This installation of Burget King is HORRIBLE. Went through the drive thru and arrived home to find that a full meal (paid for) was excluded from our order. Called the store and spoke to manager to report. She was rude and angry as if we had made the error. I told her that my husband was on the way back to retrieve the rest of the items and she demanded that he also return the food received. We asked if we would get a fresh batch of food... to which she denied. How about a full refund and we'd go to another store? Also denied. Called corporate who is not able to provide refund unless you purchase through the app! We were also informed that she was not obligated to make it right. Supposedly someone from corporate will contact us within 48 hours. Stay away from this BK. It needs to close. read more

Since it's been a long time since I ate fast food we stopped here after an afternoon filled with errands. I was happy with the two junior whoppers for $5 and a small drink, and hubby ordered the bacon king meal combo. The cashier totaled it up and it came to almost $25 dollars. Maybe it's me but I thought it was on the expensive side. Food was received with no tomatoes or mayonnaise, just the way we wanted. Fries, however, were extremely salty. The interior looked modern and stylish, but the tile floor could have been cleaner. Not many people were in the dining area, and it could have used extra lights as it seemed dark. This location is nearby so we may return. read more

my fish sandwich was ok BUT THE FIRE MOZZARELLA STICKS WERE GROSSSSSSSS. the picture shows the cheese inside stringy and soft and lots of it! and ok, the food never looks like the AD, BUT i STILL expected something like a mozzerella stick. you bite into THESE NASTY things they actually want to call mozz sticks??? ITS DRY and CRUSTY! "cheese"? it was brown! nothing like cheese AT ALL! cheez wiz is a better imitator of cheese than this thing. i could have pooped out something that resembled cheese better. the breading was good. there is definitely potential there. read more

Hello, my family and I went to BurgerKing. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being addressed. I looked at my wife and said let's leave. Finally someone turned around and said we will be right with you. The three people putting orders together were more worried about the online orders than the physical customers in the lobby. It took twenty minutes to receive our order which was completely unacceptable considering there weren't any other customers inside. I ordered our food to go. I told the worker 3 times to go. It was placed on a tray. I said to the guy did I not tell you 3 times i wanted my food to go. While waiting for my order someone that was in the drive thru came inside with a burger that wasn't plain. The worker placed it on the prep counter which had I not spoke up for it to be thrown away it would have been given to another customer. NASTY!!!!! I'm not looking to get free food because honestly I would be hard pressed to ever go to Berger King again. I just need to vent. Rant over Chuck read more

Over and over, I have come to this Burger King and have had lousy service. This time it was the drive-thru. The girl taking the orders at 8 pm on 11/6/2025 couldn't care less that she was doing such a sloppy job of taking the alternate orders. Got fed up and asked to place the order at the window. Oh, we can't do that! Well, you won't get my business, ever! I know she couldn't have cared less, but the owner should! Goes to show why one entity (family, individual) should not have a monopoly on owning a chain in regions. There is no competition, and thus no standards or expectations to rise to!! read more

They didn't put bacon on my 2 bacon cheeseburgers and they verified the order to make sure our order was correct and still got it wrong

"Extremely disappointed with the Burger King on Anderson Snow Rd. Ordered a chicken sandwich, onion rings, and a Coke. Got home to find no sauce for the rings, and the 'chicken sandwich' was just a small nugget on a plain bun--no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Definitely the last time I'll be going there." read more

I just ordered 2 original chicken with cheese and the only thing i tasted was salt. I think that the managers should be responsible to the taste of food that leaves their establishment. I know people don't pray anymore. Lord pray that you help us to help others that don't understand the meaning between, Sweet and Salty Lesson 1). SALTY: it take cover everthing and leave a very bad salt taste in your mouth. Thanks no Thanks read more

Must give credit where it's due. Drive thru is always kind and fast. The food has been consistantly fresh and hot and the restaurant always looks clean! Proud of the service improvements! bless up read more

