I'm not sure if this lady was just having a bad day or what but, this relatively round lady, I think her name was Andrea started yelling at me because I asked for a whopper. I asked very politely and I even apologized if it was too early, and she started raising her voice at me and told me that I "needed to wait until f****** 10:30". After this I just walked out because I'm too old for this, didn't say anything and as I'm walking out she yelled something at me again! So I apologize for this review if she was just having a not so good day but that is no way to treat people. read more

Store has been changing around a lot compared to the last few times I ordered. Took the grand kids earlier today and the guy at the window had a lot of respect and a huge smile on his face and by the time he got us our drinks the food was ready! My first time back here for many years I have to say I was very disappointed. First we tried to order one of the specials on the board and we're told that they were no longer available. Then we waited forever for the food we did order and when we did get it it was cold and the order was wrong, we even had to go inside to check on her food, the tables were dirty and they help we're standing around talking to each other. Everytime I get food from the Burger King in Plover Wi, they mess up something. Today I ordered 4 regular whoppers and 1 double whopper with cheese. First they forgot my double whopper, then I get home and only one regular whopper had tomato and rest had like 7 pickles each. I was a big fan of burger king but its always a much a hit and miss now. mostly miss I spent 30 dollars for last meal we did not even finish it was so bad just crap. food was not even warm took one sandwich back to warm up and all they did was nuke it. felt like the food was cooked earlier and sat there getting cold. most of the employee where to busy on there phone, the fries where not even eatable they where cold and had a funky taste to them. Food, service, and cleanliness at this Burger King has been a constant 3 - 3.5 stars for me. They don't mess up my order like Taco Bell next door. The burgers sometime looks like a mess but I can see beyond that. Service is neutral. Then one incident a few weeks ago, I vowed I'll skip this location for good. The BK website AND app says dining closes at 9PM (holiday hours). Great because it's 7:47pm and my drive to BK is less than 5 minutes. We arrive at 7:51pm. We opened the door and walked in. One of the BK employee was mopping the floor. He asked, "Are you guys dining in?" "No, I'm ordering to go," I replied. "Well, dining is closed. If you want to order anything, you'll have to go through drive through." Interesting. "I thought dining closes at 9?" I asked. "No. Dining closes at 8," he said. I walked out and I drove another burger place. Not worth my time. read more

I went through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes in the parking lot. I received a stone cold burger and fries. I asked the person at the drive thru for ketchup and she refused initially. She brought me a bag of 30 ketchup packets which is a real smart ass move. I asked politely. read more

I feel silly writing this review for this restaurant, but it was what I wanted. We stopped to get gas 450 miles into a 700 mile road trip. I bought some banana flavored cappuccino from the gas station and french fries and onion rings from Burger King. They were fresh, hot and fast. Couldn't be any more satisfied with that. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. First, they rushed me through my order, then when I got to the window and asked them to add to the order what they forgot they were really rude. We really like Burger Kings. This one isn't bad. Its right off the highway so its pretty busy all the time. Their drive thru is non stop. The employes go way out of their way to assist you and the food is hot and good. We like this restaurant and go there quite often. read more
