This Burger King is disgusting. The employees eat out of the warmers what they serve you. Don't wash there hands after they do that. Management don't care. Very filthy kitchen . After the food has expired they push the timer over and over again. That's why your food is not hot. I worked there. And left. They don't operate with my standards . Annoyed because in order to receive a receipt for purchase customers now have to ask for the receipt I placed order and it was repeated it correctly. It was displayed on the screen correctly However I get home and didn't find the correct burger ordered Called them back to ask what happened and seemed bothered that I called and told me he knows I didn't order what I said I ordered. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru recently and asked if we could get a couple of minutes to look at the menu. Which was foggy and dirty. We could barely read it. 30 seconds later the employee rudely asks us if we are ready to order and when we told her we weren't because we were trying to read the menu she repeatedly told us to hurry up. We decided not to order and we're leaving the drive they when she hung out the window and yelled at us. I will NEVER be going there again and I advice others to find food somewhere else. read more

I love this place just recently started working here and I can tell you right now a lot of things have changed. The managers are very friendly and everything is up-to-date with Covid standards we are constantly mopping the floors and wiping down countertops with sanitation solution and cleaning all of our supplies nobody eats out of the Fry containers and we have to change your gloves every 30 minutes but we normally end up changing way before the 30 minutes. A lot of the reviews say that The people who take orders or rude or yell into the box but you have to understand that we just have one headphone in and we have 10 other people around us not including the sound from the kitchen. I assure you we do not mess up the orders on purpose we have hundreds of people going through each hour and multiple people order the same thing in separate orders for instance some people may order : 1 whopper with cheese and a large fry then the next order would be: 3 whoppers with cheese and 1 large fry But one of those whoppers has no onion extra mayo no tomato and another one will be no pickle extra catch up When you have 50 of those orders in a row it's kind a hard to tell which whopper goes in which bag it also doesn't help that we are constantly switching positions and being left off with halfway done meals And for the people complaining about times or how long it takes, would you rather have fresh food or no food at all The whole reason we have you park up front is because we are cooking fresh food we can't just pull that shit out of thin air, just because we work in fast food doesn't mean we have a magic wand so stop being a Karen and chill the hell out for once not everything is going to go your way. I get hundreds of compliments from people about my customer service skills so I can assure you we have something going in the customer service department. This Burger King must have a special turbo windmill which wafts the smell of their food into the Fred Meyer/Rite Aid parking lot. Every time I shop at one of those stores I am enticed by the smell but seldom go inside. That probably has to do with the not-so-great memories of working at BK when I was 16. But today I conquered my fears and went inside.. The help here is SLOW. Waited four minutes (or more) at the counter before I finally asked the manager if someone was working the register. She replied that they were on break and then walked away! Finally someone came up and took my order. The food was good; french fries, onion rings and cheeseburger completed my lunch order. The women in the drive through were rushing and rude. After taking my order, they took 2 minutes entering a coupon and then took my money handed me my food and then have a nice day. I asked for my receipt and didn't get napkins or condiments. The service was bad but I'm guessing that was because there was one woman taking and distributing orders. This place can't even get a fucking order right. Been there 3 times this week and all three times got fucked up. First time my gf asked for a 20pc nugget. Was told they don't have that. So she ordered a 10pc combo with an extra 10. Got home and she is 10pc short. Few days later she goes back and they now have 20pc nugget meal and she specifically asked for a certain amount of sauces. Got home and no sauces. So today I thought I'd give them another chance. Haven't been to this location in years, and I doubt I'll EVER be back! Just stopped in the other day because I had a coupon from the mail for a 10-piece chicken nugget and large fries for $3. Decent deal. So, the gal at the drive-thru takes my order and give me the ol' "I'll have your total at the window" because apparently this was the first time she has ever sold a $3 item or something! Come on, lady, you should either KNOW the total OR ring it up!!! Oh well, not the end of the world. THAT came when I pulled up to the window! OMG, this chick was simply about the rudest, snottiest person I've ever found at any drive-thru! She started by not having the slightest bit of a sense of humor. I kind of joked with her as I was counting my coins to give her the correct 26 cents for the tax. All she did was give me a dirty look. Apparently she wasn't in the joking mood. Then she gave me a dirty look again when she handed me my change... AND SHORTED ME! This girl apparently does NOT know how to count OR does NOT know how to run a register, because it doesn't take a rocket scientist or a degree in Calculous to figure out that when an order comes to $3.26 and the customer hands you $5.26, their change is $2... but SHE gave me $1.80!!! WHAT THE HECK? Then, as expected, when I said "UMMM, you owe me 20 cents!" she gave me that dirty look again! THREE DIRTY LOOKS FROM THE SAME RUDE GIRL in less than a few minutes! All of a sudden she snaps at me "I need that coupon!". I replied "I need my correct change! I gave you $5.26 so my change should be $2, not $1.80!". I think she had to go find a calculator or a manager to help her do the math, because it took another minute or two to come back with my 20 cents! After having a good experience a few nights ago with the Big King Box, we decided to go there tonight because of all the snow and rain. There was only one other customer at the time we went. We ordered one King Box and one 2 for $6 Mix and Match and one extra small soft drink. The King Box was fine but from the order of - one crispy chicken sandwich light on the mayo and one Whopper no onion and light mayo - we received a poorly made Whopper with only a single big clump of lettuce and one skinny piece of tomato dug into the center of it so that the bun was torn and with catsup and mayo on it and one burger absolutely plain, nothing but a dry bun with a single dry burger on it. And there was no ice in the soft drink (the other customer said loudly "all this ice and snow and no ice!!??") Well, I guess we will go back to Wendy's where the burgers are inexpensive and always good - forget Burger King! I wish I had read all the other reviews online about all the orders not being right and had checked my bag before I left. read more

Horrible service. Went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for 10 whoppers. Pulled up to the window and I was fine with instantly getting my drinks but I was not fond on sitting there for 5-10 minutes waiting on my food. Two people were behind me as well. Looking through the window the bag was knocked over and some of my fries spilled on the ground. The cooks were obviously making other sandwiches from ordered behind me seeing how the inside was empty. The drive thru lady was leaning over the counter next to my bag that was knocked over not caring that she spilt my fries. I didn't upgrade to a large fry and drink for them to be spilt onto the floor. Either take away the fast food and bring in better quality or actually live up to other burger Kings and provide speed. Next time I'm looking to get a quick dinner I'll drive further to taco Bell where my food actually is made with better service. read more