I just went through the drive-through and got an original chicken sandwich and a small fry when I went to go open to eat them. It was not hot like not fresh. It was like warm, not appealing at all the fries as well so I went back in and it asked if they could make me a fresh sandwich and the manager or the old guy in a black button up shirt got p off and yelled that the food I got was fresh. And I started to say check it yourself so he just crumpled up the bag and threw it away and yelled to the back very rude like. I'll never come back to this Burger King again and I suggest other people find a different Burger King as well because they have zero customer service. If that black shirt was the manager, he should be fired. read more

This BK had only a couple of employees working & the poor girl that waited on me was running the drive thru as well as cash register. She took my order with out even looking up. I had the ham, egg, cheese croissant meal, very good actually. They my need more help if they can afford it. I can see how screw ups happen all the time when one person is running their ass off. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! BK is known for being slow...but they take it to a whole new extreme. We waited for 10 minutes at the speaker to even have an acknowledgment then another 8 minutes to get our food. There wasn't anyone ahead of us. There were 7 people working, three of which were managers. The older man, who appears to be a manager is always rude and slow. I hope the corporate offices will do something about this. The owners of this location are doing themselves a disservice keeping this management team on staff. read more

Is say hit it miss but it's manly miss. Service is terrible good typically isn't warm. One of the worst Burger King I've been too

Poor customer service I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before walking out. This place had no customer and I am happy to report hey did not get my business. So I came back and decided to get a chicken sandwich. Wow what a let down. read more

Not a great BK. Messed up orders, online orders not processed, sorry " out of lettuce " and oops yep we put pickles on that - it isn't what you ordered. Did I mention the wait time??? Or, block out on wifi if you want the specials??? Really about the worst managed BK I've experienced. read more

The staff always has a nasty attitude at the drive thru. Have it your way I always avoid this location if I can.

I know its hard to get workers now and I am appreciative of workers who are showing up but I am still baffled how my order is utterly beyond screwed up. I ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, 1 sausage egg and cheese sandwich, a iced coffee and 2 pancake platters. 1. All 4 sandwiches are sausage. My family of 4 only one person likes sausage 2. My coffee tastes like Princess Poppy the pink troll pissed so much sugar in my drink its not even drinkable. My teeth hurt from the sugar bath it was so bad. I brewed coffee at home and tired to mix it and threw it all out as there was not salvaging it. 3. The pancake order was correct Lastly, is the fact that I waited several minutes at the 1st window before someone at the 2nd window waved to me to come down and i waited another few min. No exaggeration This is the 3rd time in several months I have been disappointed in either wrong food in the bag or missing food in the bag. I encourage you to avoid this place like the plague. Nothing but disappointments here. I wont ever go back, its not worth the aggravation and spending $25.00 for complete garbage. read more

I arrived at 10:40 and ordered lunch, I have been waiting a half an hour for my food, and they only told me after 15 minutes they were "running behind on lunch" Acted like I was stupid for expecting them to be ready for lunch at lunch time. No apology or anything. read more

This location is always out of whatever I order. It doesn't matter what I order or what time of the day that I order. They are also very slow in the drive thru, and I have seen several people pull out of the line due to wait times. Just got breakfast today, and they were out of biscuits and the hash browns were cold. This was my last attempt to give this BK a chance. read more

This review is for the BurgerKing on Anderson Snow road The young brunette was extremely rude. I don't understand how a restaurant can operate when they don't have creamers for your coffee nor decaf coffee & heaven knows what else. When I remarked on this the brunette was very rude. When I left she made snide remarks. I will NEVER go back there again. What a way to run a restaurant. No customer service skills whatsoever. read more

people don't change their gloves , manager will give acceptance to messing up "rude" customers food, seen employees drop food on the floor and pick it up back onto the sandwich, employees vape and smoke in customer eye view and near food , no hair nets or hats so hair can end up anywhere, the general manager is very disrespectful and racist , i've seen them grab raw meat and didnt change gloves to continue making the food! wouldn't recommend even feeding this to my dog. read more

Burger King - raw Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Spring Hill, Florida

