Very slow. I mean extremely slow. Went inside for two chicken sandwiches and it took forever for the girl and the manager to do SOMETHING with the register while my food sat in the window. Two days ago went through drive through and they were out of freaking ketchup! And barbecue sauce. Order again took a long time. Apparently some sort of issue with the register AGAIN. Manager was nice enough to apologize and offer a soda. When the girl gave me the food I asked if the chicken sandwiches had the cheese and she was certain they did. Terrible experience. I ordered the jalapeño burger with no bun and unsweet iced tea. Had to sit at the end of the driveway waiting for my food. It was handed to me and the employee walked back in. Got home before I realized there was no aioli sauce on my burger, which is the whole point of ordering the burger. If I wanted to plain patties, I could've spent half the money on the whopper special. Very disappointed. So I take a big drink of tea and it's full of sugar. Will NEVER ago here again. If you are a family with young kids definitely don't stop here. The staff are eating the food with no gloves on like literally eating fries pouring salt on them and eating them. Hello Everyone not due what's going in with this location. So. Salisbury, Maryland near Salisbury University. Very poor service you would think with many ppl working they could get something right. Tried talking the manager on duty. Sorry they seem clueless. DO YOU REALLY WANT THESE PPL MAKING YOUR FOOD? I'm sorry I went to this location. I went to take care of something minor and one if the employees threw the food in the trash walked away continuing helping the drive thru window where I first got my food and had to come inside. Burger King sucks on South Salisbury Boulevard I ordered the Crescent biscuit meal with hash browns and a coffee and I ordered the 419 one and he charge me almost $7 and the food was cold hash browns were cold in the middle and my biscuit only had cheese on it and have no meat no egg no nothing on it and they gave me nothing to stir my coffee with I had to wait 10 minutes for the coffee to brew that coffee was not ready I will never eat there again my food was cold I specifically said please make sure my food is hot this Burger King sucks I don't even know how you stay open you got so many bad reviews it's not funny but you suck and you overcharge me you didn't give me what I asked for and you told me to pull up and there's cars behind me they need to get out and can't get out get a grip Burger King and this was Tuesday morning at 6 a.m. and they were not open on time either 8-21- 18 Again you suck read more

Ok, I'm on my way back from Ocean City and it's late. My two girls want a burger so we stop off. NO ONE in line. Went in the drive through. Order two burgers and the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger for myself. Normally I don't eat this crap but hey I was hungry... what ya gonna do right.... So..... waited....and waited.... and waited....shut my car off. Meanwhile the girls are saying I'm hungry daddy.... the window is open to the drive through so I can hear everything. I finally said, Hey!! you tracking down the cow or what!! I gotta 3 hr drive a head of me and I'd like to get home sometime this year...He then explains that my burger has to be made fresh....Really. Listen.. Burger King was my first job when I was 15.... I know how long it takes to put the frozen slab through the rotating grill. So now I have a fresh burger with the skimpiest hard bacon I've ever seen. My daughter 5 yrs old says, ahh man.... they gave me this little piece of bacon.....lol....
