To start off the employees at the location were nice and friendly. Mind you it was a few minutes before closing so I am an understanding person. But when I was missing items from my order, I went to customer service support on the app to want a refund for the item missing. Regardless it was a 16-piece nugget. But those don't grow on trees. All I got from the support on the customer service on the app. Was either take the coupon deal, not refund will be issued or nothing. How is customer service on the app supposed to give out quality customer service when it is choosing between those and won't issue a refund. I've stated before that I typically don't do reviews of chain places, unless something really prompts me to write one. So here we are. I've been to this location only a handful of times in its existence (which hasn't been all that long really). Every time I have come here has been walk-in, not the drive-through. Now, I get that drive-through typically takes priority at a fast-food joint like this. That is one of my biggest complaints about the whole concept. Why should I suffer just because I don't want to eat in my car? Every single time I've come here it has taken far too long to just place my order and then WAY too long to get my order. It's like they don't even care about the customers inside, just the drive-through. This place is generally what I would call "sort of clean". You will probably find a clean-ish table to sit at, but you'll also notice plenty of empty tables still littered with the last diner's garbage. You'd think maybe they could send someone through to pick up the trash and wipe down the tables every once in a while. Maybe mop the floor too. I can't tell you how many times my shoes have stuck to the floor because they don't clean it. I'm not a fan of walking through the place I'm going to eat and hearing my shoes making that sticky sound with each step I take. Now, here's the capper. The last time I was in there I placed my order, waited an ungodly amount of time to get it and while I was picking up my order from the counter I watched the worker on the line drop the cover to the ingredient table on the floor. It made a loud crashing noise, so pretty much everyone there noticed it happen. A couple other employees laughed at this poor fool, making it even more noticeable. What I then watched was the worker who dropped the cover on the floor simply pick it up and place it back over the food without even wiping it down or anything. Had I not literally had my order in front of me, I would have cancelled it right there. I'm pretty sure the "5 second rule" does NOT, and should NEVER apply to this situation and the Health Department would probably have shut this place down had they seen this happen. It'll take a lot to get me to visit this place again. This would literally be a zero star review if Yelp would let us do that. I'd even settle for half a star here. I give them the single star with a note that says they don't even deserve that. read more

I have been enjoying this burger king for a few months now. The crew has been very attentive and very friendly. Has informed me if they were out if any item I might have wanted. I almost always get hot freash food. Have one occasion when fries not that hot. The crew member made it right by getting me new hot fries. I usually eat in side the restaurant. I ordered 10 nugget deal they have, I posted the pic of it if you order more then 2 sauce with you 10 nuggets, they will charge you .25 cents per one, if you get a 4 piece and order more then 1 sauce with it, its a .25 charge- now they have changed their package of the sauce, and its you get just enough sauce that you can have 2 1/2 nuggets with sauce per sauce container! THIS IS BULLSHIT! I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS BK AGAIN! And if this is a nation wide thing as the MGR tried to claim I am NEVER GOING TO A BK again!
