This has to be the best Taco Bell I've been to in a decade. That being said, I rarely eat Taco Bell even though my teenaged and spouse live it. Today we decided to give it a go since they have their caramel apple empanadas back for a limited time. We initially planned on doing carry out but it was so clean that we opted to dine in. We ordered at a kiosk, our meal was prepared quickly, it was piping hot and everything was accurate. Service was polite and even humorous. It was far better than I ever expected for a Taco Bell or any fast food other than chick-fil-a. On a side note, I went to wash my hands before eating and their bathroom was pristine. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it with my own eyes. I definitely recommend dining in at this location is TBell is your desire. read more

While standing in line, one of the managers (a short, large statured man with chicken legs) repeatedly asked my niece for personal information and said plenty of other extremely inappropriate things. She is clearly in middle school mind you, and only wanted a Baja blast. When I come in alone, I get terrible service. price gouging, rude employees, incorrect items, small portions, and it's mostly cold every time I get it. The atmosphere is cold and dirty. If you are looking for fast food, with a friendly smile and an accurate order, this is where you need to go. There is never a line in the drive-through that you have to sit and wait in because they are so extremely accurate and fast at getting your order out to you in a timely fashion. The staff of always been nothing but courteous and kind to me when I go through the drive-through. They always read your order back to you and ask you to check the screen to make sure it's accurate before you even pull forward, and then greet you at the window with a smile. Very professional about making sure that your experience is a positive one. The restaurant is nice and clean and well organized. Even the exterior of the building is very well-maintained making a pleasant to go there. I go here regularly and usually get the same thing and they remember me and ask me if I want the same thing I got last time. Talk about fantastic customer service. Elena, the manager there, is so nice to make sure that you're happy with the service they provide. She and her staff do an awesome job of providing that each and every time I go. I come here often because I work close by. I ordered online which I got what I ordered. My issue was when I approached the window, the manager hands me my drink while looking the completely other way as he's shooting his shot as one of the employees. The employee then hands me my food feeding into him spitting game back. My bad if I was an inconvenience to you. At least that's what it felt like. i ordered a breakfast meal with a coffee. sign clearly states you get a "medium" size drink w your coffee. they gave me 1/2 cup of coffee which i asked them to fill and they refused. they became rude when i asked for the manager which they both claimed to be. one girl was covered in hickies. pretty disgusting. no need for me to return here for 1/2 cup of coffee or anything else for that matter. that girl should have been sent home for that crap all over her neck. grossssss read more

Monday through Friday they sell coffee but for some reason every time I come on the weekend I am told that the coffee machine is broken. The employees on the weekend are lazy and don't have good customer service. The gentleman that works Monday through Friday told me that their coffee machine is not broken and they don't understand why the people on the weekend when he is not there tell customers that they don't have any coffee. It's highly frustrating because this is the closest location to my house and I have to drive even further just to get coffee or get an item that I would like because they never have what I want on the weekend. read more
