the food was good, but the hourse signing was unclear and conflicted with the store hours as listed online. Additionally, one of the employees called 911 on us for tampering with his car which led to me and one other being trespassed despite camera footage actually showing my being completely uninvolved. From officers' original statement of the report, he straight up lied about what he saw, but its understandable to be paranoid. Finally, the order was missing a side, and we cannot have it replaced or refuded due to the aforementioned trespass issue. 4 stars for taste, 2 for order accuracy, 0 for service. Can and would not return. read more

If I could give a -5 I would. Absolutely the worst service and even worse employees. An employee told a Bride still in her wedding dress to F*** off and to go k*ll herself when all the bride wanted to do was take a photo in their lobby which was supposed to still be open at that time (they were there 10:50, lobby closes at 11:00 on saturday nights). The Bride and Groom and myself are major Taco Bell consumers but will never return to this location even if we were starving with no other choices. read more

We got first order just fine but ordered again bc we were hungry and waited and told them we were waiting for our order and they didn't care and said it's our problem. Get better employees, these people didn't care that I wasted my money. The stud w the piercings was the problem. Thanks for ruining a great Taco Bell experience. I'll be speaking with my lawyer. read more

No Service means lost business. Walked in and stood at the counter. 3 employees were busy talking to each other. One was packing a bag for drive thru. And not one could even bother to acknowledge I was standing wanting to order. You don't need the business and money so I left. Hungry read more

I have never had service as terrible as what I just had. I ordered 2 chicken cantina burrito meals. Both burritos were 90 percent empty, our chips and cheese were 75 percent empty and incredibly stale. I tried to call the store 5 times only to be hung up on, then busy tones. This is unbelievable, I never complain to restaurants about food because I worked in food service for a very long time, but I feel like I was literally robbed. I got less than half of what I paid for and what I received was Terrible. I want my money back, or a gift card or something, this is incredibly unacceptable and frankly insulting. This is not the first time that the North Branch location has given me bad food, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, everyone has bad days. I would rather drive the 50 minutes to the twin cities to get competent service before I will go back to this location. The only thing that was as I expected was the additional tacos we ordered, basically we spent 30 dollars on 4 tacos, thanks for that you guys, you killed it. read more

The service here was abysmal. We walked into the store being competitive empty and somehow the workers couldn't find the time to help us with our order. Once we finally got their attention there was some sort of complication with the machine so instead of trying to figure it out they just said we had to order something else so we just left? Horrendous service. read more

I'm done with Taco Bell. The last three times I bought tacos they've all been broken and/or soggy and falling apart.within 5 minutes. I suspect it may be due to the absurdly thin crunchy shell they use now. It used to be better...way back when one could get the "double decker" which would at least allow one to get the doggone taco to you mouth before it fell into your lap. This company appears to take pleasure in making a mess for its taco customers. No more Taco Bell stains on the front of my shirt. read more

This restaurant shorted us 2 donuts, you are supposed to get 12 and we got 10. We also got shorted on our tacos. We ordered taco supremes and there was a drip, a dot of sour cream and about a half of teaspoon of chicken and the rest lettuce with some cheese. I called and called and nobody answered the phone. How frustrating to have a restaurant in this town that cheats their clientele. read more

If I could give it 0 stars i would. I went there and they were out of beef, and nacho cheese. So we substituted all of our items for steak and two of the items just had no meat in general. The Doritos locos taco we received had ONLY shredded cheese on it and the shell was just a plain shell. We got two combos that didn't come with tacos, and the items we did receive were all made incorrectly beside a quesadilla and a cheesy roll up. The lady at the register tried to hand us our beverages which you could clearly see had no syrup and when I brought that up she just told me that they don't have time to change it out. For 55 dollars I was highly displeased. I will say though that when I called the store the lady was very nice. read more

service is a joke. lets have a line of customers sit at the drive-through waiting for a employee to finish her text message

