This location is awful. Year after year, I come back on a rare occasion thinking it surely has gotten better. I'm always wrong. Always takes 30-45 minutes after I place my online order. Show up 30 minutes after placing the order and still have to wait despite the fact that they tell you it will be ready in 15 minutes. Save your time & go literally anywhere else. read more

I normally don't leave reviews for the fast food chains because we all know what they are and what to expect. Sometimes you run into that one particular location, employee, or service that just has to be acknowledged for being special and at this location it is an employee. Not sure what his name was because he had no name tag. He was the oldest male on the crew and had a tattoo running down his forearm. His comedy routine took place at 6:45pm on 5/9/2024. I placed an order online at around 6:00 to be picked up at 6:30. When I walked in the door I was prepared to apologize as I was about 12 minutes late picking up my order. I approached the counter and was asked by the yahoo in question if I was there to pick up an order. I explained yes and gave him my name. With a smirk on his face he turned and grabbed a bag and appeared to be handing it to me. As I reached out he explained that a Door Dash lady had just picked up in order for somebody with my name. I asked if he was kidding me to which he explained again that a Door Dash lady just picked up an order with my same name. The female employee that was standing behind him explained that that order was for Randy and that door dash had, in fact, picked up the correct order. He then leaned down and whispered something in her ear which I can only imagine was something to the effect of watch this sweet comedy routine I'm about to drop on this paying customer. He then sat the bag down grabbed the receipt and walked away. From across the dining room standing at a soda machine he asked me what type of soda. I explained that there wasn't a soda on the order. That was when he threw in what I assume was another one of his jokes because he had that same smirk on his face. He then grabbed a bag of chips and walked behind the counter. At this point, confused, I assumed that my sandwich was ready but just had to grab the bag of chips to complete my order. No such luck. Still standing there confused, I saw him start building a sandwich. Was it mine? I had no clue because he wasn't telling me anything. Apparently when you place an online order a half hour before you're supposed to pick it up and it still isn't ready 40 minutes later you're supposed to find that funny. Don't bother ordering early or ahead of time. This fool will make it when he wants and not a minute sooner. I can't imagine that Management cares as I suspect he might have been the manager. He certainly was the senior crew member. Not the Jerry Seinfeld that he thought he was either. The only joke that was good was him. He was the biggest joke in his act. read more

Visited on 2/25/24 for lunch, 3 young men behind counter. Not busy, wife ordered the club which states comes with bacon, added L,T,P and O&V. Received the sandwich with no bacon, took back to counter to request the bacon be added and 2 of the guys wanted to argue that since the didn't order it Mike's way that was why it didn't come with bacon. On sign above their heads was the Mike's Way ad that read L,T,O, O&V No bacon. I am not going to argue with kids about what their menu is, they should know this. Too bad because this was one of the few good places to eat in Roxboro, but won't return. read more

Pretty good place to eat. Promptly greeted upon entering the restaurant. Speedy service. I got the#55 and hubby got the #15. Both sandwiches were super yummy. Super fresh ingredients. The bread was so good!!! My only complaint are the prices. Be ready to splurge when u eat here. read more

For $15, I expect a little more than 3 slices of meat on a regular sub combo. I didn't say anything but the lady behind me in line even made a point to ask for more meat and the girl slicing got salty about it and broke out the scale and said she was gonna charge her $4 to add meat. Overall, the staff attitudes were pretty poor and generally very stingy with ingredients. Again, $15 for 3 slices of meat on a regular sub combo isn't a value by any stretch of the imagination, and there's no way the chips and fountain drink could make up for the lack of meat. Usually no problem here. Love the food and the workers are great. Tonight the girl who helped us was told 3 times that we were together and it was to go. Then tools get my order minus peppers.
