Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Pauls Valley, Oklahoma

The Whopper Juniors and fries were unusually bad. The buns were dry and had way too much mayonnaise. The fries were so soaked with grease that we threw them away. I ate one and my husband didn't even want to try one. The service was quick. but the fast food restaurant was not clean and they were out of napkins and ketchup. They were unusually busy. Perhaps the food is better on less busy days. read more

I've been here a few times, never had a problem with the food or staff. Everyone is friendly and fast. Today I had double whopper with extra lettuce, chicken fries and two chocolate chip cookies. I like that the cookies are crisp, not soggy like subway. As I said, I've been here before and I am sure to be back. read more

Not only did I have to wait ten damn min just to get my order taken I have been in that damn place 8 times in two weeks trying to get their pickle burger and not one time do they have the stuff to do it I would recommend you never go to that place unless you want to starve to death read more

Worst breakfast meal ever ... Sandwiches was cold , meat was hot ... Like they've been sitting out for hours. read more

Don't waste your time here straight trash the egg was literally paper thin on my egg sandwich I asked them to fix it the spoiled worthless brat that messed up the ordered got a lady with a beard to come out saying that's how Burger King eggs suppose to be and refused to fix it. At the same time this girl sticking her hands in my back scratching it, so gross so my husband gave it back to them read more

I rarely go to Burger King in general but this is the only thing near by open 24/7. I've been here 3 times over the last year and each time it never fails to disappoint. The staff is usually friendly but their organizational skills lack and I believe it's due completely to poor management the franchisee does not seem to care. Orders are usually wrong and being remade, waits are long, and they just seem to lack an iota of caring about making something decent. I don't expect the red carpet at a fast food joint but at least get my order right and have the fries hot. read more

This is quite possibly the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Service was horrendous and the food was worse. I had to go back twice because the order was incorrect. They had no fries or onion rings and half of the drinks on the soda machine were out. read more

Where do I begin? This place needs to be closed down!!! The girls taking orders and filling food sacks look like they're fresh out of the county drug system. It took 25 minutes to only get our order wrong three times. They gave our order to other people and theirs to us! Twice!!! Then when we do get our order it's such a frustrating deal we just grab and go because we're now late. Down the road we find that our sack is someone else's trash! Used ketchup packs and opened sauces in the bottom of the sack! These are extremely incompetent people. Even the manager run and hid with a full busy waiting line! Burger King probably lost a customer. read more

Burger King - This is someone else's trash in our food sack. Probably one of the retuned screwed up orders. - Burgers Near Me - Pauls Valley, Oklahoma

Worse Burger King ever. Stopped here because it's the only food around. Only one car in front of us waiting for food. Family was able to go in and go to the bathroom before the car even moved. When we finally got the food the breakfast sandwiches were cold. Not room temperature cold but bun still frozen cold. Coffee was only luke warm. Walked inside to get my money back but there were 8 people waiting in line. I threw the food in the trash and drove to the next town. Not worth my time to argue with them for $10 read more

Ultra disappointed in the fries size/value....the overall flavor of Texas Whopper was great. Do they REALLY NOT EVEN CARE about portion and FULL MEASURE laws (there to protect consumers? Why does a customer have to have a BAD ENOUGH EXPERIENCE, THAT THEY HAVE TO complain, before they act? read more

Burger King - I swear I haven't touched 'em... This is what #BURGERKING called a Large Fries. - Burgers Near Me - Pauls Valley, Oklahoma

Absolute poor service. Had me waiting for 25 mins for no food and had to wait another 8 mins for my refund. I can't park my tractor trailer in the front of the store like everyone else and also when parking is filled to the brim in the back. What a incompetent store manager! Get your equipment fixed! ( my truck was in the fuel isle for 30 mins because of Burger King) read more

we pull up to the drive through and they're closed during open hours for shift change and tell us it'll be 10-25 minutes until they're open. We wait thirty five. We go through the drive through again and still see them inside but no one answers so we go back in. We sit there for a bit until someone actually speaks to us and when they do all they say is "we're still closed." They were very rude, if your door is unlocked, there's no reason to be rude and unprofessional when we are clearly just customers trying to eat bro. They are still closed and we're in the parking lot watching 3 workers on a smoke break. Tell me how that works. read more

