I've never been to another fast food establishment with such nice workers. They are always very polite and courteous, fulfill my order quickly and it's never been wrong. It's very rare that I would write a review for a big chain restaurant. However, this specific location does an exceptional job at everything. The service was extremely courteous and they are extremely thorough. My family can be a little special. A lot of adjustments. No this no that and for that I am sometimes embarrassed. However, they were spot on all three visits. I have a closer location, but the service of this establishment is worth the extra distance. We are quick to say when a business messes up, but it's important to give a kudos when they excel. read more

Hello I am Toni Cathey. I love going to Burger King for the impossible whopper but when I was looking at their nutrition information for it I was very shocked at how high the calories, fat, trans fat, sodium, carbs and everything in the other foods they have on their menu. Their service is amazing and the ambiance is amazing. I would love it if they could change the recipes to their foods as well as the impossible whopper and single impossible king because the carbs shouldn't be at 62 it should be at the right carb count for us consumers who have health problems. I think that they should cutdown on their salt intake they put in the impossible whopper and maybe others will keep coming to their establishment and I would also like it if they start adding vegan milkshakes to their menu without a lot of sugar and carbs. I've never had a Burger King employee ask me how my food was while I was eating. This place had that happen. I was impressed. All the employees working were friendly and the inside was clean. I ordered using the mobile app and everything went smoothly even with my customizations. The food was good enough for Burger King so it hits my expectations. I love whopper Wednesday's. You get exactly what you pay for: a nice bun and patty with vegetables and the iconic sauce. I like that their onion rings are bite size, evenly fried, and overall decent. Five Guys and In n' Out Burger run circles around these guys in terms of food quality and service. More like Burger Pawn. This location messes up orders, the burgers are often COLD, the wait staff doesn't talk to you...i.e. tell you how much you owe for your order, etc. Folks? Why do we tolerate such low standards? Why am I even writing a review on a fast food chain? Only one thing motivates me in doing this. This particular store has been responsible for helping a homeless, mentally ill man for many years! How? They pay him to take care of the property for them. He weeds and sweeps and other things on their property. They give him food to eat. Otherwise this is your typical fast food restaurant. I would avoid the drive through, it is faster to go inside. That is because everyone uses the drive through. I have only gone to this store because of their effort to help a man. I am a Burger King Fan, just not this one. I moved into the area in October, 2007. Since then I have given this BK about 10 tries. I will not complain about the food. They still provide the standard quality of fast food. It's the service. The majority of time I use the "Drive-Thru". Every time I have gone the time it would take to actually order, pay and receive my food has been longer then any other drive through I have used. They are consistently slow. I would like to add that typically there are no more than 2 cars in the drive through so I do not believe its related to being "busy". I will only detail my LAST visit to give you an idea of the service. It was about 2 weeks ago (around 01/04/09). I ordered 1 Whopper meal and two Kid's Cheeseburger Kid's meals. There was no one in front of me so I pulled up to the window to pay. The girl at register had her back turned to the window and was doing what appeared to be "texting" on her cell phone. It took a little over a minute for her to acknowledge me. She took my money, gave me my change, closed the window and resumed staring at her cell phone with her back to me. I don't know the entire time I waiting since I was not paying attention to the clock yet. I would estimate about 3 minutes went by. During this time I witnessed 8 employees. 2 of the employees responsible for tending the inside registers were hunched over, leaning on the counter with their elbows. By now another dirver pulled in behind me. He was impatient. After about 3 more minutes he started screaming "C'MON!". That is when I started to look at the clock. It had taken another 4 minutes for my food to come out. I don't know if I am "nitpicking" but I estimate the total wait time to be around 12 minutes. I would normally not complain about that but its fast food. In closing... the whole time I waiting the girl at the drive-thru register was texting on her cell phone with her back turned to me. As someone who usually loves Burger King, please take my advice and never go here. I ordered two of the 'eggnormous' burrito, before heading off to a date with my girlfriend in downtown philly. My girlfriend thought hers smelled funny, so she decided to not finish it, only taking a couple bites, whilst I finished the entire meal. As we're walking into a park, enjoying our date, I started to feel very queasy, so I told her I needed to take a seat at the bunch. We're now in Logan square, the busiest part of Philadelphia. We decided it'd be best to make our way back to the car, when I feel everything coming back up my throat. I vomited egg chunks all over the bushes; I'm on my hands and knees, in front of quite a few people. Worse yet, it got on my shirt, so I had to remove it, and wear my girlfriends cropped hoodie. I decided to go to a target and grab mouthwash, a new t shirt, and a water. Once outside, start feeling queasy again, I vomit into the target bag. Extremely embarrassing, in front of a lot of people. I have to carry around a bag of vomit looking for a trash can. We finally make it back to the car. I vomit in my Grubhub bag, which is the bag I need for work. My girlfriends driving me home, while I'm aggressively vomiting into my delivery equipment. Everything that I drank, I threw up. This is hands down, without a doubt, THE worst food poisoning I've ever had. The employee must've shat in the middle of the hash brown. Excuse my French. I'm going into such extreme detail because I need everybody to visualize this experience, so that you may learn from my mistakes. This is my first review ever. This bk never changes abd only go to it because it's right down the street. If you go through the drive thru late at night you will be disappointed. The staff including the manager on duty don't give a crap about quality or getting orders right. I ordered a 10 pc nugget they give me old was mozzarella sticks instead. Been to this Burger King about a hundred times since it opened but I see no need to ever go back. It was wednesday 10/5/2016. About 1:50 pm. Not too busy. Ordered a double whopper with cheese to go and she rang it up. I gave her a 5. She gave me change. 3 minutes later a guy pulls a tray and puts a whopper with cheese on it. He asks if it's mine. I say nope, not mine. She says well that's what you ordered. I say no, I ordered a double whopper with cheese to go. She says well you only gave me enough for a single. I said no, I gave you a 5. She says no, you didn't. I said are we gonna fight ? She said no. So then the guy says so you want this to eat here ? Ok Enough. I said forget it . So I left.... I guess the customer is never right.
