I have had the absolute worst experience that this specific location. The managers in cooks are absurdly rude. They made me wait for over 25 minutes and then forced me to come into the store to pick up the food while they served other people and then gave me an excuse to tell me oh, because the other people ordered less food they were obligated to serve them before me over the order size. I have no idea who in God's will give these people jobs, but please stop hiring people who do not treat every consumer with genuine. moral ethic. That experience made me feel as if I was being profiled because she did not even take the chance to even walk up to the window and introduce herself. Let me know the status of my order or anything. On 3 /25/17 I place an order for delivery and when the order arrived it was all messed up I was given things that I didn't order and the things that I did order had components missing I've called customer service and also filed a complaint via the internet burger king site and I've yet to have someone call me to rectify this situation..... so as far as this establishment I will not spend my money there or recommend anyone going there it's apperant that they don't care about their about the customers and when you food is delivered you get what ever they want to give you no matter what you paid for. I hate to give bad reviews but stay away from this place. I live in the area. Visited this location 3 times in the last two and half months. Tonight is my last and final time going there. So, I always order a whopper with cheese, no pickles extra onions. The first time they gave me a burger with no pickles no onions. Second time, extra pickles no onions, and tonight, no pickles and one piece of onion. Thankfully I had the presence of mind to check before leaving the drive thru. I bought a $6 chicken sandwich there are a couple of weeks ago it made me sick for 3 days hand it was also overcooked.

This particular Burger King has seen it's good days and it's bad. When I moved into the area I was glad to see a BK so close by. After visiting this location however, I found it was run very poorly. When a burger place says they no longer serve chocolate shakes we're in trouble. In recent months BK started a major turn around in their marketing and sales. They re-introduced the box into the packaging and added several new items to the menu. I went back after a very long boycott, to find a new attitude and a more efficiently run operation. Although things were not completely perfect. I saw a cashier sneeze into his hand, wipe it onto his jeans then proceed to handle a food order. I guess washing their hands isn't part of the job. I took a real chance one Sunday evening (4/29) and decided to try their new delivery service. I called the 800 number and spoke to Alex. He was very friendly and professional. He said my order would be at my door in 45 minutes. 45 minutes went by, 55 minutes went by, after an hour and 10 minutes I called and spoke to Alex again. He apologized profusely and said he would have the manager of the store call me immediately with an update. Another 20 minutes went by and no call. I called and spoke to Alex a third time. While I was speaking to Alex my other phone rang. It was the driver who told me he was running behind because they had just fired someone and he had come from another store. I told the driver to forget about it as I was cancelling the order. I got back on the phone with Alex and told we should call it a day and that my first impression of their delivery service was very bad. I hung up and a few minutes later the manager of the store called to say he had heard from Alex that I wanted to cancel the order. He said that the food was on it's way and to take it as an apology for the delay. By now it had been 2 hours since my order was placed. He went on to say that a credit would be issued to my debit card. FYI - the driver had already returned to the store. I waited the usual time for the credit to appear on my account (5 business days). I have spoken to BK three times so far and the credit has still NOT been issued. WARNING - DO NOT GO TO BURGER KING!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE, THEY LIE TO YOU, AND THEY HAVE POOR HYGIENE IN THE WORK PLACE. read more

This location has gone seriously downhill. I visited on a Tuesday at lunchtime. The bathroom was in dire need of cleaning to eliminate odors. After getting my order, I sat down and discovered that my Coke was actually Diet Coke. Checked the second Coke dispenser and found it to be the same. I later tried the Dr Pepper dispenser and it had just enough syrup to color the drink. It shouldn't be that hard to manage a self serve soda dispense. Bring back the cheesy tots! I used to eat them all the time when I was in Florida. They were great, but they discontinued them in Maryland shortly after I returned. Bummer. :( Anyways, this is a pretty great place. The inside is freakishly nice for a fast food place (as are most Burger Kings) and they have veggie burgers! I huge plus for me as a vegetarian. The onion rings are always good too. The only downer is that it's pricier than McD's, but it makes up for this by being about a thousand times better. After talking with the manager a number of times about menu item pricing. As an example the menu price for Double Cheeseburger is $1.99 and it rings on the register at $2.29. This is the worst Burger King I've ever gone to. The food was thrown into bags with dripping cinnabon icing ending up everywhere. When we got home, we were missing mozarella sticks I paid for. When I called to report the missing item, the person answering the phone lied and said she was the manager. Then, another "manager" got on the phone to promise me a refund. It's been two weeks, and the refund hasn't appeared, nor does anyone answer the phone when I've called to follow up. Went inside to order my food and saw the person at the fries station pick up the fries containers by putting their thumb inside the container to lift them (NOT picking them up from the outside like the Health Department Food Service laws state). He did this for four consecutive orders going out the drive-thru. I asked for the manager and was told he was the manager. Asked for a refund, and was told the order would be voided (I paid by credit card). After 3 days, the charge was still there, so I went back and was told refunds take 5 days. Went back today (8 days later) after the refund hadn't been issued, and complained again. A woman heard me complaining, and said she wanted her money back because she just saw someone picking up something off the floor and went back to preparing food with the same gloves on. I came here with a friend about 7pm on a Saturday night. The place was oddly empty, with not one, but TWO big-screen TVs blaring at high volume. That wouldn't be so bad if they were on the same channel, but what resulted was an amazingly irritating cacophony of unintelligible garble that made the ambiance rate a zero. I mentioned the situation with the TVs to the manager, and he agreed, said he would take care of it, and promptly did nothing for the 15 minutes we sat there eating. As for the food, the most striking quality of what we were served was the size, or really, the lack of size, of the portions. My $4.50 "Big King" double cheeseburger consisted of two very-thin 3"-diameter patties of relatively bland meat. The sandwich had an inoffensive flavor slightly reminiscent of char-broiled meat. My friend's pulled-pork BBQ sandwich was tiny, and had so little meat that you could barely see it between the miniature buns. The picture on the menu showed something that literally had at least five times the amount of meat. Regarding the service, it took a major effort for the order-taker to understand what we wanted, even though there was nothing unusual about our request. Just a couple of sandwiches, servings of fries, and milkshakes. It took a few "overrides" with a key card to correct numerous errors that were made in the attempts to ring us up. The transaction took about 5 minutes, instead of what should have been 30 seconds. For the grand total of $17 or so, we would have done better at any number of independent restaurants. For what you get here, it amounts to a kingly rip-off. I chatted with the only other customer, who was eating a "Whopper." That seemed to be a reasonable size and have some semblance to the menu picture, so I recommend that instead of any of the other sandwiches.
