If I could give Carl's juniors a zero, that is what it would be. First of all we ordered 2/5 piece chicken tenders. One box had six in it, the other box had three in it. So we had to drive 35 minutes back to get that corrected along with the burger that was made incorrectly. I asked the employees if they had stickers or anything to where they marked the outside of the box known the quantity inside they said no. Clearly none of these employees, including the manager have been trained properly. Right on the outside of the box, it shows different amounts where you dent that in, and they can look at the amount of tenders that are in the box. Then they tried to say they were. They were busy and there were errors. There were only three cars in front of us. And we were told to stay in front of the building until the new order came out because they only make five at a time because people don't normally order them that much. So the person that is counting needs to learn how to count. We have not been to Carl's Jr.'s because months ago we had errors from the same Carl's Jr.'s in Frederickson. Apparently they haven't got any better. Here is a picture to see for all of you people learning at Carl's Jr.'s yes they do have different pieces on the front and you clearly press that in if you don't know what you're doing, you need to look for a different job. I don't know who trained any of these people but apparently you didn't train them properly. Good luck, Carls. I will never be back. read more

5 stars We hadn't been to this Carl's Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat. When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce "bun" for my chicken sandwich instead of the potato bun. I offered to just buy some lettuce on the side to fix it at home, but the employee kindly checked with his manager and they actually remade the whole sandwich for me with the lettuce wrap. I was so impressed--they really went above and beyond! The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. The people cannot get an order straight and did not listen to the customer and the order was wrong. These people want 20 an hour when they are not worth 5. When I was working in fast food I was get 3.35 an hour and busted or asses. We did not have time to bull shit. Most of the workers were just standing around. The manager was incompetent. read more

We were there at 4pm Monday. The place had maybe 2 customers. A couple employees were talking and laughing at the counter. This was our first visit to any Carl's Jr and it was our last. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger combo and a chicken stars kids meal. Moms-have you tried this chicken??? It was the worst chicken I've ever had. The burger was ok - it was a burger and the fries were over-salted. The last thing: the soda was not cold, even with ice, and only about half of the soda dispensers worked. First impressions are everything. Dinner was $25 and was NOT worth it. That does not include what we spent at McDonald's across the street as soon as we left this Carl's Jr location. Sad. The stale, thrift store bun made sense given the gross, lukewarm "stuff" inside my Western Bacon Cheesburger. Customer service was good. Really gone downhill. I won't go anymore. I was served a sourdough sandwich that wasn't toasted which is basically cold soaked in butter soggy bread. I got this in a combo meal and not only were they completely not apologetic about serving slop the manager actually refused a refund! I ordered a combo and she insisted she was only allowed to refund the sandwich. What's really gross is I had already handed the whole meal over to the dt girl expecting they would be willing to refund but they gave it back out the window instead. I don't really do reviews but I had to make an exception here. Went to this location because we were starving and McDonald's across the street was way too busy. Ordered a simple number 1 with fries and a side of fries for my wife. (She wanted ice cream but they were out). Got our food and went home, only to open the bag and realize there was only one fry. My burger was cold, soggy and oozing mayo and ketchup from all sides. The one order of fries was cold too. Bummer! McDonald's had a line of cars and we were the only ones in the drive thru at Carl's.. I guess there is a reason for that. One and only stop, what a joke. read more

Super disappointed. Carl's Jr usually makes good tasting food, but tonight all our food was sloppy made and cold. Sat in the drive thru for 15-20 min and spent over $50. My kids just threw out half their meals and I gave the rest to my dogs. On top of that they closed down the lobby for whatever reason and said the ice cream machine was broken... going down hill like the other many fast food chains. read more

Our experience here was great. We drive-thru and the menu was easy to read and the service was fast. My daughter had the kids meal and she loved the burger the meal was big enough for her. You can't go into their dining room and there's no updates anywhere as to why so you wait in a super long drive thru line instead that doesn't move very fast. If you're going to close your dining room, at least spread the word so people don't get out of drive thru line and expect your doors to be open. Over 30 min in line. read more

My boyfriend is a huge burger fan and we live right up the street, which means we hit the drive thru much more often than I would like. Not because the food is bad or anything, I just can't eat nearly as many burgers as him. I like more variety. That being said, we have always had superior customer at every visit. The employees at this store are some of the nicest fast food workers I've ever seen. The burgers are large and full of flavor. It's clear that fresh ingredients are used. The milkshakes are sooo good. The only real downside is how many druggies are walking around the parking lot at any given time, but you can't really blame the business for that. Despite homeless and drug addicts coming in and out of the whole business complex, the employees here keep their parking lot clean. When we want something really quick, this is where we come. I'm pretty surprised at how many people gave them low ratings when the worst thing that's ever happened to me was one time I got Mayo when I asked for no Mayo. Just one time. Seriously, that's the worst thing I've had happen at this restaurant in a year and a half since I started coming with my boyfriend. -Two thumbs up! read more

Wow. If business was based completely on yelp reviews, I'd be amazed this Carl's Jr is still in business. I've stopped here a number of times and have never had an issue - dine in, to-go, and drive thru. Maybe it's because of the time day, maybe it's because I smile at the employees, maybe because I shower? *shrug*. Anyways, this Carl's JR is fine. Today, the blonde girl who served me was super friendly, got my order right, asked if I needed sauces, even kindly helped me out with pressing a button on the credit card machine, and served me at my table with a smile. I didn't catch her name but she was great. My food was hot and yummy. Their Western Star cheeseburger is awesome. Well, maybe I'll eventually have a bad experience here and come back to their yelp page to air my grievances, but so far, my experiences here have been opposite of what's posted. read more

I have only had Carl's Jr. in California so seeing this in Washington area was a pleasant surprise to me! I am not sure how long this location has been here but it was definitely a first for me. The service was pretty standard like any other fast food drive thru and is was overall good. The food itself was good - the star of the meal was actually the chicken nuggets! I loved them. They tasted the same as I remember them and they were yummy! And I particularly loved the shape of the nuggets and the bbq sauce was pretty tasty too. So do try them out if you can! read more

I have been going to this particular restaurant since it opened up. They have slowly become lackadaisical in their processes. Lately, when I order something there, it is almost always cold. Almost always wrong. And sometimes it seems intentional. Like asking for no ketchup and getting nothing but extra ketchup on the burger. Or no pickles and getting and unreasonable amount of extra pickles. If you can't make it right then you are terrible at your job. If you are purposefully sabotaging food, then you should be collecting your last check. Absolutely the worst place to get food.
