They also have a nice area you can go inside to and beat the heat while enjoying your food. The pepino was also very refreshing. The staff were also very friendly. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Despite the small line, there was barely any wait. There's a small table with a few stools if you'd like to eat outside, but I'd say this is mainly a takeout place.

The cheese they use was really delicious, as was the rest of the ingredients. I had the red salsa with it which was very flavorful and added a bit of spice. I've been here twice, getting the fish dinner and later sides of rice and beans…read more I thought the rice had lots of flavor, and I'll go back for more. The beans weren't my favorite at first taste, but they grew on me. They are flavorful too, and a tiny bit spicy. I'll order them again too. The fish was fried (not deep fried), straightforward, delicious. I love that there's a fish option with all the other meats. The price of the fish was on the menu, but I didn't see prices for the rice and beans sides. When the sides' cost was told to me, I was somewhat surprised ($9.44) as it seemed a little high. But I realize costs are going up for everyone and these folks planned, purchased, and cooked the ingredients for my tasty meals, plus they need to make some profit doing it. So, I'll pay it. They deserve it. The parking is awkward if not dangerous. It's worth parking on a side street half a block or more away. The location is great, very convenient, however.

Am I able to swear? I'm about to, here it goes... HOLY MOLY!! I've always thought that tacos in…read moreWashington were mediocre at best, especially when you compare it to states down south (you know where I'm talking about). Sure there are great taco places for the Puget Sound area, but Xantolo Taqueria? You just earned the spot for best tacos in Washington in my eyes, and mouth. I came during Taco Tuesday, and they INDEED do have a special promotion. I ordered two of their carnitas tacos which each came out to about $2 each, and two of their asada tacos came out $3.25 (unfortunately not part of Taco Tuesday). Honestly though? These tacos were SO GOOD that I would just pay the original price to support them. The meat was cooked to perfection, tender meat, with a bit of a nice crisp for the carnitas. The garnishing was just right, with dice red onions and cilantro laying over the tacos, and a side of lime, pepper, and radish. Now the tortillas? They have mastered the texture. For me, if the taco's tortilla isn't good it ruins the whole taco. But Xantolo knows how to get things done right. With a nice crisp to the bottom of the taco while still remaining soft to bite into, it was a whole masterpiece! I might be over-glazing this taco truck, but I'm serious about how good this is.
