Food is always good at least so far but today i went in and placed a order and didn't get it till 30 or minutes after I ordered and I only got it because I went to the manager and let them know how long its been and that my order was no longer on the screen. So needless to im disappointed in this location because the drive through speaker is so bad no one can understand what anyone says to the point to get the order right you have to go inside but now apparently you need to make sure they give you your food because they'll forget about you especially if the drive through is busy then might as well get comfy because your stuck there for the next hour. read more

If you're into waiting to place your order, and not even being addressed by the staff until they are finished with the order ahead of you, then this is the perfect place for you. Long drive thru line was explained when we went inside. It's one thing to be short staffed, but the staff here was just plain rude! The couple ahead of us had littles, and when the mom said she wanted her order to go (because the cashier never asked them) the person prepping said "oh my god" loud enough to hear. The tables are all filthy, the dining area is a mess, the cooks have a hoodie and bottles of soda in the prep area (basic food handlers no, no!). And it's 3pm. I ordered DoorDash from them and they gave my order to someone else and not to my dasher and wouldn't listen to my dasher when he said he hasn't picked up my order and he was the only dasher . So I called Burger King to try to explain that I havnt gotten my order and no one picked it up and they gave out my order to someone else and I would like it remade so my dasher can do his job . They refused to do it and then the manager hung up the phone because she didn't want to make it . I would not advice coming here unless you have 20 minutes or more to spare...it shouldn't take 10 minutes for 1 whopper and a fry (I've worked in fast food and fresh frys usually take 3 minutes) either fire your grill people and get faster people to cook or close the doors. read more

Why did I continue to eat the onion rings? OK, I love their onion rings. So when they served them up on this location -- they tasted sorta odd -- but I kept eating them...just drenched in ketchup. Well about 6-8 hours later I was in Utah at a Pilot on the crapper forever. I thought, "what the heck did I eat?....OH YEAH....those crappy onion rings in Pendleton." So yeah. And anyway, so I ordered my veggie burger without ketchup -- and extra mayo -- and the lady behind the counter kept taking forever between each item, then she laughed and said, "oh...this is only my 3rd day" -- and so guess what, when my veggie burger showed up, A LOT of ketchup, and no mayo at all. Whatever...won't be back here anyway. But be warned of the onion rings!!!!! read more

I have been to this Burger King and Pendleton 3 times now and have had horrible service. The 1st time they were employees that worked here that were not on shift. They And the people working behind the counter were using profanities and goofing around not taking care of the customer. They forgot to place my order and I waited for almost an hour. 2nd time I ordered a cup of coffee. The girl behind the counter proceeded to put it in a microwave to warm it up, after I told her I didn't need sugar if it was a good cup of coffee. Protocol would have said she should have asked me if I wanted to wait for a new pot that this one had been sitting there for hours to the point where it was cold and she continued to heat it up in the microwave. Lunch for 4 was $22.50. The restaurant was clean, staff was courteous, service was reasonable. Fries were really good. Hamburgers were also very good. Filet of Fish was just terrible. Hot oil literally shot our of the fish on my first bite, burning my lip. Part of the fish weas over cooked. The last part of it just fell apart as I was eating it.
