Service sucks majorly. Manager on duty is an absolute idiot. Her and the staff were more interested in having a conversation with their friend rather than serving customers. Ambiance is non-existent unless if you want to dine at an establishment that is more like a middle school cafeteria. Do not waste your time going to this location. read more

Lunch rush at 1230 and 11 people in line, 1 lady at the register, 1 working drive thru windows and 1 cooking. Wait time inside so far, 20 min. We were here at 1215, still 7 people ahead of us. I took a video. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. read more

I waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru!! SO AWFUL. They make everyone pull up into the parking spaces, there was about 6 cars just waiting after going through the drive thru. I ordered 2 whoppers, it took OVER 25 MINUTES. read more

I really don't understand why all the reviews are bad because this place may not be the best place ever but the workers were really nice and the food was good, the place in general was ok and the bathrooms were not the cleanest but still useable read more

Manager was very nice and made the order right with me! It was an online order thst didn't quite go right .

I've given this Burger King location multiple chances, and unfortunately my experiences have only gotten worse over time. I initially tried to address my concerns through the Burger King app, hoping customer service would step in and help resolve the issues I was having. Instead of assisting me, they simply blocked me from submitting any further reviews--an extremely disappointing response that shows little interest in customer feedback or improvement. As for the location itself, I strongly advise avoiding this place after 9 PM. On several visits, I was served food that was clearly not fresh--cold items that tasted like they had been sitting out since early evening. It's unacceptable for any restaurant, especially a major chain, to hand out meals in that condition. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but at this point it's important to warn others. I truly hope management steps up, because the quality and customer care at this location have been consistently lacking. read more

The staff was so friendly they made sure everything was nice and hot. There was not a long wait time. The food was amazing I will be coming back for more food. read more

Amazing customer service, the nice young man at the register helped me save money by showing me the amazing deals they have.

Are you serious? Fluffy egg?? Over slated, bagel-like substance with no flavor. I paid $20 for that and want my money back. I wouldn't risk to feed my dog with that garbage. Through my money away... never ever will buy in burger king again read more

Burger King - Old ass fries prob reheated and left out . - Burgers Near Me - Tampa, Florida

My order was not even what I ordered. I had to turn around from Wesley Chapel and come back. The manager was very nonchalant and she threw my order like it was no big deal into the back and remake this order. I got the bag back checked the order and it was still wrong. I asked the manager what does it take to get the order correct she kind of chuckled and said I don't know. That remark just made me more irritated. The third time the assistant manager came up front and remembered who I was and he said that he would redo the order because he remembered exactly what I wanted. He redid my order to the t it was perfect. He mentioned that the district manager actually had done my order and did it incorrectly the first time, the guy that was by himself during a lunch rush did it the second time it was wrong. This was the Burger King on the corner of Florida Avenue and Bearss Ave. in Tampa Florida. and these food service workers want $15 an hour this is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. I think this law needs to be revisited. read more

Took a long time for fast food and all of the food was cold. We waited for like 15+ minutes in a drive through with 2 other cars and our burgers and chicken fries were all cold. read more

Not sure what all these bad reviews are for. Went there today for diner in the drive through and had absolutely no problems at all. Food was right and service was friendly and fast even with about 4 or 5 cars in the drive through. read more

Slowest "fast food" on the planet. Don't order the new chicken sandwich unless you plan on dining inside. Had a 20 minute wait in drive through while they figured out how to make it After a very long wait. No apology. Forgot to give us napkins. And made the new sandwich wrong read more

all these bad reviews just to find out they have a new manger she's awesome! the food is great 1000/10

Has to be the worst Burger King anywhere. Not only was it the slowest fast food place we ever been to the guy at the drive thru was harassing my wife by saying he would like to get know her better. We will definitely not be returning there and will not be recommending it to our family and friends. read more

They have a rude manager by the name of Lailana White. She was very demeaning. She kept asking us what type of whopper. I kept on saying whooper jr. She asked us five times in a condescending way. Very unprofessional. We wanted to dine in but chose to take our food home. Not a very good experience. read more

