did not know Burger King app is actually uber as I would never have used it. food took an hour arrived cold and squashed. called helpline only to be told we do not meet the requirements for a refund and wouldn't say why. so it can be late cold and squashed flat and you are out of luck. called the burger king spoke with manager told me to refund through app there is no option for this on the app absolute joke bad attitudes all round have already deleted the app do not use it's dreadful seriously I may as well have finished £20 down the toilet if I want a microwave meal I will go to co op half the price and better service read more
