Worst location I've ever been to. I ask for 2 zesty sauces with my LARGE onion ring and I'm rudely told "no." That's it, just no. This is the closest location to me so when the craving hits - were here! I can't say this is the cleanest location I've ever been to, but I have been lucky to always receive a correct order and hot food which is pretty much all you can ask of a fast food joint. read more

I read some of the reviews that were 7 months old, some said that the service sucks and there order wasn't correct. Well sad to say, still the same old crap. I just ordered chicken fries at the drive thru and guess what I got, FISH sandwich. I hate fish and can't stand the smell of it. How do you mix up fish and chicken ? This place is a joke. The service and staff are wonderful, fast, and efficient. You sometimes get items of your order wrong or missing but no big deal, it happens. What I found on my burger is NOT acceptable. I even took a picture just to show what I was about to eat, thank god I opened it up for some odd reason. Stopped here to grab an impossible burger. I'm happy BK is continuing to offer (and now improving!) their meatless options. Only dropping a review because of my order experience. Cashier quickly took my order while a family was thinking and did so at such a rapid pace that they really didn't have to wait for him to finish up with me. Went to this establishment today as I was running errands and wanted something quick to munch on. When being helped by the associate it was hard to convey my order to the woman. She didn't understand how to use the register and couldn't find the value meal I had ordered. In my frustration of 5 minutes getting and paying for the order I waited. It wasn't until I got home the order was not the correct meal and the proper condiments were not in the bag. For this reason of incompetence establishments are now putting in automated machines. Disappointed. Receiving fries when you're excited to eat onion rings is just disappointing. Also what's worse than buying mozzarella sticks and not receiving any marinara sauce when you specifically asked for every sauce. Maybe my next experience here will be better. read more

Horrible service and terrible food. Only place open 24 hours in riverhead which is why anyone even goes there. The late night staff is very rude and they treat people bad. I don't know what it is with this specific burger king location but they just can't ever get an order right. I'm assuming because none of the employees speak fluent English. I don't believe any of them know what an onion ring is because of the last 8 visits there not once have I ever gotten onion rings when I ask for them. This Burger King in Riverhead L.I is the worst I have ever gone to.It is now the third time I have been upset about the food quality and the lack of care in food prep.I have not once gotten anything specialized the way I want,example: extra pickles or onions and on any Burger I've wanted.I guess those things are like gold to them! Worst Burger King that I have ever dealt with. General Manager, Phil has absolutely zero customer service skills. I placed an order on the app. What I was ordering was a mobile order only special. The app indicated that there was a problem with my form of payment, however, my bank was charged that amount from location #779. Even though that was the location of the Riverhead restaurant, Phil told me to contact the bank that they have absolutely nothing to do with the app. Funny be cause Wendy's never had that attitude, Dunkin Donuts never had that attitude, nor did even McDonald's. I have been in retail for over 20 years including management and if I would have ever treated a customer the way that he did I would certainly have been reprimanded if not fired. Customer service is everything nowadays, but it goes deeper. I have called Burger King on 4 separate occasions at there customer experience number. Each time being told I will be getting a call back to resolve the issue. The people who run a store are only as good as the people who hire them. So far nobody has even cared to call. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Still no calls. I am so done with Burger King. If you are smart you would be too. They obviously don't care about anything but the almighty dollar. Wendy's Burgers are better, Dunkin Donuts Coffee is better, McDonalds Nuggets are better, KFC tenders are better. Plus the service of all of the above is better! read more