Hard pass. The floors and tables were dirty, the service was wanting, and there was a sticker wrapped inside my food. I stood at the counter for a while to ask for water and nobody helped me. Understaffed maybe? Hard to say. This was not a good Taco Bell location. I'm not a fan of ordering kiosks if it means you get no service from the actual employee. read more

they NEVER fully cut the quesadillas. Gotta rip them apart like a rabid animal because they just trace lines of where it should've been cut instead of actually filling cutting it. literally makes me want to rage like horomone monster read more

To respond to a comment that a former worker named Jaden T (Lindsey) wrote. Her statements are totally inaccurate except for the last one regarding our speed. She was not discriminated against because of her sexual orientation or for being transgender. She was lazy and rude, did not do her job, and had a attitude with absolutely everyone. I know this first hand as I have worked at the restaurant for over 2 years now and had the "privlage" of working with this childish woman. She would sit on her phone the entire shift to the point where as she mentioned, her phone had to be confiscated. As Lindsey looks like the stereotype of a male (but respectfully identifies as female), sometimes we would accidently use he/his pronouns and then correct ourselves and follow that correction with an apology, but that wasn't good enough for her. She had tantrums and called us all transphobic and haters of the LGTBQ+ community. Having said that, during my years at taco bell, we have had many transgender, homosexual, and bisexual employees (including myself) and absolutely none of us had the same issue. We also all understood that with labor being very high and the seasons effecting hours, that everyone's hours would be cut. It was not just her it happened to, and that was explained to her but she didn't wanna hear it. Also naturally, more hours were given to those who actually showed up and were on time for their shifts unlike Lindsey, who never even called to give us a heads up or call in sick until after the shift started. David did not discriminate against anyone. He was a very understanding manager whos only flaw is he had no fast food experience prior to becoming the GM of the north branch taco bell. He never showed any discrimination based off of sexual orientation, religion, or gender like Lindsey stated he did. Everybody was treated fairly and respectfully. Amanda was also an amazing manager. She was just strict, when you were at work, she expected you to work. Simple as that. As for our service, I agree we are a little slow, but Lindsey has no place to tell us to step up our game when she was one of the reasons we were slow. The fact that you came on yelp and used peoples full names to try and take a indirect shot at them just because they didn't put up with your lack of effort and unnecessary attitude just shows how childish you are. You did not escape taco bell, we escaped you when you finally quit. Thanks for doing us a favor and making our work environment a happier place, where we have since improved on speed and staff. read more

I went through the drive thru on 4-1-2023 and I ordered a medium Baja blast no ice, 2 Cinnabon delights and a crunch wrap and when I got my food they gave me everything I asked for but instead of the Cinnabon delights I got 2 grilled steak burritos. I went back thru and tried to give me a refund but in reality I didn't I paid $10 extra for food I didn't ask for and they charged me again meaning I spent an extra $19. read more

Everytime I come here the lobby is either closed or I am stuck at the register waiting not worth the time just go to Cambridge

The employees are very nice and always smiling. And the food is just amazing, I mean it's Taco Bell what do you expect?

Worst place ever. Don't buy the tacos. You'll get a pita with a table spoon of meat, lettuce, and cheese. They call it a taco, hahaha. I swear the pandemic made everyone absolute idiots. No one knows how to do a simple job anymore. read more

I hope you like long reviews because here's my story as an ex-employee and how I was lucky to escape that Taco Hell. I want this to go on record: David A. Dibucci and Amanda Nordby are the two most evil and least understanding people I have ever worked with. Let's talk about David for a little bit. David A. Dibucci came to this Taco Bell to become a Restaurant General Manager, and he is perhaps one of the worst men I have ever met. There wasn't a single day when we forwent his dirty humor, favoritism toward my female coworkers, or his ongoing dissatisfaction with the work from all the male workers. He liked to use his religion, Christianity, as justification for why he didn't like us, especially me and one of my other coworkers, because we're transgender. He cut our hours for no reason at all and when confronted, stated he wouldn't be giving us hours, so I walked. I finally felt free of his grasp. Now let's talk about Amanda. Amanda Nordby is what they call an Area Coach and my Taco Bell happened to be under her jurisdiction. Amanda seems nice at first, but the more you work with her, the more you see who she really is: a Karen. She thinks she can mother everyone into doing what she says and it makes for an environment no one wants to work in. You don't threaten employees with taking their phone away to get them to work- you give them a task. As for everyone else working at the North Branch Taco Bell, I truly feel sorry for you. I suppose I should include a review on the service. Aside from bad work experiences, the service here is always slow and the food often comes out cold and I always make a small order. Step up your game, North Branch. read more

