My husband and I stopped at the Plover Culver's Sunday, April 12th at approximately 5:30. We went through the drive-thru ordering a single deluxe burger and a single cheeseburger. I was charged for but did not receive a single deluxe burger. What I found when I unwrapped my sandwich was a single, badly burned hamburger on a shriveled up, soggy bun. My husband's bun was also badly burned and his bun was smashed in and soggy. We are frequent Culver customers and usually stop at the HWY 10 Culver's. Really good fast food that doesn't taste like fast food! Culver's has really good burgers along with a large variety of choices. Know also for their Custard. Did you know their sea food is pretty good too? Yes, they have fish and shrimp on their menu. I recently ordered the fried shrimp dinner and it was excellent. It came with fries, bread and butter, coleslaw (substituted an extra order of fried), cocktail sauce, along with breaded "large" shrimp. The meal was made to order, brought to the table and the server was more than happy to bring more cocktail sauce. The meal was "paired" with Culver's own root beer. We ordered for pick-up for the first time. The instructions specifically stated to let them know when we arrive so they can bring out our food. There was a button on the email to press for that. We also submitted the model, make, and color of our car. Usually when we order from Culver's, they take centuries to make. So after they notified us that the order was ready through email, we waited several more minutes before we left the house. We only live a little over a mile away. There were two parking spots for pick-up. We parked there and waited. After 15- minutes, no one came out. My husband decided to go in to check the status of our order and that's where he saw the bag of food, just sitting on the counter for over 25-minutes. When we brought the food back home, the burgers and onion rings were so dry. The buns were a little flat. So was our soda. Also, I don't remember the food being ultra salty. Everything was unenjoyable. I like the food and service here so much better than the other fast food joints. So disappointed. read more

They are friendly, food is always good and the place is clean. We had 2 value baskets and it came out looking perfect and hot.

Stopped in cause it was near the hotel I'm staying at and one of the few places open past 9 am Ordered a double deluxe with bacon and a side of onion rings. They cook the food fresh so you pull up and wait for your order. Came out pretty quick. Brought to the hotel and dove in Burger was yummy, so tasty. Onion rings were good too, very salty but that's how I like them. Was upset they didn't give me any salt packets, but didn't need the Great job! read more

Ordering through the drive thru at 3pm. Not busy. Slow moving, uncaring boy carried out food out and when we asked where the 2nd concrete was, he said, "there was two?" And walked away. Never to be seen again. After waiting 10 minutes for the concrete to come out my husband finally went inside. It was in a cooler, waiting to be brought out while people just stood around. The service was non existent....lots of kids running around..talking.. playing..5 people in line...one person taking orders.... I asked if someone could help wait on customers and I got attitudes and eye rolls. I left....save your time...go somewhere else!! read more

Drive the extra distance to visit the Stevens Point stores! I usually go to one of the Culver's locations on the Point side of town. I stopped at the Plover location because I wanted a few pints of yesterday's flavor of the day. I decided to grab a concrete mixer. I ordered chocolate custard with oreos and cookie dough. The first came out vanilla. They went back to remake it. I took the second mixer and as I walked out I looked at it and realized I couldn't see any mix-ins. Looked closer, stirred it, and there were a few bits of cookie dough, and no oreos. I cringed, but if I'm splurging on a treat I want what I ordered! $5 is a splurge in my world. I went back feeling obnoxious, but felt I was in the right. The kid took my mixer, held it up, said he could see oreo crumbs and handed it back. I looked at it again, stirred some more and asked if i needed a magnifying glass. The kid says "are you serious?", grabbed the shake back and said he'd remake it. Came back a moment later and handed me what I am positive was the same shake. I gave up and left. I literally counted six bits of cookie dough and a there was only a tiny bit of oreo. Basically it was a chocolate shake. When I get a mixer, or anything else, at the Point locations, I'm never dissatisfied. They had three chances today and never got it right.
