Our food was hot and tasted great! this Jack in the Box restaurant is the closest to our house. We live 45 miles away from. so we are grateful. The employees there are nice and I appreciate them and they are friendly. The strawberry and Oreo cookie shakes we amazing and so were the French flies and mozzerella fingers. read more

They're never open at night although it's 24 hours, the food is prepared very bad. I've stopped going here.

The worst food I've ever had. First thing they screwed up the order through the drive-through. Secondly, they screwed up the order after we drove around front waiting for our food to be brought out to us. Then we get home and open the bags and find this sloppy mess of tacos and mini tacos. Just slapped with sauce and lettuce. Absolutely disgusting. We just threw everything away. read more

Ordered 2 BREAKFAST meals. They were 9.38 I think, but when I asked for a small soda woth one, they said the price goes up by 2.00. 2.00 for a SMALL soda swap? That's ridiculous. Needed some extra hashbrown Patties so ordered 3 of those and was shocked to see the total for those was 9.00. I thought surely that's a mistake. Nope. 3.00 PER HASHBROWN PATTY. I mean cmon. My family and I do not get fast food often. We used to go to this location allot, but they had forgotten bits of our order so we stopped. Why treat ourselves if they are going to forget the food that we paid for? Today we were in a hurry, and my husband went through the drive thru. We don't have the ability to go back and we are Again missing food. Since we are not able to go back, I tried to call and thier line on the site is disconnected. Completely unacceptable. I understand we gave them the benefit of the doubt when we clearly should not have, but they are Supposed to be quick and convenient, not gip thier customers. Now a 10 dollar burger is missing. We ate there on Monday and my other half ordered the triple jack and asked for just no sauce, when we went to eat it when we got home, his was just a plain triple jack with cheese and no lettuce, pickles or onions or anything. Just plain triple cheeseburger. The food was pretty good otherwise, made fresh and the fries he ordered were not salted, just like he asked for. We will eat there again. read more

One thing jack in the Box does great- their Sour dough burger! It's perfect, not soggy like some the competition tried to do. Their curly fries however, pales in compassion to Arby's curly fries. Their Coke Machine was not working today, so had to get the Root Beer (I refuse to drink Coke) from the cashier dude. read more

Its 1030 on Sunday night and I have waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes without a response. I've tried waving somebody down at the window and the two kids working with long hair and a beard and a tattoo on his right wrist and his buddy just walked off towards the back. Came here on a rainy night with my boyfriend and his brother to eat. I ate two tacos and literally woke up in the middle of the night with severe food poisoning. Used to go in after my classes on my way home. Tacos are always a must have. There was a cute girl working up front whenever I had gone in. The staff seemed to be very leisurely when it came to service but the taste to price ratio defeats that. They have a number on the door that you can text to get a free monster taco too. read more