i wouldn't trust taco bell my gf got food poisoning eating there she has two DLT taco got home she eats and 4 hours later she's feeling like shit puking, diarrhea, migraine ect. i wouldn't bring my own kids there if i had any. but wait until chipotle opens taco bell is going out of business sorry not sorry. read more

I am not a fan of the kiosk ordering only, when placing an order to be eaten inside. It is ridiculous that you can't talk to a human to place an order. PLEASE keep in mind... you CAN NOT pay with cash at a kiosk. I was told by the supervisor that they can only take orders through the Kiosk and that is with the store manager sitting down right behind me. So you are telling me that this Franchise is turning away cash customers. Any other Taco Bell I have been to has simply taken the order at their register and allowed me to hand them cash. They should have qualified employees that can help those who would like to talk to a human and hand them money to pay for a meal. I simply walked out and took my business to their competitor. read more

Food was made sparingly minimal effort put forward service was fast but one taco had barely any meat or lettuce or cheese and the other taco was fine but the grande stacker that Taco Bell has been advertising was underwhelming looked appetizing but actually food was poorly put together and looked nothing like product advertised I'm a life time Taco Bell consumer seems like they could have put more effort into the presentation and making of the food read more

Customer service is dead at this location. You can only order with a kiosk, the tables and floors are absolutely filthy because they don't have enough staff. Too few kitchen staff so simple order took over 10 minutes to get. Trying to ask a human at the counter for something was near impossible because they aren't trained for any customer interactions. I can't even get a drink while waiting for my food because nobody is available to ask. This store is an exercise in what not to do! Epic fail Taco Bell North Branch. read more

Came to their drive thru, the girl didn't ask us if we wanted any sauces with our meal. The food was awful. Our chalupa shells were hard and stale and gross and cold. Will never be going here again! read more

I have not been to a taco bell in over a year, I'm not a big fan of fast food but this was very good and looking forward to coming back here

They got my order wrong even after I corrected them, my taco came back cold, taco had zero cheese with only one strip of chicken. They really did a poor job with my order I've never experienced anything like that before. Will never go back read more

I came here with a couple of bus loads of high school kids and the staff handled them with smiles on their faces!! I was very impressed with the speed and how good the food was. They actually seemed to have fun with the big rush!! read more

The wait was more than twenty minutes after we ordered ourselves on the new machines. My nacho fries tasted freezer burnt and the potatoes in my friends burrito were dry and burn. Not at all impressed with this Taco Bell. read more

I never go to this taco bell because I always have problems with my orders but I hadn't eaten in awhile and I was already going through north branch anyways. I asked for a steak nacho box and a chalupa and said it twice because the guy seemed confused and he repeated the order back and it sounded right. He gives me a medium drink knowing they have no medium lids left when I said it was a to go order and they gave me a chalupa box and one just by Itself. No steak nacho box. I had been waiting for about 15 minutes when it was slow on the inside and drive thru and I didn't think to check it because I had been waiting so long. read more

Very good food..... they change their menu so there is different choices everytime... but sometimes they mess up on orders...

Was just at this taco bell location and I ordered the "Loaded Taco Burrito Box" I ordered one soft shell taco supreme, one loco hard shell taco, and a burrito. My soft shell taco was not a supreme, I DID NOT get a loco taco even when I asked for one. I was not happy with my order. I will never go back to that taco bell again. The service was nice but that's it. They screwed up my order. read more