Worst Burger King in the area. Say in the drive thru 20 minutes got tired of waiting and left. I went here October 20 2021 at 650 PM

I stopped to order 4 orders for my kids who took the order confirm that I can get my meals drinks switched to medium size of the new slushy cock . While waiting on the food the manager open the medium size drinks which were filled and pour it in a small size . Trying to explain for her I paid for medium not small she answer in very rude way denying it was medium and shut the window in my face. My kids were shocked and they ask me not to buy from them again. read more

this burger king does not deserve all the hate it gets. food was so good and so well prepared everything was made to order and everyone there was very nice and friendly no one was rude or anything 10/10 read more

This Burger King is very clean. I also loved Abigail the cashier and her awesome cheerful attitude. You can tell she's trying to do a great job and I appreciate that. Overall doesn't seem like a great work environment but Abigail really goes over the top to make you feel at home and she asked you if you need any other additional things like sauces while you wait for your order to come out. Way to go Abigail! read more

Took forever to get our food. There was only one other couple inside. The line was long however the staff (mostly the cooks) were taking their time, making jokes with coworkers, and moving very slowly. Did not seem to care about customer service. On top of waiting. We overheard them about to cancel our part of order we had been waiting for saying it already went out. Luckily we caught it in time to stop them. A half of my husband's crispy chicken sandwich was tough and inedible so he stuffed the bare buns with nuggets to salvage his lunch. Wouldn't return to this location again. read more

**Updated Review***. I gave a review from a poor experience I had at this BK. This location has made some changes and it shows. I had the pleasure to interact with Betty at the drive-thru window and she was phenomenal!!! Betty was polite and courteous and exactly what customers need, especially during a time like this. Thank you Betty! You Rock!! read more

The staff working today at this time had no sense of urgency or discipline. Myself of several other customers waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take our orders. It's definitely the last time I visit this restaurant. read more

Not only did I have a poor experience at Burger King one day, but actually two days in a row! On the first night I went into the lobby to avoid the long line in the drive through. After waking in and waiting over 25 minutes for my order, my order was incorrect. I had dealt with the same manager and employee during my whole time. I called when I got home and realized the order was wrong. I spoke to the manager and she said she would gladly replace it tomorrow. The following day we returned. The cashier was the same gentleman from the night before but he said he didn't remember me at all. The manager on duty finally came up and said she saw a note in the back about my order and then said that she would have someone create it right then. After about 10 minutes none of the employees had made my meal yet because they have seemed to forgotten about it. Finally after about 10 more minutes they bagged up my meal! read more

Made a visit on 10/12 @ 6pm. The staff was using foul language with multiple children in the building. Food came out cold and staff laughed at our complaints. Terrible location and an embarrassment to the brand. read more

Its unfortunate that I read some of the reviews and still decided to go ahead and have my husband order the veggie burger with fries. First of all, we ordered via drive through and the young Lady was very rude: no hello, no thank you, no please.. We get to the second window, we pay and we are told to "pull up" (again, noone used the word "please"). So we pulled up, waiting..not sure why..but patiently waiting...5min passed, 10 min passed, 2 cars from the line decided to drive away as the waiting become quit long..Since we paid we had to wait..my husband decided to drive back to where we originally ordered the burger ,and same young Lady was like: pull to the second window (after we asked about our burger). So we finally got the burger and asked what happened, why wouldnt ANYONE tell us that it would take time to get that burger. Anyways, burger was hard and definitely not tasty..its unfortunately that we wasted out time AND money ... If you can avoid eating there, you better do so. I think the manager of the store needs to educate young people at Burher King about simple etiquette and benefits of providing positive customer service.. read more

Typical fast food store. I have been here often. They used to say "you can have it your way". I ordered two Whoppers, no lettuce and extra onions. On one I could see that someone scrapped the lettuce off, slathered in extra mayonnaise and two slivers of onion. The second was no better. I ordered two fries but only got one. I had to go through the drive-thru a second time. This was 8:00 pm so maybe the crew wasn't at there best. Their on-line survey not allow me to complete their survey. read more
