3 days per week. Not only is the oatmeal tasty but the drive thru is normally quick and eff. Unfortunately my experience today was not acceptable after placing and paying for my order at 8:13 they gave me my drink and directed me into their waiting for order spot #1. After waiting for 13 minutes (an absolutely unacceptable amount of time) I called them 727-943-8721. When the phone was answered, I gave them my order #1309 and told them that i had been waiting for 13 minutes. The person who answered said we will get it right out. I Come here all the time & have been for years. They do a good job & most of time are busy, they just revise this store so it is cleaner & up to date. This morning I went there & got an ice coffee & sausage biscuit. The lady did not even ask me how many creams or sugars I wanted in it so I had no idea how I was going to turn out. It breaks my heart to report that the two and a half starts this business has in its Yelp profile it's too much for the type of service you get here. I was on my way to a meeting and happened to see this McDonalds, so I said to myself "Hey, let's get a coffee" - so I went through the drive-thru. I was greeted with a "Order when you are ready" (Forget about welcome to McDonalds, or good morning) the whole experience felt wrong from the beginning but I proceeded to order my coffee. " Can I please have a medium coffee with cream and either Stevia or Splenda?" the computer then showed a small coffee, so I told the lady that it was a medium one, apparently ordering a coffee was too much to take because all I got from her was one big sigh! After an ackward silence, she said to me " is that all you want? then I said no, I would also want a Bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. Oh boy did she sigh again? When I approached the first window to pay, I ask Sabrina the name of the employee who took my order because Sabrina's voice sounded different. After a big hesitation she said, it might have been Joy! My experience at this McDonalds was so unpleasant that I will not coming back and I will drive further to get to a different one if I ever find myself in the same area. It kills me that business like this don't take into consideration that customer service is everything. I can get a good cup of coffee at anywhere, and nobody deserves the feeling of being rushed or that they are doing you a favor by serving you. McDonald's has the best fish sandwich with wild Alaskan Pollack. So good! No outdoor seating though. Service seems good. read more

The food was cold and disgusting I ordered a crispy chicken w/ cheese meal. The fries were not eatable they were like rubber, the chicken sandwich had nothing on it except something that looked and tasted like it was from the trash. The employees here are just not able to provide customer service. I asked for two turtle sundaes and they had no idea what to do. They had none premade so they were not sure what to do.
