How this locations has survived all these years is beyond me. First and foremost the app is garbage, can't place an order because my "card details aren't correct". It's Apple Pay, I use it everywhere and this is the only place to be an issue. Second, the first few items I tried to order they don't have. I get it, places run out of things but this place is ALWAYS out of something. No root beer, no super Ayana sauce, no lemonade for the dragon ball z promotion. The last one the intercom can't seem to understand anything I'm asking for, constantly having to repeat the order over and over. When I asked for the new lemonade she tells me they don't have it, fine, give me a coke. He hands me some watermelon drink I didn't order. She hands me the order and I ask for the zesty sauce that comes with the onion rings, she gives them to me and I ask about the super sayan sauce and of corse, they don't have it. Then she tells her co worker she already gave me sauce. You gave me sauce for the onion rings, not the nuggets. The girl that came to the window gave me a different sauce I asked for but come on. What a pleasant surprise. Both my local five guys and green turtle were closed. So I thought I would toddle over to Burger King to get my cheeseburger fix satisfied. The place was quite clean, the service was friendly, and the burger and fries were hot and very tasty. Well I visited Burger King not too long ago and well I'll say my time there was a waste... it began by being approached by a woman who was not customer friendly as well as not providing my order with the right items, then it lead to my sundae being halfway filled and the cashier falsely accused of shaking my sundae to make it appear as if there was less ice cream. I would not recommend this Burger King to nobody. I came in to use a coupon that I got in the mail where I can get a large whopper meal for 6.99 and the lady ask me if I wanted cheese but it was an up charge for the cheese so I told her never mind on the cheese but they still charged me for the cheese even though I didn't want it anymore. Also when I asked her for the receipt she did not want to give it to me because she said she needed it which is absurd because she knew that she did not want me to have it because of what she did. As a big proponent for a conventional , quick drive-thru for a breakfast meal fast food restaurant that this is honestly and relatively speaking, not it. It's your kick-start for the day. One that need most attention to, the careful layering of cheese, sausage, and egg sandwiched between a freshly baked, warm and flaky croissant. The tots, hot and crispy as if it just came off the fryer. All were nonexistent. Okay, lets rewind. Of course, I'm not expecting a hot breakfast each time I place my order but to completely disregard the standard amount of time food sits, is beyond incomprehensible. Texturally, the tater tots felt like wood chips with each bite. I'm assuming they were from yesterday's fried batch. The breakfast croissant sandwich, a bit dry and little hard almost to a point inedible. I will say their French toast sticks were the only thing I did like. Not to say it was good, it was okay to say the least. In conclusion, although their breakfast menu was somewhat of a disappointment. This location is an obvious franchise in which the franchise owner should not be running a franchise. Poor customer service and they dont follow good cooperate practices. The service you get from employees dictates quality of management. -Coffee at lunch and breakfast are different prices- this is just a bad customer service practice. If you are going to use your APP coupons here -have fun-they make you do a Mobile order- if your internet is not working good luck. Their wifi doesnt work when I tried it. They say their system doesnt have these coupons- well the coupons show up by location- if your location doesnt have these coupons in the system then just take your location off on the APP permanently. They forgot to put the barbecue sauce that I PAID for in the bag, I drove back around and the employee immediately knew why I came back, she didn't even apologize or say anything, she just smiled and stuck out the barbecue sauce in her palm. The set up in the seating area is really nice but it would have been a far finer dining experience if they could have cleaned this place up. Trash was on the floor by the drinks and in some of the empty tables. There was plenty of seating available but we took a long time folding a place to sit simply because many tables were dirty.
