I'm literally not even joking we found 3 PUBES. I know that because all of the employees had long fake red dyed hair and these hairs were black and curly and still had the follicle... These were fresh. Unlike the food. read more

The people in front of me left and I thought they were just being impatient... at least 6 employees and all of them zombies. We waited and waited. We said "we have nowhere to go"............... then we realized. They are not going to help us. Worst service ever. Nobody ahead of us but the drive thru. read more

2 for 5 and a 3 for 7. Huh. I ordered 2 and then I ordered 3 so 5 things. And a jalapeño bite 8pc would of been almost 24$ I was like so we arent doing those anymore. "Oh you gotta ask for those." So if i didnt ask it would of been 7 more dollars huh. What a joke. Why are you on the driver thru if you don't know what you're doing. And then didn't give me the right receipt after they fixed it and dropped my change on the ground like i was able to open my door and grab it that close to the window. Lol. read more

Only reason they are getting 2 is because they made the order fast. Waited 5 minutes at the register for someone. I asked if anyone worked there, she goes, yes we just don't wait for people. Everyone smelled of pot. read more

Always friendly staff and quick to respond! They even ask if I want ketchup which no one ever does anymore

manager yelling at staff because they didn't know how to run the grill. not cool. Food took long to come out.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. Before leaving I opened sandwich to add more ketchup. Thank God I did because I discovered that the bacon was uncooked (raw). I put the bacon onto a napkin and showed the staff. I was told that it was cooked then chilled. So I am stupid? I have cooked bacon myself and eaten it my whole life but cannot tell when it is raw. They did not care. I told them it was disgusting and threw it into the garbage. On my way home I stopped at the Burger King in Cloquet. I told them what happened and they showed me their cooked bacon before putting it onto bacon cheeseburger. So what? The Burger King in Rush City was out of cooked bacon so they just put on raw bacon? Shame on them! I will never stop at this Burger King ever again. read more

Says they close at ten but their employee just barricades the place with chairs and stands around. Get there early or just bypass it. read more

Hours to 10 means closed at 945 Saturday night. If they want to close early, they should update hours to reflect that for the public. Shouldnt even have to give them 1 star for NO FOOD & NO SERVICE. Their intercom worked read more

This is the dirtiest restaurant that I have been in. I walked in and ordered a Whopper and a smoothie. When I received my meal, the tray was filthy! I got 2 steps away when I noticed that, turned right around and handed it back saying "I don't think my meal made this tray that dirty. Sorry about that is all they said. As I looked closer, there were ketchup smudges on the top and side of the box. I opened the box and more ketchup fingerprints. As I looked around, all I saw was filth. The floor, tables, chairs, top of divider wall had things written in the dust as if people were mocking them. If I get sick, I know where from. I would rate a zero if I could. Stay away! Beware! read more

Burger King - a car parked in front of a burger king restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Rush City, Minnesota

Yes it's terrible. On a Sunday night this was the only place in town. We would have been better of with microwave food from the gas station. First, they were out of burgers (yes you read that right), the guy in front of us ordered and it took them out minutes to tell them they were out and refund his money. We were hungry, so we ordered chicken sandwiches. Mine was so disgusting I took 2 bites and that was it, I threw the rest out. My wife's was slightly better so I had a few bites of hers. It took about 15 mins to get our order also. Staff was clueless, the place was dirty, food was terrible and you could tell the kitchen was disgusting. There are few places i have been in that have absolutely no pride in what they do at all and this is one. Drive the extra 10-15 miles to go somewhere else or snack up at the convenience store. Yes, the reviews on this place are accurate. read more

The dirtiest burger King I've ever seen. Filthy. Would not stop here again. The attached Holiday station store is a step up, but not much. read more

This is by far the worst burger King in the state staff is gross a day rude food is old

I knew something was fishy when I seen the Burger King was attached to the Holiday. Ordered my thing, had two other amigos with me, next homie ordered, tried to get 3 separate checks but they were not having it. We pull up to the window, get our drinks, and one bag of food. I ask "is this all of it" and the cashier responds "yeah" so I pull out. The only convenient part about this food/gas combo was that I was low on fuel, so I had to pull around and fill up. This gave the homies time to dig through they stuff and I'm left with (you guessed it) an empty bag. You could feel my frustration in the air. I storm into the holiday, quickly walk through to the Burger King, and find their whole lobby closed with no way to collect my forgotten cuisine. I make the treacherous hike over chairs blocking my path. To my dismay, none of the workers had masks on except the lady who handed me my food! I walked up to the counter tryna stay six feet away and asked where my food was at. A different lady bagged my stuff up, but then forgot the barbecue sauce I had just asked for. This pandemic Crazy Crazy but I need a lil better from my 4th favorite fast food joint. Color me disappointed read more

This is honestly the worst fast food place I've eaten at. I used to stop here a few times a week on my way through town while working...won't ever happen again. Every single time I stop here not only do they screw up my order but it takes at least 15 minutes to get it. Today I stopped and the kid told me they were busy so he had to wait to put my order in the computer so he wrote it down. I stood there for 15 minutes watching him ring up probably 10 other customers all of which received their food. When I went up and asked if my order was on its way he informed me he didnt to put it in the system because he thought I left...meanwhile I was literally standing at the counter the entire time. So I waited another 10 minutes for my order which they didn't even come close to getting right. Not to mention there's a cook that has a temper tantrum in front of customers almost every time I go in there! Thanks Burger King for sucking, I won't be stopping at that dump anymore! read more

this place is disgusting. I went into the store and there was bug spray on the counter the ceiling was leaking onto the cups . the tables in the lobby where dirty . there was food on the floor . the staff was rude . I saw an employee pick food up off the floor and use it to complete an order . the staff doesn't use gloves and the manager was extremely rude . then kitchen was gross and upswept. employees didn't wash their hand before touching food after they handled money . also there are flies every where in there . the garbages where overflowing inside and outside ones . the parking lot is disgusting and they make you pull around by the garbages which are stinky and overflowing. employees where standing around out back smoking cigarettes instead of working . this place is the worst burger in the state I will never go there again. read more

Would not recommend, would give it NEGATIVE stars if possible. They do not honor listed prices. I ordered a hershey's pie, board price $1.49, was charged $1.79. I was told they could nothing about it. I returned the item for a refund. Integrity is not a priority here. Besides many of the kids from the high school have told me I don't want to eat there as the place is filthy. read more
