They validate for 2 hours, which honestly makes a huge difference and would've otherwise been a deterrent. The space itself is cute and minimal, with a clean, modern feel. We ordered two double patty Park Burgers, a blueberry spice fruit shake, a strawberry sherbet fruit shake, and a regular fry with their house-made sauce. This meal was nearly perfect. The burgers were tender and juicy, with beautifully crisp edges on the smashed patties. Everything came out at the perfect temperature. I went with the default toppings, which were fresh, well-balanced, and generously portioned. The bun was soft and held everything together nicely. The fries were a pleasant surprise. The order counter was fairly busy with customers waiting for their food. I decided to head to my car and place an order online through Burger King's online site. It was nice to check out deals and place my order in the comfort of my car. I got the classic chicken sandwich as a combo. I got fries and a medium Diet Coke as part of this combo. I got an estimated time when my order would be ready. I was so close to the drive-thru entrance that I didn't have enough room to enter it in one shot. I ended up parking at another spot, which would allow me to enter the drive-thru without ruining my car once my order was ready. There were two cars ahead of mine when I did hit the drive-thru. The line moved quickly. I let the woman know at the order area that I had an order in my name. She found my order and said that I could drive up. This woman was friendly and nice. I got her at the window. She handed me my drink and food. I thanked her, put my food in an insulated bag, and drove home. I love a classic chicken sandwich. It was yummy. The chicken was delicious with the mayo and lettuce. I loved the long sandwich bun. Yum! The fries are so much better these days. The potato skins are left on the tips of each fry. The croissant was delicious and unlike the Big M chain, they did not make any cost cutting like smaller egg, sausage or croissant. The sausage was juicy and massive. The egg was the scramble style made in a round mold. The hashbrowns were bite size full of potato goodness. I don't usually big up fast food but this one hit the spot. The dining room is modern, clean and spacious. This location did go through a brand refresh to make it look more appealing. No animal style required. There were huge crowds at this location. I can only assume the people wanted to get the shack shaking, and now I've done this, in a public space. It's pretty decent for a fast food place. Smash burgers a-la fast food. Arguably, this may be the best fast food burger I've had. Fries. The Good Shake was really good - thick and delicious. Nice straw too. (The "bubble tea" kind.) I liked the Gladiator "sauce". Good amount of onions - fair sized tomato. The Bad Burger was not tasty. Middling at best. Lacked any "Mmmm ... now this is a tasty burger." The fries were underwhelming (I threw out the last one ...). Could be how it was cooked - not a tasty. It has that "skin on" look - whether they cut their own or get them that way don't know. But just were average. (The ketchup did have a factor) The Ugly If you want to be a player with the big dogs, you need to spend money. Whether it is this location or all Gladiator's I don't know. By providing "mediocre" ketchup, negatively impacted my experience. "Ventura Foods" ketchup is garbage. And what I found really funny - you supply "HEINZ MAYO". And I am not married to Heinz - but Ventura is low end. I am not spending $22 for a meal and using low end ketchup.

And their chicken sandwich was surprisingly tender! They also have my favourite pickle fries and beef tallow thin cut fries I really didn't expect dessert to be so good here, bur obviously they're known for their homemade banana pudding as well. It was sooooo good! Dangerous place if you're on a diet haha Inside of restaurant was very clean and reminds me of retro vibe diner. The owner was such a friendly guy, and his warm hospitality makes our dining experience even more pleasant :) Definitely will be back soon.
