I do not feel this is due to being too busy, but something else. When you submit an order online, it usually says it will be ready in 30 minutes but, in fact, it's 45, 60 or more. This has happened to us every time we ordered in 2025 and 2026. If they decide to update their system to more accurately set wait expectations, we may go back. Our family can't wait an extra 20+ minutes when we already waited 40, and given a 30 minute expectation.

The staff was super friendly and I really like the amount of options they had. I got the chicken Larb and the beef jerky and it was ready in about 12 minutes. The beef jerky was sooooooooooo good! It had great flavor and perfect texture. I wish it had prik Nam Pla instead of the jaew but that's just my personal and very unpopular preference lol The Larb was good but was extremely limey and I LOVE me some lime. I had to add some soy sauce to try to balance out all the bitter and citrus from the lime juice. I also added more cilantro since it was very basil forward. But still a solid plate of Larb. Ate every last drop. The portion sizes are decent for a food truck but I always get more when I get the same thing at restaurants. Overall, I can't wait to eat here again.

After we got home we got to open it up and we saw that my friends food was wrong. We asked for the combo meal with rice and beans and he got just the tacos. To start on the tacos themselves.. the birrea meat is good and so is the carnitas but the steak was not good whatsoever. Chicken was mid. The sauces they had were also just okay. Wouldn't come back to this business and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have to say Steve and I were deeply impressed with what we ordered and took home. I had the Enchilada Plate which I really liked a great deal. It was a bit on the pricey side but the meal was very robust, fresh and flavorful. It definitely was satisfying and filled me up nicely. Steve had some great Carnitas that were out of sight and very tempting for me to order when I would come back here in future for an order. I definitely recommend this food truck or in this case food bus arrangement. There are other food trucks in the vicinity of this area of town in which we have another favorite but all of the variety makes it challenging but fun to try them all out to decide what you like best. El Super Taco Bus IV is definitely on my top list for trying out if you are doing a food truck/street taco crawl to various ones. Yep. That's a thing...people doing food truck/ taco truck crawls.
