Since it's been a long time since I ate fast food we stopped here after an afternoon filled with errands. I was happy with the two junior whoppers for $5 and a small drink, and hubby ordered the bacon king meal combo. The cashier totaled it up and it came to almost $25 dollars. Maybe it's me but I thought it was on the expensive side. Food was received with no tomatoes or mayonnaise, just the way we wanted. Fries, however, were extremely salty. The interior looked modern and stylish, but the tile floor could have been cleaner. Not many people were in the dining area, and it could have used extra lights as it seemed dark. Hello, my family and I went to BurgerKing. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being addressed. I looked at my wife and said let's leave. Finally someone turned around and said we will be right with you. The three people putting orders together were more worried about the online orders than the physical customers in the lobby. It took twenty minutes to receive our order which was completely unacceptable considering there weren't any other customers inside. I ordered our food to go. I told the worker 3 times to go. It was placed on a tray. I said to the guy did I not tell you 3 times i wanted my food to go. While waiting for my order someone that was in the drive thru came inside with a burger that wasn't plain. The worker placed it on the prep counter which had I not spoke up for it to be thrown away it would have been given to another customer. NASTY!!!!! my fish sandwich was ok BUT THE FIRE MOZZARELLA STICKS WERE GROSSSSSSSS. the picture shows the cheese inside stringy and soft and lots of it! and ok, the food never looks like the AD, BUT i STILL expected something like a mozzerella stick. you bite into THESE NASTY things they actually want to call mozz sticks??? I just went through the drive-through and got an original chicken sandwich and a small fry when I went to go open to eat them. It was not hot like not fresh. It was like warm, not appealing at all the fries as well so I went back in and it asked if they could make me a fresh sandwich and the manager or the old guy in a black button up shirt got p off and yelled that the food I got was fresh. And I started to say check it yourself so he just crumpled up the bag and threw it away and yelled to the back very rude like. I'll never come back to this Burger King again and I suggest other people find a different Burger King as well because they have zero customer service. If I could give negative stars I would! BK is known for being slow...but they take it to a whole new extreme. We waited for 10 minutes at the speaker to even have an acknowledgment then another 8 minutes to get our food. There wasn't anyone ahead of us. There were 7 people working, three of which were managers. The older man, who appears to be a manager is always rude and slow. I hope the corporate offices will do something about this. The owners of this location are doing themselves a disservice keeping this management team on staff. read more

This BK had only a couple of employees working & the poor girl that waited on me was running the drive thru as well as cash register. She took my order with out even looking up. I had the ham, egg, cheese croissant meal, very good actually. They my need more help if they can afford it. I know its hard to get workers now and I am appreciative of workers who are showing up but I am still baffled how my order is utterly beyond screwed up. I've been absolutely underwhelmed each time I've been here. Since the arrival of the impossible whopper I've gone here on two different occasions. The impossible patty is always super dried out and overcooked. Honestly, the bun and topping are the best part. The first time I went I specifically asked for no mayo on my sandwich as I wanted it fully vegan. Well, guess what ends up being on my sandwich? You guessed it mayo! The fries were very stale tasting as I am sure they were sitting out for a long time. Well, today I got home late and decided to give them another try. The fries once again were stale. The impossible patty was again hard and overcooked. Luckily this time they didn't put mayo on the sandwich. When I arrived home I decided to try to jazz up the sandwich by adding veganaise and some bbq sauce. Unfortunately, that still didn't do the trick. The impossible patty was too dry and overcooked to even go well with the additional condiments. My lemonade was delicious so I decided to give a two start rating because at least something was appetizing! Hopefully other Burger King locations are better about preparing the impossible burger. Disappointed. Ordered a whopper meal. Add cheese and extra all toppings, and no-salt fries. Tried an order of mozzarella sticks. Burger and sticks lukewarm at best. Added extra pickles in a clump and cold cheese. No extra anything else. French fries were the best part of this meal, and they had obviously salted them, then attempted to wipe off the salt. Let me first start by stating I have never felt like I have had to give a negative review for a fast food restaurant before, but my experience at this location definitely warrants one. The counter person was extremely rude and very combative. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I was floored when I heard that and told her that her customer service left a lot to be desired. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to, I have been through the drive through a total of two times, the first time I ordered a new chicken sandwich and some other items, got home and opened the bag and found no chicken sandwich.
