Wish I could give 0 stars. Every single time I order from this Taco Bell, they forget items that I've paid for. I live 15 minutes out of town so driving back for $10 is a waste of time and gas, but it's the principle that makes me so mad. This is a pretty nice Taco Bell, either fairly new or renovated, with two TVs in the dining area. Friendly staff and standard Taco Bell/KFC fare. Clean restroom. I'd visit again for a quick meal in the area. read more

I just spent $22.00 on a party pack 5 tacos/5 burritos. 1 burito supreme and a large frie. So every Taco was soggy and the bottom fell out. Bean burritos were dry as hell even with added hot sauce. Fries were so dang gone salty a 20 year old would get high blood pressure. The only thing half way palletable was the burrito supreme and evwn that was sub par. This was my 3rd and last trip to this place. $22.00 is way to much for the crap they served me. No thank you Taco Bell I will pass. read more

This is the only kfc/Taco Bell in my town and tonight we wanted some chicken. But there is no reason I should wait in line for 45 minutes. It took the lady 10 minutes to finally ask me what I wanted to order and when she finally did I couldn't even understand her because she was speaking so low. I could barely hear her. I asked for sauce and they only put 3 packets in my bag. I ordered a tub of chicken. I was very underwhelmed. They also forgot to give my my biscuits but by this point I was too fed up and just wanted to get home. Just a tip, try hiring more damn people so the wait isn't as long. The food was good but the customer service is absolute trash. I can't see myself going her again. read more

I've been traveling a lot for work- so eating out. I Went to Taco Bell this evening for a Crunchwrap. An average menu item. They said they don't make those, they stopped making those a long time ago... but I literally just got one a day ago from another Taco Bell. They said they didn't know when they stopped making them, but they don't make them. And refused to listen to the fact that it's all over their menu, they're even running a special promotion right now on a double Crunchwrap. But no, they don't make those. I wish I could give them zero stars but unfortunately that feature is unavailable. I went to this location and ordered 3 soft tacos, 2 sides of mashed potato's and a nacho box with meat and beans. It took them 20 mins to get our drinks and were told that had no shredded chicken. Then I told them I wanted beans and chicken on my nachos about 3 times but when they gave us the order it only have shredded cheese, not nacho cheese and chunked chicken. We didn't receive our mashed potatoes either which is unacceptable because they charged us for them. I am totally disappointed in this location and probably will not be returning back. read more

This could quite possibly be the worst fast food service here in roxboro. The staff could care less about their job and it shows in their customer service. If they mess up your order and you have to go in to fix it you might as well check a third time or you'll end up like myself with still the wrong food.