This location should be ashamed of itself. I realize this is likely a franchise, but I really hope BK's corporate franchisor sees this review (and cares at all about it). I know...this location had a 2.5-star rating on Yelp going in, so that's pretty much a "Yikes! You really shouldn't even be thinking about eating there" in the first place. And of course, it's not a regular Burger King. Rather, it's one of those spots that's inside a Love's gas station/convenience store. However, I have visited other roadside fast food places in similar layouts (Yes, I know. That's how us Yelp Elites roll!), and they were fine. This one, not so much. The first warning sign, other than the aforementioned logistics, was the sight of an unhappy customer at the counter with two employees behind the register trying to help him. All I heard was something about wanting a shake instead of a drink and being charged for both. At this point, we're the only ones in line behind this one unhappy customer. By the time we finally get to order, there's six or seven other customers in line behind me. We place our order and then we go to try to find a table. Luckily, there's only a few to choose from that aren't covered in trash, so it doesn't take us long to find a spot. I go to get my drink, and both ice dispensers in the drink machines are empty. I then go to the counter and wait for my food. And wait, and wait, and wait. Remember that first unhappy customer? He's getting even more unhappy because he still doesn't have his shake. It finally comes, and he goes off on his not-so-merry way. I see a tray with what appears to be my Whopper and my wife's Whopper with 'Impossible' patty (which, BTW...looked less than Incredible once she got it). The two burgers are just kind of sitting there lonely because their onion ring friends haven't been allowed to come out and play yet. I stand there for 5-10 minutes before a guy looks up at the little order screen and asks another guy if he made onion rings. Nope, says the second guy. That's it. Nope. No other reaction. No thinking that, hey, perhaps I should go start a batch of rings. So first guy, who is only slightly more ambitious than second guy, goes to the back to dump some frozen rings in the fryer. Note, at this point, there's three people in the back all slowly working on assembling one burger. I have no idea what made this burger so darn special, but it was getting lots of attention....much more attention than me or my food, that's for sure. Eventually the onion rings are done, they're dumped, and two orders are filled. Burgers aren't that hot anymore because they've been waiting for close to 15 minutes. In the end, I guess they taste like Burger King food, but they're a sad representation. Nobody apologizes for the long wait, the lack of ice, the trashed tables, or anything else. In reality, I'm guessing nobody likes their job at this Burger King, and I can't say I would blame them. It's a depressing scene from start to finish. I couldn't tell if there was a manager onsite. There certainly wasn't anyone taking charge at any point in this horrible process. Assuming neither of us get food poisoning in the next 24 hours, maybe I change the rating to two stars. Nah, who am I kidding. This is one star all the way. I'm glad my daughter who dislikes Burger King wasn't with us because I'd never hear the end of it from her. Now I'm done throwing shade. And I Oop! read more

Horrible service. The drive through cashier was rude and didn't know how to give correct change back. I had to get out my calculator to show her the correct change. After trying to argue with me, I finally got the correct change back. She spilled coke all over the sides of the cups and didn't wipe them off. Not to mention she looked and acted as if she was on a week long meth bender. The burgers were not cooked all the way through, and I did not receive all the items on my order. Overall a terrible experience. Stop hiring meth addicts! read more

They messed up on the order and went tell them that what we ordered. I will just hot dogs from the truckstop

I've eaten at Burger Kings most of my 57 years and I can honestly say...this particular location is the most filthiest one I've ever been too. Food all over the floors. All the tables are nasty and have food on them. Drink area is nasty with trash everywhere. Dont think a manager is there at this particular time. Ran by teenagers it seems. Kind of worried the food will make me sick. I'll let you know in about 6 hours. read more

I got the number 8 and on the screen it had lots of lettuce, tomatoes and it looked good. I was originally gonna get the caesar chicken sandwich but the guy who clearly hated his job said "I'm sorry but I can't take the order if it's not a number." Ok well that's bs because it is in the screen for ppl to order! So he told me I could only get the numbers between 8-12 and I just felt pressured so I just said 8. And well the 8 the only thing good about it was the meat because there was literally nothing else on it except a pinch of lettuce and mayonnaise unacceptable sandwich! read more

Food was not good at all, not sure what happened to Burger King, or if it is just this location.. also none of the sodas were mixed well, when I went to get my coke, half of the liquid that came out of the machine was white, which means they need to replace their syrup bags. So I tried another soda after dumping my coke out, same thing. Staff was nice and condiments were well stocked. Restaurant was super cold, wish it wasn't so uncomfortable in there and the food tasted better, but what are you going to do ‍ read more

The food is great when sherri is cooking. The food is prepared correctly. The service is good. The place is a little busy at times but she manages to get your order out in a timely manor. Terrible service today. Worst staff. Someone had said be quiet she yelled out there the tables CAN YALL HEAR US? Yes..... Crew members yelling at each other, the same woman had a knife cutting up a cardboard box, VERY ANNOYING. Then the woman announced she had to go to the bathroom someone come take my place. Then a male HOLLERS CLOCK OUT AND GO. FIRST OF ALL, it wasn't necessary to know she had to go to the bathroom, much less that she had to clock out to go pee. Staff was nice service was on par and my food was hot and fresh. Friendly environment.

Stopped here 25 Oct 2020. I was the only customer in the store with a mask on, even though the entrance door said masks are required. The manager was filling orders with the mask around his chin. I cancelled my order and got my money back. Come on BK, with this pandemic, you might follow your Covid -19 guidance. Nasty!!! read more

I stopped by this Burger King and ordered a chicken sandwhich and a drink. I went to the soda machine to get my drink but noticed that there was a sign on it stating that it was out of order. I went back to the counter and asked the young man there if he had any diet drinks behind the counter since I can't have the sugared ones. He said no- even though there was unsweet tea behind the counter and then turned his back on me and walked away, leaving me standing there with an empty cup. read more

DO NOT eat here if you expect decent customer service or an accurate order. I just got off the phone with their cooperate office because I found an expired cheese sticker inside of my sandwich. I BIT INTO IT!!! After taking it back to their store and requested a refund, because most of my order was incorrect also, the guy didn't even offer an apology and refused the refund because I didn't have my receipt.