I've been absolutely underwhelmed each time I've been here. Since the arrival of the impossible whopper I've gone here on two different occasions. The impossible patty is always super dried out and overcooked. Honestly, the bun and topping are the best part. The first time I went I specifically asked for no mayo on my sandwich as I wanted it fully vegan. Well, guess what ends up being on my sandwich? You guessed it mayo! The fries were very stale tasting as I am sure they were sitting out for a long time. Well, today I got home late and decided to give them another try. The fries once again were stale. The impossible patty was again hard and overcooked. Luckily this time they didn't put mayo on the sandwich. When I arrived home I decided to try to jazz up the sandwich by adding veganaise and some bbq sauce. Unfortunately, that still didn't do the trick. The impossible patty was too dry and overcooked to even go well with the additional condiments. My lemonade was delicious so I decided to give a two start rating because at least something was appetizing! Hopefully other Burger King locations are better about preparing the impossible burger. I know I won't be back to this location moving forward. read more

This place gave me a BK junior with NO BURGER on it at all! Got all the way home to find bun, condiments, and no meat! Took it back. A year later, I gave them another chance. They didn't even help me in the second drive through lane. When I told them I was going elsewhere the woman said, "OK!" Very rudely. This place doesn't give a crap about customer service and their food is terrible. Avoid at all costs!! read more

Went through the drive thru and placed an order for a whopper with fries combo. Disappointed. Ordered a whopper meal. Add cheese and extra all toppings, and no-salt fries. Tried an order of mozzarella sticks. Burger and sticks lukewarm at best. Added extra pickles in a clump and cold cheese. No extra anything else. French fries were the best part of this meal, and they had obviously salted them, then attempted to wipe off the salt. I order no-salt fries to ensure freshness, so I did get fresh fries. Can't say the same for the rest. Young man who assisted with fixing my issues was very pleasant! read more

Chicken sandwich wasn't even fully cooked. Will not go back. That is the 3rd bad experience.

Very poor customer service. Will not honor some coupons properly. Inconsistent food. Dry, overcooked burgers and undercooked fries. No sauce provided for onion rings. Just all around bad. read more

This is about the 5th time we have eaten at this location. It is freezing cold inside, not just cold but freezing. We always remember to bring sweaters and wear winter clothes and forget just how cold it really is, until the next time we go there. when ordering my food i asked for a spicy crispy chicken with no lettuce and tomato and the manager on headset said "so only pickles?" and i said "no a spicy crispy chicken with only mayo" and i got a sandwich with pickles. i find it mind blowing that even after repeating exactly what i wanted twice it should not have been wrong. read more

what a rip off. ordered a "big fish". terrible. 1. about the size of a smallhamburger. 2. fish patty was 1/8 of an inch thick and more breading than fish , and hard as a rock. 3. i did not know they could slice a fish filet that thin. ordered some mozzarella sticks. again terrible. almost all breading and whatever was inside was not real cheese. mozzarella is soft and streches when you pull it apart. this stuff was hard as a rock. must have been sitting for a few days in the heat tray. read more

Inconsistent. I've had a few 3 or 4 star experiences but others have been poor. A $6 burger that was dry (cooked twice?), 9 nuggets instead of 10, onion rings mixed in the fries, etc. And what is the reason for asking drive-up customers for a name? Concentrate on food quality, please. read more

Let me first start by stating I have never felt like I have had to give a negative review for a fast food restaurant before, but my experience at this location definitely warrants one. The counter person was extremely rude and very combative. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I was floored when I heard that and told her that her customer service left a lot to be desired. I will be contacting the regional office on this location to suggest more training on dealing with customers in a non combative manner. read more

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to, I have been through the drive through a total of two times, the first time I ordered a new chicken sandwich and some other items, got home and opened the bag and found no chicken sandwich. I thought well chalk it up to experience as I should have checked the order before I drove away, so I decided to try again, went to the drive through and was greeted with "may I have your name to better serve you", I gave my name , placed my order for Double Whooper with cheese and some other items, checked the order at the window, drove home and sure enough when I got home opened the bag, I found a Single Whopper with no cheese, never again will I spend my hard earned money in a place that has no quality control or the staff that could care less if the orders are correct, the staff should concentrate on getting the orders correct and not worry about what my name is to help better serve me, what a joke read more
