The food was good and warm on a Monday, April 13 at 12:30pm BUT the service was horrible, I used the kiosk and once they called my order it was in a bag even though I ordered to dine in and the guy that gave it to me didn't even bother to give me the cup for the order so I asked him and he was giving me a rude attitude and kept giving me a rude ass side eye for no reason, mind you I was being polite but this guy decided to act rude for no reason and when I asked him for the tray AGAIN he was rude. We randomly stopped at this Burger King on a road trip to WV. The cashier was friendly but the person taking our order was definitely a bit rough around the edges. Oh my gosh. So on 3/27 riding around with my Fiancé we were hungry and I really wanted a burger. I'm vegetarian so we go to Burger King. The lady I spoke with was the nicest I've interacted with here (also Matthew is great), and was able to substitute the impossible patties into the new sourdough melt. I was dying to try that when I saw it and it was SO GOOD way better than the regular impossible whopper. She told me the patties would be bigger than the buns but I don't mind it it was a slight difference not bad. Burger King should market the "impossible melt" because it was so much better. Ugh I wish I had the person I spoke to's name! Thank you for fulfilling a hungry vegetarians dreams haha. read more

Terrible service! Didn't let us finish our order at the speaker, was asked to drive around. When we did they said they "couldn't" finish our order, to start a new one or drive around and do it again. They barely understand how we want our sandwich, we tell them, they repeat the wrong things after telling them! then we get to the 2nd window and shes asking if we had xyz.. but it's wrong so then they're trying to figure out our food. moral of the story, they need new workers with common sense!!!!!!!!! I do not know the requirements for working at this franchise, comprehension is not one of them and nor is professionalism. It was morning, so I ordered off the breakfast menu, a number 8 (oatmeal meal deal). I asked for the fruit topping and also 3 french toast sticks with a sweet tea. I received no fruit topping on my oatmeal and did not realize this until I got to work... this is the 3rd time in a row. I called to speak with a manager, phone consistently ringing in a busy tone. If you order inside, you'd find a number of ex-felons and non high school graduates who struggle with giving you the correct change if you add a money amount other than what they punched in. read more

ANDREA was up front, greeted us, walked through options, spicy fingers not offered & she suggested the Patty and had cook cut it into 6 pcs. Inquired about hot fries. I normally don't bother leaving reviews for chain fast food restaurants due to the fact that we all know what they are and what to expect. Sometimes you run into that one particular location, employee, or service that just has to be acknowledged for being special, and at this location it is an employee. I made a few trips through the drive-thru a few times, while in town working, to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich for breakfast. Both times, including this morning, the same woman was promptly at the speaker to take my order. I want to point out how special she made me feel each time I got that "what do you want" attitude as if I was a burden on her quiet morning time. No "good morning", no "thank you", no "please pull forward", it's just a "what can I get you" and "second window!" Those two phrases were all I got, every time, you could almost see the frown and disgust on her face. This morning was extra special because the menu was never changed from the lunch menu from yesterday which allowed me to guess what the food was that I was feeling like today. I just wanted to ask all of you to help make this employee's life a little easier each morning by going to the competition. I'm sure this job was forced upon her and she really needs time for her coffee and newspaper to get going in the morning. It'd be more convenient if you could just come after lunch starts. After all, the menu will already be up and ready for you. read more

The people that work at Burger King work very hard to always make the customers happy. Being only human, we all make mistakes. If an order isn't correct, or if someone is unsatisfied; they gladly do what they can to to fix the situation. Yes, its only Burger King, so you can't just expect everyone that works there to have a degree, you idiot. Felons or not, everybody deserves the chance to work to try to better themselves in life, to get further and work their way up. Nobody is perfect. Not a 5 star restaurant if you expect perfection you might want to try somewhere else to dine. Everyone there is friendly, kind, and understanding to everyone's needs.
