The parts that weren't super fatty were delicious though!! The consomé was also absolutely fire and I definitely straight up just drank some of it - zero shame. Rice and beans were tasty, but that's hard to mess up. We also really enjoyed the salsas they provided - they both had a good kick that wasn't painful and the flavor was on point. It came with the consume dip on the side. I dipped my Quesabirria tacos in the consome dip and it was so delicious, so flavorful with generous filling. I was full on the 2nd one. That was satisfying and truly made an impact on my taste buds that I could not forget. I'd like to go back again like real soon! Highly recommend! =D
